HERO Home

The staff were very friendly and the whole process was very quick. It all was done a month sooner than expected.

There is room for improvement in their roofing staff communication, but it wasn't much of a problem. We were told that they'd start between 7-8 am and the roofers were up working shortly after 6. We had also found a few shingles that we wanted replaced, which the crew lead was great at responding to me about, but the roofers never let us know when they stopped by. This made it so the shingles we saw needing to be replaced weren't fixed until after talking with the crew lead again to have them marked. Second time around, the roofers still didn't say anything when they came by but fixed what was marked.

Other than that, there were a handful of nails that were left on the roof, which might be more of an issue after rain and snow if you have kids. But otherwise they were very clean.

I had the siding replaced on my house through Hero Home. I went from old and rotting wooden slats (painted in an ugly color, too!) to Alside Ascend siding. I have got to say that it is like a breath of fresh air to see the house now! My neighbors have been coming over to compliment the work, and I couldn't be happier.

The whole process went smoothly. Drew, the salesman, was very patient with me and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction, and helped us pick the siding options using a cool modeling program that he had.

From there I worked with their siding project manager, Keaton, and their installer Jeff. Both were very professional and put me at ease, and Jeff did an excellent job with all of it. I was impressed that a single installer could do all of the work, but he did it!

Overall, I had a great experience with Hero Home. I think they are an honest company that will do right by you.

The windows and gutters are ordered, so will update the review when the installers come in but I have high hopes for a great installation!

Neil and Cavin were patient and helpful as we narrowed in on the decision. They explained all the options. We are really excited to see the new look of our home.

The windows are wonderful! We can feel the difference that the three pane glass provides. The sales people and the installers were friendly and kept us informed on what was needed next and what we needed to do.
They even fixed a base board, by the door, that my kid knocked off in between their visits.

Wow! I'm so excited to see the transformation of my house after it gets a new roof in 5 weeks.
I purchased my first home 14 years ago. I've done many improvements over the years and my next one is new roof.
Kevin from Hero Home came to my house and met with my husband and I to inspect the roof and inside of the attic to see truly 100% of what needs to be done. I knew it was going to be a full tear off. I have a old wood slat base, wood shank roof and then 23 years ago they asphalt roofed over all of that roof.
Kevin took good detailed pictures, explained and educated me on how things are to have my home up to code. Sample of the product and layers that will go on during the reroofing process. It's going to be awesome.
I was very comfortable with Kevin and how he explained things. Happy with that he will work with the city on permit and there inspection of the job. I will get certificate to share with my homeowners insurance so they can see the roof has been replaced and my home protected.

We have had a couple of home renovation companies quote us for redoing our siding. Josh from Hero Homes was the most respectful, kind, and informative BY FAR!! No gimmicks. No being pushy or fake! He was honest, genuine, helpful, and answered all our questions! I feel more informed and will absolutely look to them for any and all future home renovation services!

Hero Home was so helpful when I decided to replace my roof. Kevin walked me through all the options and let me ask as many questions as I wanted to. I know what I am getting and why, and how the cost and warranty break down. When they came, they came in force, worked like crazy, and finished the work in one day, including clean-up. I was really impressed with the quality of the work, their commitment to doing a good job, and the effort they made to pick up the mess afterward. I love the final product! It looks great, and I'm really happy with the new vent system along the ridgelines, which I think will do a much better job of keeping the roof cool than what was there before. I would recommend Hero Home roofing to anyone.

Hero installed 6 windows and a sliding glass for for us about 4 months ago (April '24) and we've had no issues with them so far. The windows and door are very nice. We did have one mix up with the sliding glass door, there seemed to be miscommunication with the sales person who changed the position of our sliding door so now it opens on the right side instead of the left. We didn't know this until after the new door was installed, and Hero said they couldn't change it for us since we signed the agreement acknowledging the door position and everything. If you do go with Hero Windows just make sure you double check everything before signing.
The windows themselves are very high quality and the sales, installation and support teams are very helpful and professional. One of our old windows fell out and shattered during the installation process, but they cleaned it up quickly which was nice.

We have a older home with a flat roof. The workers were not very careful, so we did have a few issues. But I was very impressed how fast they came out and fixed all are issues. I would use Hero Homes again because of the great customer service and the willingness to fix the problems. Thank you

We just had our windows installed yesterday. Not only do they look amazing, but I can already feel a difference in the temperature of our home. The installers were great! They were so efficient and were done much faster than I expected and didn't leave a mess. I highly recommend Hero homes!

This may be the first time I've ever written a positive review for a company I didn't end up going through. When my wife and I agreed to have someone come talk to us about replacing our roof, I was skeptical that we would get a high-pressure salesperson who pulls out all of the stops to bait us into buying.

