Over the last 40 years Robert Gatchalian is the best home improvement contractor I have had the pleasure to work with. He is a very skilled craftsman. Robert sized up the project quickly, worked closely with my home owners insurance adjuster throughout the job, provided vital research information, and answered all my questions honestly and patiently. Robert is most knowledgeable regarding building code and ordinance requirements of our area. His quotes were very reasonable and the crew was a delight to work with. My project was a complete tear off and roof replacement due to high wind damage. It included replacing all fascia, 22 sheets of sheathing, ice barrier, underlayment, drip edge, ridge vent, exhaust fan vents, valley and chimney flashing, Owens Corning Duration shingles and the tear off and installation of all gutters. You and your project would be very secure in Robert’s hands.
