I had the pleasure of working with Redbird Roofing. It started with a visit from Logan who gave a full estimate presentation of what you can expect as well as multiple options for your specific needs. He was very thorough ensuring all questions were answered. Aside from covering every detail he (and this goes for everyone I encountered) brought up things I hadn’t considered and provided some forward-thinking ideas. This was invaluable to me and sets them apart from other estimates I received.

Once onsite the project manager, Carlos, ran a tight ship of organization, workflow and positivity. At the end of each day everything was tidy. The entire team operated like a well-oiled machine.

Overall, I found Redbird Roofing to be very forward thinking, extremely thorough, very fairly priced, highly communicative while providing outstanding professionalism.
I had no doubt, not one concern when selecting this company. I have no hesitation to request future work from them or suggesting them to my closest friends.

This company needs to stop loitering their advertising yard signs all over Vancouver. Putting them on every single block in residential neighborhoods with no work being performed. This is our neighborhood, not a billboard for you to advertise on. We have signs piled up behind stop lights, in the fields along the street, laying on sidewalks, I literally can’t go anywhere in Vancouver without seeing your signs plastered everywhere. Very tacky and unprofessional. Clean it up

Call answering was fast, Joe was great at explaining the process and answering my questions, Josh the sales guy was cool, the fellas dropping off the material were friendly and punctual, the crew themselves did a great job on our roof and finished same day, and Taylor came out the next day and was great with the inspection process. All around great experience. We love our new roof.

After interviewing and getting bids from 4 roofing companies, I chose Redbird. Their price was right in there. There was no pushy sales job, they gave me plenty of options to choose from and the shingle and workmanship guarantee was as good or better than others.
Once the crew got started, it was like clockwork. They did a great job and very quickly. As a retired contractor, they were a pleasure to watch. They paid attention to details and did immaculate clean-up on the yard when the roof was finished. They even installed my stainless steel gutter guards that had been in the garage for a couple years.

Great experience getting my older roof replaced. From site walk, scope discussion, estimate, revision, work scheduling, roof installation, and cleanup, RedBird Roofing performed well.

They did a fantastic job, did everything reliably in two days. They cleaned up well after too, so we don't have to worry about nails or scraps.

Taylor came to my 20 month old house we had built after I called to get a quote on gutter cleaning and gutter guard install. While he was looking things over he noticed 2 of my roof vents were not properly installed. He gave me a fair quote scheduled the work including fixing the improperly installed vents. Taylor and Jaime came out for what was supposed to be an estimate for a new roof vent install. They were able to turn that estimate into a completed job within an hour! I assumed they'd estimate it and have to come back to finish, but Taylor and Jaime were able to get it done fast. The crew was courteous, they were easy to talk to, and would answer questions. I am a nervous person, but the formans Carlos, Felipe, and especially Taylor put me at ease when I had a questions. They were courteous to the fact that we are retired and don't do early real well.

Our 1951 Portland home had not had a new roof since well before the 25 years we have lived in it, has suffered a few roof leaks, and lately has been shedding granules into the gutters, so I was in the market to replace the roof. We researched many companies and made appointments with several. Josh from RedBird came to make the bid. We were impressed with his expertise and thoroughness. He was the only one of several bidders we had scheduled to actually go into the attic and eaves of the house from the inside to assess the status of the roof structure itself, which impressed us. After a thorough inspection, he spent a couple of hours with us educating us about the process and materials, explaining the options available, and Redbird’s philosophy of being upfront, transparent, and honest about pricing and their commitment to delivering quality and value. Josh came across as genuine, caring, and tuned in to our particular situation. No bull, and no high-pressure tactics. Once we decided upon the products and services we wanted, and negotiated the price and terms, he called his boss right on the spot to approve the negotiated deal.