Jose was quite the opposite and it was fantastic. He was honest, transparent, and low pressure. He listened to our specific concerns and before he even made it through all of the material he had prepared, he was upfront by telling us that Hero Homes would be higher than our anticipated budget range. While we ultimately decided to go in a different direction, I hope there's an opportunity to work with Hero Homes in the future because they absolutely have my trust.

Window Manufacturer took a little longer which delayed the installation, but it was worth the wait. The windows look great, the attention to detail by the installer was impressive. Can't wait to see the energy savings next month.

We just purchased windows from Hero Home and we were very pleased. The installers were clean, polite, and helpful in explaining how to use the windows. One thing I liked was the display window that was used when they came to our home to show what they could do for us. Hero sent us updates on the progress of our windows and set up an installment date in advance so we did not have to wonder. All in all, we were very happy and would recommend them to anyone needing windows.

We got a new roof through these guys and I can’t give them enough stars. They did a phenomenal job.

We have been needing to replace our roof for a long time. We redid our entire house and this was the last thing we needed to do. The shingles were all cracked, different colors, and leaked every time it rained. The ply wood was rotting and had holes from when a tree fell on it. These guys were fast, respectful, and did such an amazing job! They quoted our roof for much less than anyone else and did such a fantastic job! We are so happy with the work that they did! They back their work with a warranty and the shingles are backed by the manufacturer for 50 years! If you are going to redo your roof might as well do it right and once! They went thru and removed our old swamp cooler and replaced all the vents and flashing that were rusted. We have already seen a dramatic decrease in the use of our AC. Last year it was running all day. Since the roof has been put in, it hasn’t ever kicked on.
These guys do an amazing job! If you are looking to redo your roof this is your company!

I knew I have been needing to replace my roof for some time now but have been dragging my feet. Kevin made the process oddly entertaining. His excitement over the products that Hero uses was infectious and informative. They took videos and photos showing me their process during the free bid and I feel confident in going with their company... the warranty is outstanding. I cannot wait for them to get started!

Overall experience with HERO homes was great. All the reps we talked with were friendly, no pressure and accommodating to our schedules. Once we decided to move forward with the purchase, they worked with us on setting up the loan and then kept us informed throughout the process with fairly accurate dates on when we could expect the windows to be completed and installed. During installation the crew was very friendly and were able to swap out six windows in a few hours and cleaned up all their mess afterwards.
Only reasons for four stars instead of five, it would have been better if the initial rep was able to do the full quote and purchase instead of waiting on a second person to come out. The other thing that bugged me was the loan company they had us go through for the purchase. I found out after the fact it was basically a credit card (care credit) style loan, which if not paid on time or within the time limit has a very evil jump in interest that can be painful to anybody not ready for it.

The installers were very, very professional and helpful, cleaned up after themselves and everything. The windows look beautiful. I would recommend them to anyone.

Hero home did a great job on replacing all of the windows in our older home. They were very thorough with protecting the interiors as there was risk of lead exposure. They were efficient in getting them done in a timely manner. Even with having to remove the existing exterior bars. The windows look beautiful and communication from all involved was top notch. I’d definitely recommend them if you’re in the market for updating your windows

Windows installed today. Installers exceptionally professional, and found issue with the big picture window before they'd removed the old one. Side-by-side comparison shows how much better the new windows are. HERO staff are amazing with open communication and I really feel like they want their customers (me) happy with the experience.

I have been telling myself I was gonna get new windows to my house since I moved in my house in 2019. But different projects kept taking precedence. Finally I met up with Hero Windows employees and their customer service was amazing, they allow you to finance because sometimes we just don’t have it all to spend in one go. The install took a day. It was quick, and the installers made sure to clean/vaccuum even more than what they needed to (they were vacuuming my kids crumbs out of the carpet). Abby was an excellent representative and made sure I loved everything when the work was completed. She took the time to address any concerns and questions I had. Overall great customer service throughout the company. And my windows are amazing.

I highly recommend these guys! They installed a high-quality product in a very timely manner. Everyone that came to install was very friendly, and clean. They covered everything up with plastic during the installation and double check their cleanliness when they got done. At the end of the install. They walked us through and double checked every window to make sure everything was correct.

Our new Hero windows look amazing. We went with the white frames and love the updated style. My hubby and I can already tell a difference with the warmth inside during a snowstorm. We were hot and didn't realized no need to crank up the thermostat. We are used to setting the knob at 71, rather it's now plenty warm at 67*.

