Mike cleaned and moss treated our tile roof this summer. He showed up as scheduled and completed the job in a timely manner. He also did a great job of covering our shrubs, cleaning out the gutters, and capturing the big mess at ground level. This is a big part of the job that others short change you on. Overall, I give Mike & M&M a 9 out of 10 for quality and value. Nobody's perfect, but he does a great job time and again.

We had M&M Roofing perform some repairs and preventative maintenance on our tile roof. They were great from start to finish. Cost was very fair and we felt like they provided an accurate assessment of our roof without trying to upsell on us on any unnecessary repairs. They took before and after photos and explained the repairs needed and the work performed very clearly. We will definitely use M&M roofing again.

Mike is top notch! He keeps appointments on time and charges very reasonable rates. He is the only roofer I would have work on my roof that is made of concrete tiles. He inspects your roof, creates the bid, and completes much of the work himself. He provides you with detailed explanations for what is going on. He sends you photos. I originally got the pointed towards M&M Roofing by a friend. He's a retired roofer who said M&M is who he would trust to work on his own roof. Since then I've had Mike out a couple of times over the years to repair my roof after suffering wind damage. His work has been top notch and his customer service has been second to none. 100% would recommend to anyone needing roof work.

My husband has Lymphoma cancer and had just finished 6 months of chemo. Our funds were really non-existent after that and the big wind storm tore off a lot of our shingles. Mike at M and M was kind enough to come out at no charge and patch the roof.
