Aspen Roofing helped us with a roof repair from a recent wind storm. They showed up on time and were very helpful and professional. We’ll be using them for all our roofing needs in the future!

All i can say is that i am beyond happy with the team at Aspen Roofing. The work they did replacing my membrane roof on my old historic building was done on time, with great communication from the team on-site and Erick in-house and on budget. Their initial estimate was very clear and they even landed below the quote with the work which allowed me upgrade my insulation and still stay on budget. Nicole in the main office was also super helpful keeping things on track like permits and was stellar with communication too. If every contracting company could work as smoothly as this team i would be the happiest home owner in the world. I cannot say enough good things about this crew and company. A+ work.

Erick Osberg from Aspen Roofing came out to look at my roof. He was very professional and friendly.

He gave me honest feedback on the condition of my roof. My insurance was claiming my roof was too old and wanted to reduce coverage. Erick informed me it was in good shape and took pictures that I can give my insurance company along with a report. He also gave me a solution for my crumbling chimney.

I look forward to working with Aspen Roofing on the chimney solution, and down the road when my roof needs to be replaced.

The team at Aspen Roofing replaced our roof, fascia, soffit, and gutters this October. We’re very happy with the quality of materials and workmanship. The shingles look great and all the roof fixtures (skylight, chimney, etc.) are neatly tied into the rooftop. The soffit and gutters are trimmed and installed evenly and with good precision. Erick was engaged and responsive from start to finish. He answered questions I had on timing and next steps. Eduardo and the install crew were reliable throughout the install. I appreciated their focus on cleaning up debris and materials each day to a safe spot (I have young kids around the house). Would recommend the team to anyone.

A 5 star review does not do justice to the great service done by Aspen roofing! After many failed attempts to fix our tile roof, Eric came out, did a very thorough assessment and diagnosed the problem immediately. I was very impressed since nobody else was even close to figuring out the problem. The guys that fixed the roof were prompt, courteous and did a fabulous job as I have not had any problems after some pretty heavy rainstorms. Eric even went the extra mile to call after the rain to see if everything was ok.
Like I said, 5 stars isn’t enough! 100 stars would be more accurate!

We had a water leak in the ceiling of our bathroom that had been occurring during heavy storms sporadically through the summer/fall. We do have an older roof so we were prepared for potentially a large invoice to replace the entire back slope of our roof heading into winter. Erick came out to assess the source of the leak and was able to find the culprit and repair it with some plating and silicone around the pipe where water seemed to be coming in from runoff of the roof. He was very thorough and did note our shingles are old but with this fix we can likely hold off at least until next summer to replace the roof. We have a townhome, so this impacts our neighbor as well. To top it off, Erick is very personable and friendly and can easily explain what he has found along with pictures that help explain the issue. Thank you, Erick. Your company is lucky to have you!

Erick made my roofing repairs seamless and easy. He provided a timely estimate, professional review of what to expect and follow through with repair crew. These guys did a terrific job crafting a metal cap for our recently-restored 100-year-old chimney. Quick turnaround time — very professional team and a good-looking result.

