After going to 3 or 4 RV lots in Pierce & King County, and looking at countless used RVs through private party, we decided on a new Jayco from Baydo's. Their sales approach was extremely no pressure, they answered all of our questions + didn't have a bunch of add-on fees that most of the other dealerships we went to. To. Their advertised price was exactly that the price we'd be paying for the unit minus tax and licensing. On top of that they add in a bunch of other things like a thousand trails membership, $100 credit to their store, and some other miscellaneous things. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and I would gladly recommend them to anyone I know that is in the market for an RV or travel trailer. Jody was wonderful.

My wife and I have been deliberating on buying an RV for the past 7 years and have walked through hundreds of units at RV shows and dealers. We saw an ad for a compact trailer at a Baydo's and decided to stop in. We talked with Ron about what we thought we wanted and he pointed us in the direction to look and set us loose on their lot. Every trailer was open and unlocked and free to be explored. He came over and checked on us a few times but left us to our own exploration. The Baydo's sales philosophy really matched with our needs as we were able to explore and discuss our feelings of what we were seeing by ourselves, and then come back to Ron with further questions and discussion that he either answered or did some digging and got back to us about if he wasn't able to answer on the spot. Everyone else that we have talked and dealt with has been the same experience, very knowledgeable, but if they don't know, they look into it and get back to you. Can't ask for for than that.

Saved my trip!! I was on day two of a 10 day trip to the Olympic peninsula and I had a tear in my propane line. Brandie saw how stressed I was and immediately got someone to work on my van. So grateful that they took time to squeeze me in so I didn’t have to go without heat and a stove for my trip. Thank you

Had a great experience getting our Travel Trailer through Baydos. No high pressure sales person. Scott was very friendly and informative. He didn't rush us on our decision and once we commited to a purchase he made sure to walk us through everything and helped to ensure we were all hooked up properly before we drove off the lot with our new rig. The staff at Baydos took care of me when I had a bolt break on my weight distribution hitch and needed to get back on the road. They immediately helped me with the repair I needed even though they were busy in their service department. Thank you for the great customer service.

I bought my Jayco 30 foot travel, trailer single slide. I was having issues with the door and Jayco takes forever to get things to Baydos but finally Randy was able to get the door ordered and on for me and it is so nice to be able to close the door not having to slam it close thank you Brandy and your crew

Salesman Jody was nice but was not knowledgeable on the extras such as solar miss informed us. Service department and service manager Brandie very difficult to work with and not reliable to keep us informed. Definitely wish we would never have purchased a Jayco and most definitely wish we never purchased from Baydo’s in Chehalis.

Not only are their parts and service departments open on a Saturday, they can work on Winnebagos and we were able to walk in and get someone working on the RV within 10 min. Service tech Scott saved us! Thank you!!

We were returning from a camping trip and the front diamond panel fell part way off the front of our Jayco. We happened to be coming through Chehalis and called ahead to see if they could look at it. We spoke with Brandie and she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the issue we had. She got all the information she needed and said she would provide a quote. In the meantime, she was concerned it wasn't safe to continue on the freeway so she pulled away a service tech from what he was working on to screw it down until we can get it replaced. Now we can continue with our camping plans this month until we can get it in for repair. We will definitely consider moving forward with this repair at Baydo's and make them our new repair facility.

Outstanding CUSTOMER SERVICE.
While returning from a camping trip, the “A” frame on our trailer broke. Many miles from home and few options. Baydo’s RV in Chehalis was about 20 miles away. Salesman, Jody Miller, was extremely helpful and accommodating. The trailer was secured overnight. Next day, the Service Manager, Brandie Devine, inspected the damage and offered to work with us to resolve the problem. We did not buy our trailer from Baydo’s, but from the service we received, you would think we were longtime repeat customers. Anyone shopping for an RV or needing RV service, go to Baydo’s. You will not be disappointed. Thank you ever so much Baydo’s.

Baydos in Chehalis is super helpful and friendly we have purchased 2 trailers from them and been happy with the service and trailers both times.

We purchased a towing system from Baydo’s and Josh P was awesome! He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the product we were purchasing. Would definitely recommend Baydo’s in Chehalis, WA.

I cant say enough about the folks at Baydo's and how they made our buying experience first class. Our salesman Seth was patient, listened to our wants/needs and did what was necessary to provide us a great deal on the trailer we wanted.

