We can’t say enough good things about our experience with Rooftops. Not only were they extremely friendly, and knowledgeable, they got the job done quick. The quality is superb and my roof looks fantastic.

Rooftop energy solutions replaced my entire roof in February 2022. I now have a leak going through the sheeting into my attic and into my kitchen. The owner came to see the damage and he claims that the damage existed prior to his work instead of taking responsibility for poor workmanship while replacing the entire roof and honoring the ten year labor warranty on the contract.

What can I not say about these guys beyond completely awesome? They were beyond professional, respectful, diligent, knowledgeable, and hard working. I would give them 10/5 stars if I could. I own a hotel outside of the valley, and they showed up very kindly within a few days of my inquiry. They quoted me on a ten day removal and full blown new installation of my commercial building, and managed to have it completed with less than four days. They exceeded my expectations by a million. They picked up after themselves everyday, made sure I was well informed of every day process, and were beyond respectful. Coming from someone (myself) that isn’t always a fan of strange faces working on my hotel, I can say that not once did I have a bad feeling or a bad word to say about them. These guys go above and beyond, I would recommend them to anybody.

Rooftops came and replaced our old roof over a year ago and I am happy to say it's still in excellent condition. Thier prices were fair, they gave us options, and checked in thru the process to make sure everything was going good. There are alot of companies that will do a okay job but rooftops did the best job and I would recommend them to anyone needing work done to thier roof. Before and after pictures included!

They came and fixed my roof that a previous roofer hadn't done the greatest job on. Got it done quickly and reasonably priced. They take pride in their work. I would use them again for sure.

Rooftops installed a TPO membrane roof on a new 200 sf addition in the North End of Boise. They also removed a chimney and patched that spot on the existing shingled roof. The work was done professionally and in a timely way. Robbie Bour provided good judgement and advice throughout the process.

We had Rooftops come out to are house to repair some damage to are roof. The gentleman that came out for the repair was Colin. Colin was polite and helpful with repairing the issues with are roof. He did a great job and I would use Rooftops again.

This is an established professionally run company with factory training on Malarkey roofing products. I always reached Robby or his office directly when calling. I wanted quality and technical knowledge over low price as I hate dealing with problems. They were actually competitive and more knowledgable (I did a fair amount of technical research prior to getting quotes) than other companies quoting. They completed a total re-roof with full coverage ice/snow shielding (low slope roof) and solar attic fan for our 1600 sq. ft. roof in 2 days. The staff was great to work with always showing up promptly, the roof looks terrific and there was no mess left after completion. What a pleasurable, no-stress way to do business!

Rooftops ES is the best in the Boise Valley. Best price, best materials and excellent service. I called several companies and nobody was close to these guys for roof replacement.

Great company! There was alot of surprises when they installed a new metal roof on my old cabin. Between removing and capping the chimney to finding out the insulation was on the outside to finding out the A-frame was steeper than originally thought they came out on top! Very professional and they really go out of their way to make you happy! Very happy that I went with rooftops!

We have an old historic barn that needed re-roofing. This was a big job and we had trouble just getting bids from other companies. These guys did a great job for a fair price. They are real pros. Good bid. Good work. Punctual.

RoofTops replaced our roof in Cascade in August. Their quote was detailed, competitive, and thorough with options, and they explained the process well. They scheduled us in a reasonable time, completed the job ahead of schedule, and were easy to communicate with on any questions. I got estimates from 5 different contractors and Jake was truly professional and knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions and all were answered. He gave me a copy of their insurance and made me feel confident they would follow the codes for ventilation and laying ice and water shield to protect from rain and snow. They Malarkey shingles, in Natural Wood color are beautiful. I didn’t realize what the high ridge profile would look like and I might not have chosen it, but I have come to love it. Finished in two days, I would definitely recommend RoofTops. They are a great team!

They take the time to do things right. Unknown to us, the builders cut the edge of the roofs plywood too short. It had been covered by the old shingles, leaving a space that birds could get into. Rooftops stopped the job to get customized metal to close the gap. They also had to fix an eve. Other roofers who contract out much of the job might have overlooked these issues to keep on schedule. Rooftops is competitively priced, plus they use top-rated Malarkey shingles.