All in all, I'm satisfied with the finished product. With that said though, there were many things that could have been improved with the overall experience - particularly around communication. Our small historic home had a mess of a roof which needed to be replaced (two layers of cedar shake shingles plus a layer of asphalt shingles on top). Obviously this required quite a bit more time and effort to remove before the actual replacement could begin, but what I was told several times would be a 5 day job though ended up taking 8 - and that's before I had to have their crews come back out several more times over the following weeks to fix things that weren't complete/correct. My chief complaint though is the lack of communication throughout the project. On the first day of the project, I had to reach out to confirm that the crews were still planning on coming since no one had showed up yet on Monday morning. During the week, when I noticed that things were progressing slower than I'd expected, I called the office to get an update and was told that it they'd need until the coming Monday to finish. Monday came and went though and the crews finally left on Wednesday.
Apparently no one (foreman, supervisor, etc.) inspected the finished roof and no one ever reached out to me after the job was completed to see if everything was satisfactory. I had to inspect the roof myself and reach out to their office after discovering that crews made several mistakes including: Installing the wrong color flashings/chimney cap, breaking a vent coming out of our roof, installing gutters that weren't properly sloped, leaving a handful of nail holes in shingles, breaking a fence post, and breaking 2 in-ground sprinklers. After notifying them of the issues and being told crews would be out that week to fix everything - that didn't happen. The first crew that came out only fixed the nail holes. When I reached out to find out when the rest of the items would be fixed, they had no idea that only thing the crew "fixed" was the nail holes. I was told a crew would be out the next week, but no one came. I had to reach out yet again to find out where the crew was and was told that they'd forgotten to come, so someone would come by the next week. Finally, 3 weeks later after the'd "finished" the job, a crew actually showed up to fix the rest of the issues (although by that point I'd opted to repaint the flashings/chimney cap myself, fix the fence post, and repair the sprinklers myself).
As I said at the start, I'm quite happy with the finished product - it looks great and we're glad to have a new roof, but the poor communication and follow-up by Aspen Roofing seriously tainted my overall experience.
UPDATE: The day after posting this, I received a call from the salesman asking if all the work had been done and if he could come by to inspect it. This was the first proactive call made to me from Aspen Roofing to check on the project or ask how it'd went. He asked me if I had a preference on how I'd like to pay the remainder of the invoice, not realizing that I had already paid it the day prior.
2nd UPDATE: After getting the call from the salesman asking if he could come inspect the roof, he never came by. Never saw or heard from him again. And still haven't been provided with warranty information for the roof.

I can't say enough about how responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and service-oriented Aspen Roofing was during our very complicated re-roofing project. Despite being significantly and repeatedly impacted by the work of our other contractors, they worked closely with us and even came on the weekend to get us back on schedule. When a broken roof truss was discovered, Eduardo Riveras jumped on it, worked all weekend and got it fixed to allow the rest of the roofing project to stay on schedule. From planning through execution, Ryan Brady was there to help with engineering and aesthetics. They made the whole project work, and I couldn't be more grateful.

So the backstory here is that over the last few months, we’ve have water draining down behind our main floor and basement fireplace.

Have had a couple of companies come by and look and they just kinda said “not sure why.” Super frustrating. It had started to damage our drywall as well. Yay….

After calling Aspen Roofing and explaining the situation, Ryan came by with his associate and climbed up on the roof. They actually looked inside the chimney cap (no one else had done that btw…) and discovered that the leaves and other detritus from the giant elm tree above the cap had fallen down, built up and the weight had broken the seal
around the flashing. Yikes!

The Aspen crew came last week, fixed that issue, placed a cap on the chimney cover to fix the leaf build up problem and also replaced the gutter covers that had been pulled off by another company (long story…)

So with all the rain these past couple of days, it was soooooo nice to not have water running into our house.

Ryan Brady and his team are true professionals. I lost a quarter of my metal roof in a windstorm, and Jesus, Francisco, Luis Medina, and Jose expertly removed the damaged pieces and sealed up the exposed areas on a Saturday morning (in the snow and wind). Ryan is a very thoughtful engineer, having advised me on preventing ice dams and designing an effective heat tape system, as well. I highly recommend these folks, as they have done much better work than my original installer.

I was interrupted from a meeting at work to what sounded like someone putting a ladder on my home, banging the side of my home as hard as they could, which made my dog go crazy. I go outside and see that someone put a ladder on the side of my home out of absolutely nowhere. I look around and see an "Aspen roofing" truck a few houses down. I ask if they put a ladder on my house and they say yes. Mind you, there was absolutely no warning, they didn't leave anything on the door ahead of time, nor try to knock and ask if they can get on my roof let alone hit my home with their ladder and interrupt my work day, nothing. I asked why they didn't knock, and what the hell they think they're doing getting on my roof out of nowhere and the guy said "I don't know". I tell them to stay away from my home and started to walk back and he calls out to me "sometimes I knock". Why would you even say that? You didn't knock to ASK if you can get on my roof, so it obviously doesn't matter to me if you "sometimes" knock because you didn't knock for me. And why only knock sometimes? Knock 100% of the times that you're going to get on someone's roof, or get out of the roofing business. This guy doesn't express a modicum of respect or concern for the neighbors of people he's doing work for, I wouldn't expect him to respect you as a customer either.