RedBird’s roofing crew started the work within a few days of contracting. Josh was easily accessible by text or phone to advise us on preparation questions and keeping us informed of the timing of the process. Carlos and his crew of workers were outstanding. I was highly impressed with their teamwork, speed and efficiency. Our situation was more challenging than most, as there are quite a few obstacles to direct access to the roof of the house and the outbuildings. Another company had declined the job because of the access limitations. But the RedBird crew, with their positive, creative attitude, cleverly figured out methods of dealing with the access limitations and tackled the task with remarkable speed and efficiency in an impressively coordinated effort. A perfect example of where there’s a will, there’s a way. Their teamwork appeared almost as if choreographed; they were SO efficient. And they cleaned up after themselves as they went along, minimizing visual clutter and possible hazards. And with an ingenious system of coordinated tarp management, they even worked through and around downpours and hailstorms, and the entire job was completed very quickly - in much less time than I might have anticipated.

The day after the job was completed, their Quality Control person, Taylor, came out to double-check the work and clean-up, and answer any questions. I had not expected this step and was pleasantly surprised to learn this is part of their process. What a great bonus, a second set of eyes is always a good thing. Taylor explained the warranty and talked to us about recommended maintenance, which is included for the first year – including gutter cleaning. Another unexpected bonus. Taylor was very pleasant and helpful, and we appreciated the time he put towards making sure we were satisfied with the job.

And, when the final bill was presented, much to my surprise and relief, the estimate we had agreed upon when we contracted was spot on! Not a penny more. Josh did a great job of making an estimate they could stick to. I am sure most others would have low-balled the estimate and then come back later after starting into the job with thousands of dollars in added unexpected expenses. I really appreciate that Josh was up-front with an honest appraisal of what was needed.

And my roofs look great! I am greatly enjoying looking at the nice new shingles in a color I like, as opposed to the old ugly gray shingles that existed previously. The construction appears to be well done; I am confident it will serve its purpose well for many years to come.

We had a leak in our roof and needed a quick repair. When they came out for the estimate, they checked our entire roof and the entire attic and pointed out the areas that looked like they could be issues in the future. We ultimately chose to have all our roof vents replaced with better quality vents and had a ridge vent installed to help with attic ventilation. Taylor came out, worked two long days, and the results are great. I hope I don’t have to call again anytime soon, but when I do, I will definitely be calling RedBird Roofing for future roofing needs.

Taylor was very professional and thorough. When quoting, provided several images so I could see the problem myself and explained everything very well so I knew the exact plan. Once the work was done, he was equally thorough so I could verify the work.

The process of job bid to job completion was great. I pursued bids and had 6 bidders show with three actually eventually providing a legal written bid. Two of the written bids were reasonable priced where all othere's were thousands above these two.
With Red Bird communication was professional and efficient.The install crew was very professional. Everything met my expectations and the final product looks great in all aspects

I discovered I had a leak in my home office ceiling when I looked up and noticed the brown water spot which also, included what looked to be mold. Upon my closer inspection, it was mold and the two areas with mold strips werewet but not soggy. I first reached out to DRYWORX, who are water mitigation specialist and after Robert Feeny came out and thoroughly inspected my inside/upstairs crawl space he contacted RedBird Roofing, located in Ridgefield. Joe Bellika, one of the owners contacted me immediately and with his employee, Taylor, came out the next day, which was the nineteenth and did a thorough roof inspection. They found that the source of the leak was that when the house was built in the late 80s, they failed to install siding over the plywood, choosing to paint it the same color.

Joe took a lot of pictures in order to show me exactly why all of the plywood, as well as my crawlspace insulation is thoroughly soaked. It was a slow leak, that'd been going on for at least two to three years. I knew that since the source of the leak and beginning mold was the roof leak, that it had to be addressed first. Identify the source of the problem, develop a plan, and you arrive at the solution.

Joe went back to his office and came up with three estimates/options, explaining the benefits of each. He let me know that if I had any questions, not to hesitate to reach out. I made my choice, signed the contract and Monday, Taylor who had worked with Joe on the inspection, was here to do a thorough repair and removed any concerns regarding further leaks.

Based on my personal experience with RedBird Roofing, I will be a returning customer when I replace my roof.
