Small dent in tailgate of truck. $2.7k to repair. I did not have to pay but it just seems high. Note... Never had body work done before and not sure the going rate.
Repair was completed but paint looked like it had been textured on. Left truck to fix.
Went back to pick up. Someone in shop apologize about not catching it before.
Fix was good.
Communication was great. Front desk was great.
Not sure if I would use them again but next time will get more than one estimate to save insurance money if I can I hope I will never have to use a body shop again.

I asked how much do you have? I front number and my hood painted and the guy told me fifteen hundred dollars 2 2000 dollars.. That's absolutely insane. I can buy prepainted for less than a $1000. And apparently that does not involve them. Actually, putting them on so definitely stay away from this place. Unless you've got a lot of money to throw away.

As a result, I felt well-informed and confident throughout my experience. When I returned to pick up my items, they were noticeably cleaner than when I had left them. Beware if you have a camper van conversion. The body repair work was good, took twice as long as initially quoted which is understandable as delays can happen. However, I cannot excuse the permanent damage they did to my electrical wiring, it was severed and no one told me nor have they tried to make it right. I emailed them and sent photos and no response. Makes me feel like they got their money so they don’t care to make the situation right. Additionally they left dirty foot prints on my table. Boo.

I want to thank chehalis collision, for there hard work and no question attitude, about flaws that were seen. They pick my vehicle Chevy Silverado up from my house and dove back to my house when everything was all finished and done. that's quite great awesome service . They pick my vehicle up with no questions at my house took it to the shop fix what needed to be taken care of delivered it back to my house and showroom presentation so people in Centralia and chehalis if you need car repair for collision and a fair price don't be afraid to call chehalis collision.

This was our first time getting vehicle repairs through insurance. The shop did an amazing job with the repairs! Our vehicle looks good as new! Adam kept us up to date with all relevant information. We felt informed through the whole process. In the end there was an issue with our insurance not updating the deductable amount and the staff at the shop did everything they could on their end to remedy the situation and even followed up to make sure we didn't need assistance getting the error fixed.

Got an estimate done and pre-paid for the repair so the parts could be ordered. Repair was done within 24 hours of me turning my car in and I even got refunded the difference, since the part cost less than the original estimate. Very satisfied with my experience and even requested a quote for a paint job now.

They took advantage of a 74 yr old lady knowing that you couldn’t put just on tire on a all wheel drive car then they just put one other one knowing that I will mess up the trans the right thing would have just put all four on now she has to buy all four tires which makes no since in my opinion they didn’t make it right they will just mess up your car even more

My truck got into an accident in late June and I took it in here to get quoted and get an appointment set. They were very backed up but got me in as soon as they could. I was worried that the paint of the new quarter panel would not match like I hoped but when I looked at it, I could not tell a difference in paint compared to the rest of the truck at all. I was very happy with the work they did and when I got in it, I was surprised to see they had even gone the extra step to clean the interior. All around very happy with the work they do here and I will definitely recommend to anyone else needing body work to their vehicle

Dealing with Chehalis Collision Center was great. Until I went to pick up our 2020 Toyota Avalon that had a fender, plastic bumper, headlight, inner fender well and a few small parts replaced and painted because of a pretty minor parking lot accident. We got the call that our car was ready so I left work early to pick up my wife so we could get there before closing time. Walked up and looked at my car and was shocked at what I saw. At least 6 missing fasteners on the plastic bumper, fender, and inner fender well. A big scratch in the newly painted fender. Bumper was poorly aligned with the fenders. A large scuff in the headlight that wasnt replaced. Fender gap to door was off. But hey, the paint was nice. I was frustrated that we wasted a trip and had to leave the car for a few more days.

Got the call again that the car was ready. Went to pick it up. Fender alignment was not good. Bumper to hood alignment was off. Took the car with arrangements to have those issues fixed at a later date. By the time we were able to get it back in the bumpers were pulling away from the fenders. So they tried to fix it again. Got the call that the car was ready again. Still wasnt happy with the bumper to fender alignment but out of frustration I told them I would live with it. Within a couple weeks we were having the same issue all over again. Our insurance gave us the OK to take it elsewhere. The shop we went to called Greg, the shop manager at Chehalis Collision Center and told him we werent happy with the car. I was on vacation and I got a call from Greg that he would like another chance to fix our car right. I told him I dont usually give a person 3 chances to fix something, but he was sincere and said he would order all new parts. I agreed to give them a third chance.

Left the car again. Got a call from Gregg that everything fit great and all they needed to do was the painting. I could have it the next day. The next day I checked with Greg. Once again he said it was great and ready to go. Went to pick it up and as soon as I saw it I was ticked off. The paint wasnt even close. THe car is blue and the paint had a greenish tint. All that Greg could say was "I see it, it does look too green"

So after dealing with this outfit for several weeks and taking several hours off work to pick up our car multiple times and umpteen 50 mile round trips our car is now scheduled to be repaired by a different facility the end of Sept. It will be 7 months from the time we went to pick our car up the first time to when we get it into a shop that will repair it right.

Obviously the shop manager doesnt do any Quality control on vehicles leaving his shop.

Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for autobody repair. Wish I would have took photos of original repair.

Great experience having them do the collision repairs on my car. Great customer service every time I made contact. They didn’t just do the work expected, they also cleaned it inside and out and vacuumed. I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done. Super impressed!

I got my car towed there and we had some miscommunication regarding the storage fee. Mike the manager was very professional and really helpful in working with me to resolve the issue. They look after their customers. Also the front desk person was always professional and very friendly and communicative.

CCC did quality work on my car and was extremely professional. My estimator, Tyson, worked with my insurance company and made it simple and easy. I would recommend this business to anyone.

Repair took longer then we hoped for but that wasn't CCC fault. A part was on back order. Bryson was awesome kept us in the loop on everything. Definitely will return but hopefully it won't be needed

They were very nice and accommodating. Everyone was wearing a mask and it did not take long to get an estimate of the damages to my vehicle.

They did a super job fixing the bumper on my truck and they even went the extra mile and washed and vacuumed it great job

Wish i could rate this place lower than 1 star but I can't. After nearly 2 years and 9 trips to this shop my truck was finally fixed correctly. Months upon months without my truck was made worse by shady work and over looking issues that needed corrected. Do not take your vehicle to these clowns.