For some context as to why this is absolutely unacceptable, apart from the obvious: at this time I was dealing with issues in my attic and on my roof, and I was working on that myself with other contractors. This guy absolutely should not be getting on random roofs that he doesn't know are safe and that he doesn't know he's not going to be damaging by getting on them. Also my second story windows are the only obvious ways to break into my home, the other windows are securely locked and have alarms but if someone were to put a ladder exactly where this guy did and try to break into my home, if they tried hard enough, they probably could.

If it were up to me this guy wouldn't be working on roofs anymore but unfortunately I can only leave a review.

I called and called and finally the owner called me and complained to me that he was loosing money. It’s not my fault that his workers milked the job

after a week delay Ryan came out and gave me an estimate. I accepted the proposal and sent in a deposit. a couple of days later I called and sent an e-mail asking when they could do the job and where I was on the schedule, the lady on the phone said the production manager had gone home for the day and would call me the next day. a couple of days later after not getting a call I called again and got the same response: "He will call you tomorrow" tomorrow came and went with no call. now I needed this job done as soon as possible because it was holding up a mortgage refinance.
I concluded I was being given the runaround and began to look for another roofer, found one that "communicated" and gave prompt service. I wrote and called Aspen to tell them that I had to cancel the job ... of course they have kept my deposit.
I have to give them no stars for terrible customer communication.

I had 3 roofing companies look at our leak. Two companies were from our HOA, and neither of those companies bothered to inspect the roof. They tried to diagnose it from our back patio. I reached out to a property mgmt. company a friend owns and he recommended Aspen Roofing. Ryan came out and spent 20 minutes on our roof and diagnosed the cause of the leak for which the other two firms were incorrect in their assessment. I would highly recommend Aspen Roofing.

Justin came out because I was afraid I had a leak in the roof due to paint peeling on a ceiling. He did a complete inspection of the attic and the roof and there was no leak. I just had bad paint. If I ever do have a roofing issue, this is the only company I will ever call!

Stellar service form start to finish. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable with our metal roof system that was improperly installed by a shoddy contractor who left us high and not so dry. Chris and Levi showed up on time a went above and beyond with professionalism and integrity. We hope we won't need Aspen Roofing again anytime soon but if we do need a roofer, we'd call them again in a heartbeat. Thank you Aspen Roofing!

After a totally botched gutter work by a different company last year, Aspen Roofing was a welcome change. Cassius (hope I am spelling his name correctly), who did the gutter work, was knowledgeable, punctual, and accurate. I recommend them.

I had a small patch job which can be hard to have taken seriously in the height of a busy summer. I had no problem getting someone to come out and bid the job and the finished product was EXACTLY what I needed. I will definitely go with Aspen for my small AND large roofing needs!

Our architects recommended Aspen Roofing to us after a terrible soffit and fascia job was started by our contractor’s guy. Ryan Brady came out and knew exactly what needed to be done. (Aspen Roofing offers a one piece wide fascia that they customize to your house that does not ripple!) In fact, Ryan came to our job a few times to check on things—he is friendly, personable and the epitome of great customer service. When original roofing guys told us no one could make our chimney caps the way they’d been designed on our plans, Ryan had his guys make them and they are beautiful—definitely a highlight of our house as you drive up our road! Their employee, Jose, was the one to do our job and his work is perfection. We have a vaulted entryway and back patio that my husband didn’t want rivets showing and Jose executed this beautifully. (We get so many comments on his work on those areas!.) Jose even came on Saturday a few times to work—such s hard worker! I can’t recommend Aspen Roofing enough! These guys are truly the best!

came out to my house and started looking at the work I needed done. He left without any notice. I called the company a few hours later and was told a I would receive a quote on the work within a day. After calling a dozen times I finally received a quote 6 days later. The price was very high. I’m not an expert at siding but my jaw dropped when I saw the quote.