A five is the missed measurement of two loft windows. There was also a mix-up on both my part and the measurement team over an additional window added into the original contract, yet left out of manufacturing and installation. It's not a problem as we aren't in a rush to have the project completed ASAP.
We enjoyed working with the folks who came to the house.
It was difficult to reach office staff when there was a scheduling concern. I was told they need to hire someone new. That will fix that issue.
Overall, we are pleased a this point with Hero Doors Service. Perhaps we will contract them to help with house sidings, depending on how the remainder of our window installation resolves.

I had my windows done by hero windows. They kept me well informed on the manufacturer of the windows and when they'd be ready to be put in. So I got them and the crew was very good at what they do. They cleaned up after every step it was a pleasure working with them. Abby was great. Also she answered every question I had. I would recommend hero windows to anybody that needed windows

From the sales to the installation, all of the people were knowledgeable and helpful. The installers did a wonderful job, they also were courteous and showed us all the features of the windows. They also cleaned up after the installation. The installation was scheduled to take more than a day, but they were able to complete the job is less than one day. There were a few issues with a couple of the windows, but they brought it to our attention along with a plan to fix them. I would highly recommend not only the product, but the service.

The Installers came today to put in our new windows. They were right on time. They installed 7 windows and took the time to do a good job. The windows look great, and have some very cool features. They cleaned up really well after they were done and made sure to protect our carpet and furniture. We are happy with our purchase and excited to have higher quality windows!

Hero Windows was pretty easy to work with. The installers were great. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves. The installers came across a few issues that were of no fault of their own. They, and Hero, were quick to make the situation right with out questions. Hero was absolutely wonderful! They showed up on time, put down drop cloths everywhere to protect our floors, they were fast, friendly and very efficient. It was a two day job. They cleaned up after themselves both days and showed us how the windows work. Installation was a big ordeal but very manageable. We are very pleased with Hero, their windows and installers. Great experience all around from the first salesman to the installers. Couldn’t be happier.

We're very happy with our Hero windows and can already feel a difference in their ability to keep cold air out! The installers did a great job, and cleaned up everything before they left. Everything looked perfect when they were done. There was one little mistake in the order, but they did a great job making it right, and in the end everything was corrected and turned out perfectly. The installers did a wonderful job. Very professional & efficient. They had to come back and replace 2 screens per there were holes in them. They came back 2 days later to replace them and it was done in less than 1/2 an hours. Thank you.

Installers came in and were wonderful. They worked during a blizzard and did an amazing job. The windows are absolutely fabulous. We have an unfinished basement and the windows were original from the 1940’s. Winters are freezing down there. That night we noticed a difference in temperature, not even 5 hours after they were installed. Couldn’t be more happy with them

They were amazing when it came to ordering and getting my windows. They made sure to give me weekly updates. And install went very smoothly, even in the middle of a small snow storm. It didn't slow them down at all. They even made sure to protect my floors and belongings.

I am so happy with my windows. The entire team was so pleasant to work with, from the sales representative to the installers. Staff was friendly, showed up on time for install. Easy to work with and get everything set up. Only issue was not all corners of the window were caulked and there was minor damage to our molding on 2 of the window installs. But, our windows look great and we are very happy with them.

We needed new windows so when a rep showed up at the door, we set up an appointment for the same night with Jose C. He showed up on time and even brought blueberry muffins for my birthday. We decided to make the investment and set up an appointment to have them come out and measure. It took a bit for the manufacturer to get the windows built but Hero kept us in the know on where they were in the process. Finally got the call that they were in and scheduled a time for installation. We had two amazing installers Marquis and Kayden. I can't say enough about how friendly, courteous, professional and meticulous they were. It took a couple days to get all the windows done but we noticed a difference in the temperature the first night, may even need to turn the thermostat down. Jose C came out to check on the progress and to make sure we were happy with everything. The windows look great and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Would highly recommend Hero Windows!

Brett and Jereme were total professionals as they came into my home and went right to work; they work together in total unison and had my entire home completed in just under 4 hours. The windows look absolutely fantastic, I had no idea that the end result would be so beautiful! My wife and I will enjoy them for many years to come. We set up an appointment with Jose Coronado. He was really good to work with and showed us the windows, their specifications and how they operated. We scheduled a time with an installer to come measure and order the windows, which went quickly. It took a while for the manufacturer to build the windows and ship them, but once the installation team had the windows, 23 windows were installed within two days. Within a few hours after the installation was finished, the head of the installation team called us to verify that everything was completed to our satisfaction and to find out if there were any open issues to be resolved. We really like the looks of the windows and are hoping the energy efficient windows will keep our home warmer this winter and cooler next summer. We would highly recommend using Hero Windows.

Our experience with Hero Windows Kaysville has been and is excellent. The product and service presentation by Tau was very informative he answered all of our questions. What he had explained did come true. The timing of the Windows arriving, their top notch very kind certified Technicians craftsmanship was professional.
