Ricky came to my house to give me an estimate and he was perfectly professional. I had some canvassers come by and give me estimates, Ricky gave me two estimates about half what the canvassers did, for the same materials. I implicitly trusted Signature from the get go. I am currently unable to move forward with a new roof at the moment but will very likely go with signature when I do.

I just want to thank Signature Roofing for a tremendous job on our roof replacement. This isn’t a job that anyone enjoys doing and nor do we know who to trust. I did a lot of research and it came down to Signature really standing out above the others. My house has a large roof and it’s very steep so not an easy job. Irvin came out gave us a number of ideas on how to make improvements on ventilation, which was a huge need, as well as fixing a handful of water run off concerns. His honesty towards the project, his respect of my concerns and patience throughout my many questions really showed he cares about providing a good job. The details in the work, the cleanliness and efficiency, and yes a very reasonable price that made it a great experience, ok as much as a retool can be! And, they are big supporters of the BSU sports NIL programs, which was an added bonus. I would without reservation encourage you to give them an opportunity to look at your house!

Clear through the whole process of choosing the roofing company to having the project done in a timely manner, Irvin Angelo, the project Manager, was professional and was straightforward with his bid for putting on our new roof. He answered all our questions, which helped us make an informative decision of which company we chose. His foreman, Jose, made sure all things were done properly and when something wasn’t, it was corrected in a timely manner and all bid items were accomplished. Had the need to call out Signature to check a flashing issue and a couple items for me. Marlon quickly responded and determined my flashing concern was just construction paper covering the flashing that was correctly installed. He not only cleaned the area around the flashing but checked every vent gasket to ensure they were in tact. Outstanding response and service! Very much appreciated.

What a great experience! I contracted with Signature Roofing for a new roof on my home. I received the quote from Irvin, discussed it in depth. He was very kind to explain each and every step of the process, the equipment and the materials. I had a choice of selections of best, better and tremendously good of which I did make a selection. The process was simplistic for me the buyer. Irvin and his crew were amazing. The roof tear off was very quick. They cleaned up after every process very thoroughly. Each day the yard looked clean when they were done. The new roof was installed in a day. I examined it closely and could not find anything that wasn’t perfect.

Really great work! Ricky worked with us through the whole process of getting our flat roof replaced with new TPO material. He did our inspection, gave us a quote, monitored the daily progress and followed up afterwards with a warranty.

Their price was quite a bit better than the competition and I paid exactly what they quoted. Ricky provided us with progress photos the whole time and the crew that did the work cleaned up every night and were very nice to us and our kids.

I saw the sign in the yard of a neighbor down the way, and texted the number.

They called back right away, and Irvin came to take a look the very next day. He was courteous and professional, and outlined my options in a timely manner without any high-pressure sales.

The cost was reasonable and we scheduled the replacement for the following week.

I teach preschool here in my house and I was really impressed when Irvin called a few days before to make sure that they could deliver the shingles after Preschool was over. (Most people don’t think about those things. But he did, AND offered a solution!)

The crew showed up on time and got right to work. I was completely stunned when I walked out for lunch to see that they had already removed all the shingles and had half the new ones on already.

The job was complete by that afternoon and I absolutely love my new roof! They sent me pictures before they left and made sure to remove any stray nails or staples from the yard.

I contacted Signature Roofing, who had installed our roof when our home was built five years ago, after discovering the rubber sleeves, on a couple of the pipe flashings had completely disintegrated.

Jonathan contacted me the same day and informed me that the company who produced those pipe flashings had gone out of business but since the roof was still under warranty he’d come take a look, when he had time. I went to Lowe’s and grabbed a couple of temporary sleeves to prevent further water damage, until Signatyre could come over for the permanent fix.

A couple of days later, Jonathan stopped by, inspected the flashings and replaced the rubber sleeves, effectively sealing the area around the furnace and water heater vents preventing further water damage.

Jonathan came back a few days later to inspect the attic for mold and water damage inside the structure at no cost. Fortunately we have no apparent water damage.

Jonathan and Signature Roofing were very prompt, professional and proved they stand behind their work.

Based on this experience, I will utilize them for any further roofing needs.