Ryan (owner) came out to take a look at my chimney that was leaking in bad storms mid-January, and to give a bid on replacing the roof on a large porch and shed.

He was on time for the appt we set (so already ahead of other companies). We got up on the roof together in the snow.  He pointed out what the problem with the chimney was and said that honestly, I could fix it myself by getting X product and described the steps.  So amazing to have a professional willing to share his expertise in that manner.

Ryan sent the bid for the roof repair just a day later (so fast!) and it was highly competitive with the other bids I'd gotten.  And even though I went with another great roofing company (pretty sure I got a friends & family discount, which tipped my decision on that particular job), I am for sure going back to Aspen when I get my house siding replaced and soffitt repaired!

Needed new soffit. Called Ryan, he came out and looked at job. Said he would be back to me in a few days. That was 3 months ago. He has ignored my calls & text. If he didn't want to do the job, he could do the courtesy of responding.

We recently hired Aspen Roofing to replace shingle tabs that had blown off in the wind and to repair the roof around our swamp cooler ducting. This was by no means a large job but Ryan found the time to fit us into their busy schedule. They arrived at the specified time and went right to work, requiring little input or attention from me. When the final bill arrived it was for the exact amount we had been quoted. It was really sort of a nondescript project with nothing extraordinary to report in the end other than quality work, but isn't that often what you want from a contractor?

This was our second experience with Aspen Roofing and I will continue to turn to them whenever I have roofing needs.

I think the best praise that they deserve came from the swamp cooler company we hired to replace our cooler (Concierge Cooler Service). When they arrived to install our new cooler, the first thing they said to me was, "I was so happy to see Aspen Roofing here when we drove up. They do the absolute best work and are easy to work with."

I was referred to Aspen Roofing by a workman who came out to work on our gutters. We very much needed help to repair our deck roofing, as it leaked almost immediately after it was installed years ago. The original installer never correctly fixed the problem. Our workman said simply... the guys at Aspen Roofing are the best of the best! He was absolutely CORRECT! I called, and in just a few days I had their estimator visit, and we were so amazed, that shortly after that... they had an unexpected opening, and they sent out a GREAT guy! He was so very, very nice, he came totally prepared, showed up right at 9am every day, and cleaned up 100% every day when he left for the day! And best of all... we have had significant weather and our roof - it no longer leaks! I highly, highly recommend Aspen Roofing! Absolutely one of the BEST companies we have ever worked with.

Recently I called Aspen Roofing to fix my old roof that was needed repair badly especially the flat part of the roof. They re-shingled the sloped roof and fixed the concave flat roof and it only took a couple of days! I went with their recommendation to have functional vents installed and also opted for new gutters. Honestly, I couldn't be happier! My home looks much better than it, but better than that I have peace of mind knowing that my roof was repaired correctly (and it also eliminated a musty wood smell that permeated my home before). Highly recommend!

I don't appreciate Aspen coming to my jobsite, calling in and lying to the office staff and saying they are a neighbor needing some roofing done, getting the contractors name and calling the city to stir up the pot! Don't ever step foot on my properties again or i will have you arrested!!! I'm not putting the properties name because they know which site I'm talking about unless they do this sort of underhanded thing all the time. Despicable!

Aspen replaced my entire roof with new asphalt shingles 5 years ago. They honored their commitments did an outstanding job at a competitive price. The roof still looks like new. If any issues do come up, I am confident I can rely on Aspen.

Last week, I had a light tunnel installed on the roof to light one of the interior rooms. I called Aspen again. Their technician was courteous and did an excellent job on the installation. The price was fair. I have recommended Aspen to anyone needing roof work and plan to go to them if/when I need future roof work.

Wonderful company to work with! I needed my roof vents replaced and had called a few other companies before I called Aspen roofing. The other companies made me wait more than a week for this simple bid. With Aspen roofing, I had a bid emailed to me before the day was out and the roof was fixed just a few days later. Rafael did a very good job and he was polite and helpful with any questions I had. I will definitely use this company again in the future and highly recommend it to others.