These folks are the best. First of all, I'm very picky and expect things to be done correctly when I'm paying for the work. Rooftops lived up to my expectations, which are high. I have an old house, chose era-appropriate shingles, and wanted to make sure there were no exposed nails in the open soffits. They walked through options and assured me there would be no split wood or exposed nails in the 100-year-old soffits. I got 7 estimates before choosing Rooftops and am so glad we did. My husband even raved about their work, communication, and clean up. He said this was the best work we've paid anyone to do in Boise. After they left, aside from the new roof, we'd never know they had been here because they cleaned up so well. Several people have stopped to tell us how much they like our new roof. These folks are the best--everyone from the supervisor, owner, and roofers.

They are great to work with. Other roofing companies call them for the difficult jobs (i.e. steep pitch). I have referred my real estate clients to them on numerous occasions ranging from roof certifications, repairs and replacements. If you are a Veteran, they will honor your service with a nice discount.

Worked with Jake on our complete shingle replacement for a roof "certified" to last another three years -- the roof was not even close to holding water for another season (extensive fiberglass loss, and water damage), and Jake spotted it. Loved how transparent he was with cost, expectations, and knowledge of the industry. Rooftops was such a sigh of relief when going through this whole process. I am so glad we went through these guys. Ken was a huge help and really knows his stuff when it comes to roofing. He was honest and gave us plenty of options to choose from. We had received a couple quotes from different roofing companies and although there were some cheaper ones, we went with Rooftops because of the professionalism and peace of mind it gave us knowing that it was going to be done the right way the first time. Going with Rooftops was the best decision we could have made. We had multiple quotes, but we went with Rooftops due to their customer service and attention to detail. Kenny looked at our roof and came back with different options and explained everything in such detail we felt comfortable with our decision. Brandy was more than helpful, and understanding we had just moved here and were overwhelmed with taking care of a new home she helped us throughout the entire process. Rooftops ES provided the best quote in terms of quality versus cost. They were nearly half the cost of one quote while also having the preferred Malarkey shingles. They were also able to work around our rain gutters while another company stated they would need to be torn down and replaced. They went above and beyond by helping us coordinate with framers to repair a roof sag and a third party company needed to repair our chimney. Doing so required Rooftops ES to schedule around the framer and chimney work and accommodate those efforts by leaving supports in place. The work they did was also above and beyond as they had to do a lot of fine detail work on our old North End house, and the finished product looks fantastic. The quote and invoice processes were transparent and clear. During the project fewer than expected roof layers needed to be removed, and changes were made to the type of vents installed. Both changes reduced the overall cost of the project. I’m very happy with the project, and I would highly recommend them.

We had a great experience working with Jake and Brandy at Rooftops. They did a fantastic job on our roof, always quickly responded to calls/texts, and went above and beyond. After our roof was done, we found out that a roofing nail punctured our AC coolant line. It turned out the AC line was installed improperly too close to the roof. Brandy contacted the AC company for us several times and assured me we would get the money back we spent on the repair. We got a full refund from the AC company. I highly recommend Rooftops both for their roofing and their customer service!

The quality of service and workmanship is second to none with RoofTops! They bid the 45 unit Apartment Project with a number of options for quality and replacement of sheeting. The work was completed on time and in a professional manner. The site was cleaned up every day and they even cleaned out the gutters!

I needed some roof work done at my home as part of a kitchen remodel, and was fortunate to get Rooftops to come out and do the job for me. I needed my old exhaust vent penetration patched up and my new island exhaust vent installed. Jake came out and gave me a down to earth, comprehensive plan for what it was going to take to get the job done. While he was there, he took the time to check out the rest of my roof and brought a deficiency of some of my flashing to my attention. Rooftops was able to accommodate the timing of work to coincide with the rest of my remodel schedule and did a great job at a fair price...that's a rarity these days. Will absolutely use them again for any roofing needs.

RES was so easy to work with and they did an excellent job on our townhouse. They took care of us at every step and were able to cleanly tie into the existing roof of our neighbors.

I received a reasonable quote quickly for some miscellaneous siding repair and painting. Ryan was on time for both days of the project and all repairs were done with attention to detail, plus Ryan found a few other things that needed to be addressed, which were all included with the original quote. Considering the job was small, and in the middle of the busy season, RoofTops was able to schedule within a couple of weeks of the initial consultation and complete the job. I would still be waiting for the job to start if I went with the first contractor I received a quote from.

