Jarms Ace Hardware

Friendly and helpful staff greeted with a smile straight from the start. Isles marked well, very easy to locate hardware items plenty of staff on the floor to speak with. A small town hardware store yet a unique selection from electrical to live stock feed. Almost like taking North 40 and compressing into a smaller store, I always leave with what I came in for, if an item is not on the shelf they will order it for you. A truly caring experience.

Great store with great selection! Prices are a bit high but I guess that is everywhere. Very helpful staff too. Cheney is lucky to have such a complete hardware store!

The staff here are very pleasant to interact with. I came in looking for a specific product and had a laugh with the two younger guys working up front, as they did their best to guess exactly which aisle and section of shelving the product I was looking for was on!

I purchased 12 items and was charged for an extra item that I never asked for, nor received. Was able to get the issue fixed.

Good store with just about everything.
Except the Honda mower belt I was after .
Wouldn't hurt to branch out in the inventory a bit

The store has a lot of products and the staff is great. The reason for the 3 stars is prices. They are extremely expensive. I will go to Jarms in a pinch, but this is (I feel) why they charge so much. It seems they count on the fact they are the only hardware store in Cheney.

I always shop at Ace in Cheney because it’s the closest hardware store by my house even though it’s still out of the way. I was on the north side of Spokane when I seen an Ace and stopped to pick up a seat wrench for my faucet. I gave my rewards number like always and left. Unfortunately it didn’t fit so I had to return it. I went to the Ace in Cheney to return it and they said they couldn’t return it because it was bought at a different Ace and they are all privately owned. No where does it say that. I will no longer shop with them. They have lost our family as customers!

Well stocked. The hardware section is the best around. Miles and miles of screws, nuts and bolts. Spring? Don’t even make me go there. Great place, most friendly and helpful staff.

There’s nowhere else that even comes close to Jarms. They usually have exactly what you need and they go out of their way to help you. My husband is always finding excuses to go there What would Cheney even do without Jarms!

Great little place..found a great deal on a 3/8 Dewalt drill..fair prices..a bit higher than the HD...lot to look at and have a little bit of everything..definitely worth a stop when in Cheney!

Not happy to see that they are charging sales tax on a charitable contribution to the children's hospital.
Sales tax that I am sure does not get handed to the hospital. They right off what they donate then keep the sales tax for what they donate?? Sounds like tax fraud to me.

Went with my son to buy a water softener unit they were the only ones to have it, the manager was very knowledgeable about them and gave us really good information about what we needed to get it installed. Took about an hour or so but simply to do just read the instructions

Aaron was super awesome helping us get the additional things we needed to install our water softener. You guys have a great staff!

Staff have always been friendly so far, and there's a veteran parking spot right by the door as well.
My service animal even gets treats, so she loves it there too lol.

Store has easy access with lots of parking. Their fastener selection is outstanding. This is your typical Ace Hardware store stocking most any tool or hardware item you might need. Staff was very friendly. Nice place to do business.

Travis made my already flustering trip to Jarms super easy! He did a great job directing me towards what I needed and was overall very friendly and helpful, especially with all my questions.

People are good. It's good hardware store to go to and they're helpful for your needs you want to get localhost Caleb short to go to but I would suggest go here.

This is ran by a great family with great employees. If they have something, I am happy to pay a small premium to support them.

JARMS! haha we now go to Jarms for our hardware needs, every time. And when we aren't there, we're talking about how great Jarms is. We vote to rename Cheney to Jarmstown.

Harms has very helpful and friendly staff. Their inventory is impressive for a small vendor who's right down the road from you. Sure you can spend all that time rushing off to the megastores, but you don't have to.