After checking with multiple roofing companies on estimates for my repair, Aspen roofing was not only the best price, but could get to my repair weeks before the other companies. Although we had a few hang ups with communication on the schedule, they were able to fit me in even sooner than the original estimation.

Terrible customer service. They installed solar powered attic fans in my home in a location where they were not in the sun and would not run. Whoops. More importantly, I've been in contact with them and they won't fix their work. It's been 5 weeks and now my roof is covered in snow. Will this ever get corrected?

I just wanted to give a shout out to Jonathan Brady and Ryan Brady at Aspen Roofing for doing an incredible job for my clients, Niciye Ainsworth and Russ Garcia. I just sold Niciye's home and in order to do so the roof needed replaced per FHA guidelines. We had some tight deadlines and strict criteria in order to meet the needs to be approved by the FHA lender. Needless to say Aspen Roofing pulled it off! Gorgeous new roof that both the sellers and buyers are very pleased with, and in a timely manner. Very professional and thorough from start to finish! Aspen Roofing is great. They did a repair of some shingles that blew off my roof. They charged less than half of what a competitor estimated and were easy to work with! Great job. I would absolutely use them again.

I had decided it was time to replace 60 year old, rusted out, ceiling roofs that were so ugly at my apartments. I had no idea who to use but called many siding companies and Aspen was the only company that stepped up to conquer the project!
They were fabulous to work with and did an excellent job and the ceiling landings look brand new and good for another 60 years. I highly recommend them as they are so varied in what they can tackle and the price was right!

Several years ago, I developed a leak in my roof. At the time, I just couldn't manage the cost of replacing the whole roof, but Ryan worked with me to replace part of the roof at a cost I could manage. In May, wind did a lot of damage to the remaining old roof and the time had come to replace the rest. Ryan was friendly, caring and professional. The rest of the roof was replaced and looks beautiful. I always recommend this company to friends who need a roofing contractor.

We chose Aspen Roofing for their positive reviews and years in the business. Nice website, too. They were honest and knowledgeable about the repairs needed, so I felt I could trust Ryan when he told me our 70-year-old bar tile roof was done for. Their estimate for a full replacement with shingles + rain gutters was a little out of our budget, but consistent with other estimates. The laborers worked hard, long days and did quality work I could tell they cared about. The only issue I had with Aspen was communication. I was given a Monday start date, but hadn't heard anything by the Friday before so I called them. At that time they decided on Wednesday, but I still hadn't heard anything by Tuesday night so I called Wednesday morning. I was told they would start that afternoon, but didn't see anyone until the next day. Oh well. The job and price are more important.

Estimator was very fair and knowledgeable. Gave me great options for fixing my aging tile roof. I didn't even know re-using the tiles was an option, and even though it was a lot of work, they didn't shy away. Guys did a great job working with less than ideal weather and cleaned up my yard every day when they were done!

We were selling our house and discovered from the home inspection we were missing a few shingles from heavy winds on the west side . I never saw the damage since all the shingles visible from the ground looked perfect and none could be seen that were missing.

I wanted to get the repair done before the appraisal so I decided to call 4 different roofing companies. One rep showed a day late and quoted an outrageous amount for the repair. One rep kept saying he was coming but the weather was always holding him back. One rep never showed at all and I never heard from them after initial contact.

The Aspen Rep (Ryan) said they would be out on a Monday at 11 am to quote the repair. He even called me that morning to say he was running a couple minutes behind. Within hours he emailed me a quote and told me to call his office to get on the schedule and make the 30% down payment. I explained the situation to the office and in 3 days they had the repair complete. They even gave me a certification for the appraiser.

Fast, courteous and responsive. That is my idea of customer service. Thank you!

Called as a bit of an emergency with some leaking in my roof/gutter. Aspen came out the same day and got it resolved.

We contracted Aspen Roofing several years ago and are still unhappy with it. We chose them initially because they were well reviewed, the price was good and the gentleman who provided the estimate seemed knowledgeable. It went downhill from there.