The finance team then got us top notch financing with the exact payment we wanted, and did so within 30 mins! The signing was very relaxed and pressure free (very appreciated)!

We bought the unit on Tuesday, then going first camp trip on Friday. I had a small issue with the thermostat, they made me feel VIP! I came in they dropped what they were doing, Scott and Jacob in Service diagnosed the issue quickly! Then replaced the thermostat at no cost! I was in an out, and on my way!

I even got to meet Mr. Baydo himself, and he was so humble and genuine. Solidified we made the right choice!

Just bough a travel trailer in Portland and was heading to Alaska. It was feeling squirrelly on the highway so I googled the nearest rv place with a service dept. Brandie answered and said she’d get me right in when I pulled up. My weight distribution hitch needed to be raised and Jack got it done in like 15 minutes. Trailer towed very nice afterwards.

Got on the lot and we were sent to the back to look at their previously owned RV's. The guy said if we found something we liked to let him know and he walked away. We walked in 80 degree weather around the dealership to find all of them locked up. Two employees walked by us several times and never asked if we needed help. We walked back to our vehicle and went to Awesome RV. Was greeted immediately and a sales person stayed with us the whole time. Drove us to the other side of the lot in a golf cart. We found just what we wanted for my parents at a reasonable price. Feel like as soon as we didn't want to spend a hundred thousand we were wrote off at Baydo's!! We went to four lots that day and was treated great everywhere else, but there. Will be buying one for ourselves soon and it won't be from them. I gave three stars to be fair. Don't know what the quality or experience might have been like if we would have been treated correctly from the start. Customer service goes a long way.

Just passing through and stopped here for propane and dump. Since we bought propane, which was a great price, there was no charge for the dump. Super helpful, nice guys at this place! Highly recommend.

I bought a replacement part for a compartment door. The part did not work out, had no problem at all returning it for a full refund. They could have ordered the correct part for me, but I was only in town for a short while. Instead, they gave me all the info I needed so I could get the part myself online ... worked out perfectly. Friendly, helpful and easy to work with. Excellent experience.

I always go to Baydos to fill up on propane, they've some of the cheapest prices around, and they always get me in and out in short order. Everyone I've met here has been exceptionally nice, but especially the propane dept.

We bought our first Jayco from Jody Miller. He listen to our desire and found the perfect unit for us. I can't say enough about Baydo's serivce. We will be back.

We have had repairs to our rv and it is always first class! Tiffany and Corey have always been so helpful through the process and very prompt. They have also sold RVs to some of our friends and everyone has been very happy with their units and the service.

We recently bought a Jayco 264BHW from Baydo's. We'd done a lot of shopping and I really appreciated the low pressure approach that Ron our salesman took with us. The technicians did a great job walking us through the operation of the trailer. When my wife tripped a breaker trying to run the microwave and kettle on the same circuit, she knew where the breakers were from the walkthrough. So far, everything is going well, but I like that If we need any work they do service at the same place you bought it. Overall, great experience and we are very happy with our purchase.

Outstanding knowledge & fast service on checking house batteries. Under Jayco warranty. Service Manager Brandie & mechanic Jack were instantly so helpful. They really understand being on the road & our Jayco!

Customer service stops once the sale is made. I can't stand going here anymore. Get treated like krap. Wife wants a bigger TT we will definitely be going somewhere else. I did give 2 stars because TT does get fixed when I bring it in even though they make me feel like they are doing me a favor.

Took our Jayco in for warranty work and it was fixed in 2 days.
Installed solar and batteries. All done 3 days early.

Not to happy with some of the service of my RV...bought a new stove from them did not check to see if it work worked so had to go back plus went for more work on it this time they lost my trailer blocks also did not fasten down the propane cover so it was missing when I returned home then they treated my roof with a sealer that was not cleaned off properly. Not a happy camper

Just not impressed at all. The guy behind the counter was busy. There was a gentleman standing at the hallway side of the counter who offered to help us with our hot water heater issue. He had spent less than 5 minutes helping us when a woman came from the office area irritated that he was helping us. She said something to him and then "loudly" says, "Is anyone needing service?" She then stated that the main guy behind the counter would help us when he was thru with the other customer, which, by the way, was behind us. Thank you to the gentleman for helping us. Lady, you need to learn customer service skills.

They have great prices on all rv's. Fantastic customer service. All employees are nice and helpful. Just picked up our new trailer today. Can't say enough good things about this place.
