Market Street Ace Hardware

On Friday the 17th my partner and I had the misfortune of being racially profiled by the manager at this location. They threatened to remove us from the store and or call the police. I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for fair and equal treatment of customers.

Since they've changed the store around completely, I'm not as happy as I used to be shopping at this particular Ace hardware. I used to love to go and look around at all sorts of fun things to buy, and then there were the hardware items :-). They've gotten rid of a lot of the good stuff and now it really is more of a hardware store than anything else.

Best option to other places, has most of what I need in the location and don't have to walk around to find some assistance, Bob and Cheryl are very helpful

Easy to find, plenty of parking, friendly staff and large selection. As a Craftsman tool center, they honor the lifetime warranty! Very helpful in finding some very hard to locate fasteners. I recommend this business.

Found a very pretty hopefully deep red hydrangea I know you can change the color when you change the acid in the soil but I've been working on hydrangeas or 20 years or so nice place very clean pretty friendly I enjoyed it

Great customer service, locally owned business. Very knowledgeable, and if they do not know the answer, they will find someone who does.
Prefer to shop local to support local businesses.

Convenient and helpful. Most of the staff actually have experience with the electrical, plumbing and tools they sell. Price is fair and usually comparable to the box stores.

Knowledgeable and caring staff will help you get what you need. Inventory is a little limited but this is a great community store if you don't want to travel to a big box store.

They great you when you come in and ask if they can help you find something. If you need help they are very friendly and helpful. From plants to coffee great place to stop if you are fixing your place up.

I went in for a yard decoration and I think it's adorable so I'm very happy with it I recommend going there

Love Ace! Yeah, not the selection or prices of Home Depot but the staff is friendly and helpful and Ace carries some eclectic merchandise.

Great customer service...called in to make sure they had the product I had viewed on-line in stock they were very helpful and brought the product up to the register so it was there when I came in and didn't have to search for it in the store. Made checking out easy and convenient.

Always a great "go to for what you need hardware store" Curious and helpful. From buying lawn ornaments to custom home building packages and everything in between. I have shipped there for 35 plus years

This Ace had everything and super nice staff. Interesting to look through tons of useful items. I loved this place

Great employees & Great local business. Stopped in for new washer & dryer hoses!! Do not forget to replace every 5 years!!!

The remodel is amazing! Staff in nursery can be a bit lean but amazing selection. Major revamp since the days of Fullers/Jean Smith for this block!