After signing the estimate/contract and faxing it in, we heard no response for several weeks. They were very hard to get a hold of, especially during my limited times of availability, and we needed to make sure the repairs were done as soon as possible for insurance reasons. As a result, we chose to go with a different company. However, the story doesn't end there.

Several weeks later, after hearing nothing since faxing over the contract, a roofer showed up out of nowhere and began working on the roof, tearing up the repairs already performed by another contractor. We came home to find him working and were able to stop him. He patched up what he had done and left. Again, we had no idea he was even coming, having heard nothing since faxing over the contract approximately a month earlier.

With some phone calls and emails, I was eventually able to get in contact with one of their main owner/operators, Jon. He eventually agreed to charge only for materials and write off the cost of labor. I was unhappy with this, but it was a compromise we came to. However, when I received the bill, I was charged the full amount and they would not budge. It seemed Jon had forgotten his deal.

I eventually gave in and paid the bill, but will never use their service again. My dissatisfaction isn't about the money, it is about the lack of communication and poor service/treatment. Aspen knew these repairs were going to be a temporary fix in anticipation of a much larger job a few years later, and they blew their chance to win that larger contract, or any other roofing needs I may need in the future. When our roof was re-shingled this year, we went with a different company and have been happy with the results.

They were great to work with! They responded quickly to my request for a bid, and they scheduled us quickly to get the job done. They came out and got the repairs done quickly, always keeping me apprised of what they were doing. We will definitely use this company again!

We met with 9 or 10 different roofing companies trying to find a good contractor to re-roof our 20 year old home. (Original contractor installed awful organic shingles). Of these there were only a couple I enjoyed meeting with to discuss our needs. The main reasons we chose Aspen were;
1-We looked at some homes they had previously done,
2-Bid was very detailed,
3-Aspen wasn't the least expensive but they were far from the most expensive.
4-Product, Warranty and method of install was best available
Once the work started, the workers were good about cleaning up around our driveway each day so we could have access to the garage. It took about 4 days for a complete tear off and re-roof. The only complaint I have is that I had to call them back because the container hadn't been picked up when the job was done. The roof looks great. We are confident it will be the last roof we deal with unless we move. I've already had complements on how good it looks.

The Aspen Roofing quote was much more detailed than others we obtained. Ryan Brady made suggestions and knew his stuff. Anyone who scampers around the roof in flip-flops must be at home there! Our project was not without a couple of hiccups, but Ryan and his crew took care of the issues. Our new metal roof looks great, functions well and, as pleasant as Ryan is, we doubt we'll encounter him in the near future.

Aspen was responsive and nice to work with. The job was a small repair but they bid it fairly and coordinated with a masonry repair. The work was just completed so I can't comment on whether it has remedied our problem yet. I can say that I am very pleased with how they have handled the whole process and have confidence that they have solved the problem in a very cost effective way.

We had the misfortune to start our complete re-roofing at the same time that El Nino decided to start dumping copious amounts of snow in the Avenues in December. I had my doubts that anyone would work in those conditions but I was wrong! They worked whenever possible and in terrible conditions. They met several special requests and, while it took some time due to the weather conditions, the roof looks great. I was always met with kindness and respect and would have not liked to go through a winter re-roof with anyone else. Good product and good people all around. Completely honest. Glad I found them and did business with them.

The house: 1940s era brick cottage that needed a complete roof removal and rebuild, including building a new deck (original roof pre-dated ply-wood decks) plus a freestanding garage (same era, same removal and rebuild required).

The good: the quality of the workmanship is high; the crew was professional and courteous, checking with us anytime there was a question and cleaning up the site at the end of each day; they were careful of our landscape, which we have invested quite a lot of money in; the roof will last years and comes with excellent materials and warranty; the price was about $2k less than a comparable roof/materials/warranty through the other contractor we considered.

The bad: communication was terrible throughout the project--phone calls were never returned, emails were not answered, the dumpster was delivered during a workday with no advance warning (which could have blocked our cars in the garage if one of us hadn't happened to be home), the bid was unclear in terms of exactly what was included, we had to request samples ourselves in order to choose materials and our materials selections were not properly recorded. You shouldn't have to work that hard to get a contractor to help you understand process and timeline. If we had not been quite so dogged, I think the project would have been delayed, and possibly some work that was included in the bid may not have been performed.