My name is Alexandra and I am a combat Marine veteran who is passionate about serving the veteran community here at home. I recently started volunteering with our Nampa Disable American Veterans (DAV). Through this organization, I met a Vietnam veteran in need of a new roof who had been struggling with faulty repairs and shady ‘contractors’. I took it upon myself to get a roofing company out to the property to get a full handle on the extent of damage and what repairs were needed. I called five different roofing companies to start; 3 – said they would go out and never did, 1 – went to the property but never gave me a bid (I asked for 2 weeks), 1 – gave me a bid that was 2.5 times more expensive than it should cost. As you can imagine, I was feeling a little irritated with roofing companies in that moment.

Then, on a very fortunate day, I happened to see Rooftops ES business card at my real estate office. When I called to get someone out for an inspection on this roof, it was a nice change of pace to actually get someone on the phone right away! Brandy was polite and professional. She scheduled the inspection for the following day and let me know she would provide us with 3 separate bids – Good, Better, & Best – by the following business day after the inspection. Within 2 days of my initial phone call, I had an inspection and 3 bids to share with the veteran in need.

Now that we knew what needed to happen for this veteran, we had another hurdle to overcome. How are we going to pay for a new roof? I started a fundraiser asking for the local community and my network of veterans to donate towards this new roof. I heckled and harassed everyone I knew to donate $10! During all my fundraising efforts, I was never alone. Rooftops ES worked with suppliers to help with discounts, donated materials, and even some of their employees & family members donated small amounts to our cause. They even helped coordinate interior repairs from water damage. Within a month of contacting Rooftops ES, we started replacing the roof of this veteran. It was very humbling to see Rooftops ES and our community rally.

I cannot express how grateful I am to find such a wonderful company who are true professionals in their field, passionate about veterans, and dedicated to taking care of their community. You could not find a better company.

Our experience with Rooftops ES was great. We had another company come out and appraise our roof for repair and all we got was an excel spread sheet and a quote...Rooftops ES came out walked the roof...talked to us...gave us three different options levels on replacement...never pressured us...worked with us and supported us when we told them that we wanted to save up more money so we would finance less...they where professional while removing g and replacing the roof...they cleaned up after themselves...and stayed in constant communication with us with what they found and where doing...they even walked the neighbors roofs when asked since they were there. We are very pleased with the new roof put on by Rooftops ES and would recommend them any day.

I had never heard of ice dams until this past week! The unbelievable accumulations of snow and some bad luck, left us with ice dams in several different locations around our home. We knew we had an issue when we saw icicles coming through a soffit vent. I called Rooftop ES and spoke with Brandy. She was very professional and also sympathetic to my worries. She scheduled us to have a team come out the very next day. Jake and Andrew showed up Saturday afternoon and went right to work identifying problem areas and removing them. They removed snow and ice from problem areas of my roof and then proceeded to shovel off my driveway from the new accumulation of snow they had shoveled off the roof. Today, two days after they originally came out, I had one little problem area that I was concerned about. I got ahold of Jake and within a few hours, Andrew and Chuck came out to assess the situation. Although it was not really problematic, Andrew removed the snow and ice from the area I was worried about. I'm grateful for the prompt service I received from Rooftop ES, my best guess is that they saved our home from some potential water damage. Thank you Rooftop ES!!

I would like to take a minute to tell you of the great service and Quality work I just had done by Roof Tops - we had a badly damaged roof that required the entire roof to be removed and replaced - they did this with minimum disruption to our life, and the workers were fantastic ! We also had them add on to our existing roof and extend it over a rear deck and blend it into the new roof , as well as add insulation to attic to help with energy bills. We went for one of the improved options they offered, and added full roof top venting and better shingles, and they were still one of the most competitive bids I found . The service and attention to detail make it easy to add my name to reviews about this team.

Jared and his team are hands down the BEST roofing/energy solutions contractors in the Treasure Valley. I have a large bonus rec room above my garage that we use as a playroom for my 3 kids. In the summer, it get's extremely warm and uncomfortable to be in. I assumed there wasn't anything I could do to remedy the problem and decided to call around to several different companies for a solution.

A total of 3 companies came out to my home to offer their perspective on potential ways to fix the problem. RoofTops not only identified the root cause of the problem right away, they were also the least pervasive option as well. As a real estate agent, I've been working with Jared for 4+ years. He has walked my clients through homeowners insurance claims for faulty material as well as hail damage. Last month, my roof was replaced under a class action law suit. Rooftops handled the claim paperwork efficiently and my roof was replaced and looks fantastic.