If money had been no object, we would have gone elsewhere. And this wasn't an inexpensive job in the first place ($14.5-$15K for 1200 SQ house and 400 SQ garage). If you can afford a couple thousand more, that's what I'd recommend. I still gave it a 4-star review for the quality of the finished product. But the experience left a lot to be desired and was quite frustrating from a management and communication perspective.

Ryan Brady came out on short notice to help us with a serious failure in the flat roof of one of our buildings. They made an emergency repair. Saved our _utts. I found Ryan to be so knowledgeable and professional. He knew exactly what the issues were and made professional recommendations.

Absolute top-notch service. I could not have asked for more attention to detail or better quality of work. Our new roof and all associated trim looks fantastic! Aspen's crew even took the time to protect our landscaping and completely clean up after themselves. Deciding on a contractor for a roof or otherwise is a tough chore, especially when you're spending a good deal of money. Believe me when I say you will get more than your money's worth with Aspen (and no, they didn't tell me to say that).

Slight leak developed where an addition meets the original house. Ryan quickly diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate. There was a little wait time (about thirty days) but being busy is a good indicator of success I suppose. Jesus did the work which was in a difficult spot and in very cold weather. He didn't stop for a minute except to show me the problem and explain the fixes. His attention to detail and the workmanship are exceptional. He cleaned up meticulously and took the garbage with him. That is a definite indicator of professionalism in my opinion. No rain or snow to put the job to the test yet but my guess is that we are shipshape and Bristol fashion. I recommend Aspen and Jesus without equivocation.

During a major rainstorm this summer, a bay window leaked badly. Water was coming in through the window from above. I was convinced that we would need to replace flashing & shingles to resolve the problem. I called Aspen Roofing and talked to Ash. He identified the root cause. It had nothing to do with flashing and shingles. It was related to the fact that our gabled roof drained into a single gutter; the gutter overfilled; and the overflowing gutter backed up water in such a way that water ran into the window. His solution was to divert the water away from the window & reinstall the gutter. That work was done very professionally, and I am amazed with how well the crew was able to match the colors of the repairs with what previously existed. The job was very well done. So, now I can sit back, relax, and say LET IT RAIN AND SNOW ! ! !

I replaced the evaporative cooler on top of my house. The new building codes required that the upducting be raised for the new cooler. So there was a patch job that needed to be done. It took a few days to get the job scheduled with Aspen Roofing but then they called me almost two weeks before the scheduled work date and had an opening that day. They did an excellent job. The employees were kind, courteous, and professional plus their roof repair was outstanding and they cleaned up afterwards.

The price was reasonable and the service was excellent.

Not really sure what to think of Aspen Roofing now. Communication is absolutely terrible. Don't expect appointments to be met or phone calls to be made when they are going to show up to do work or to inform you that they are delayed and won't be able to make it. I understand they are busy but a little courtesy with phone calls or text messages goes a long way. I will have to wait and see how the roof holds up in the years to come. I hope it'll be 20 years as advertised. I don't know anything about roofs but it seems way better than the previous roof install that failed prematurely.

I investigated many roofing companies, too many. I went with Aspen because they were the most professional and the most thorough. Jon was very patient with all my requests, followed up quickly, and addressed in detail every question and concern I had before I agreed to have them do the job. The roofing crew was careful to do the job properly and they were pleasant to work with (Rafael and Luis). I had them do a small shed roof over the front door in copper, just as an accent piece for the house. Jon was excellent in describing options, meeting with me to show me samples, etc. Eduardo, the copper technician, was absolutely fantastic and a real pleasure to deal with. He took the time to make sure that everything was just perfect, answered my questions, and made adjustments to be sure the copper was perfect and that I was happy with it. Everyone I worked with at Aspen (President, crew, production mgr, office staff) were great. Aspen went beyond the mark for me and I highly recommend them for your project.