We just had our roof replaced on our home and shop and we are very pleased with this company. It was big big project including tear down of two layers of composite, installation of ridge venting, rerouting old duct work to properly vent outside, and then laying over 60 squares of composite.
We got a few bids from around the Valley, and compared materials, cost, and warranty. We chose Signature because their bid was competitive AND they are one of the few roofing companies that can offer the Gaff Golden Pledge extended warranty of 50 years material and 25 years workmanship. The other companies were either too expensive, or could not offer the warranty.
Ricky, the project manager, was very helpful customizing our specific needs like with rerouting our duct work and setting up the time communicating with another contractor for our upcoming gutter install.
The crew was amazing! Carlos was our foreman. He was extremely knowledgeable, has huge attention to detail, and a good teacher. He kept showing and explaining everything they were doing. I KNOW they did a great job! He also was very accommodating. We had a scheduled birthday party, and he had all the equipment moved out for that day, which added a few hours to their job. He didn't need to do that, but it also was very much appreciated. Brian and Saul were also wonderful guys and very hard working! Every day end they did a great job picking up and cleaning, usually well after dark. I really liked all of them.
Our job did take longer than expected, total about 7-8 days after quoted only 3. But we also live out in the country (about an hour commute each way), the project was big especially with the tear down, and this last week we got some rain off and on, and even some snow! Which slows down everything down. But they always made sure that the decking was covered properly, and they kept trucking along even in the super chilly conditions up on the roof. Additionally Carlos was training his crew to install according to the high standards required by the manufacturer to qualify for their extended warranty.
I really respect these guys and appreciate them. Every night we made sure to show them appreciation providing them at least with dinner, which racing the sun often only resulted in a 10 minute break and a lot of times they ate on their commute back in. Albertsons chicken was a hit! When the weather gets hotter, they will need water and Gatorade too. Please. Take care of the working men, and they will take care of you. They really do deserve it!

I contacted Signature Roofing because of a leak on my garage. They quickly sent Ricky out to assess the situation. Underneath the leaves and debris lodged in the V, he pulled up the shingles there and found a single layer of sheathing where there should have been two.
The next week the crew came out and professionally corrected the issue.

We needed a repair done, so I called Signature Roofing. Between Thomas who answered my call and Jonathan, the technician, who did the repair, they turned this thing around in less than 24 hours. Jonathan kept me posted along the way (as I was out of town) and sent me before and after pictures. He was phenomenal! I strongly recommend these guys!

We found out about two weeks ago that the roof on our 12 year old house had been installed correctly. We got quotes from two companies. Signature Roofing was recommended by two people we knew who had had roofing done by them.
What I really appreciated about Irvin from Signature Roofing was how, when he came to present the quote in person, he showed me all the materials that they'd be using on the house. He showed how those materials were a higher quality than what was already on the home. He also explained various pricing options and went into very clear detail about how the warranty covered not only materials, but also workmanship for much longer than I expected.
The quote from Signature Roofing ended up being thousands less than the other company. Irvin said they could get started in less than a week and expected the job to take 2-3 days (3300+ sq. ft. home). I came home for lunch on the first day they were there and more than a dozen guys were working! They ended up finishing the entire roof in one day.
They were very conscientious about cleanup - they even clean your windows for you when the job is done!

After losing a big chunk of tile off my roof during windy weather in Nov '24, my neighbor recommended Signature Roofing. I contacted them and within a couple of hours they had sent someone out to grab some of the shingle so they could match it. They showed up the next day and the repair was done flawlessly within a couple of hours. They even walked the rest of my roof and looked for any other flaws. This was all done for a reasonable price. Ended up with a leaky skylight after some bad rains over the holidays. Signature was able to get us scheduled even with the holidays and Irvin came out to look at the leak. He was incredibly professional, and gave us the all the information needed and the tools to stop the leaky skylight. I really appreciated the matter of fact answers and lack of drama, no upsell, just a promise to be there if I needed them again. Signature, and Irvin especially, have earned my repeat business.

I just got done having Signature Roofing replace three rows of my shingles, and also replace all of my roofing vents that were plastic with metal roofing vents and I can say they were spectacular to work with! Signature Roofing did a great job on reroofing our newly purchased 2300 sq ft home. While still in escrow Irvin came by to give the quote and a neighbor made a point to come out and say hello to him, Signature had also roofed her home 25 yrs prior. Later Irvin ended up introducing us to her, and a couple other neighbors as he was explaining how our roof would look, and function to protect our home. It was a very nice welcome to the neighborhood. When the job was done the final price was the quote. Communication with Irvin from the quote, to job completion was excellent. The jobsite was kept clean the entire time with tarps carefully put down over our landscaping while the roofing was removed. We are extremely happy with the entire process. I recently bought an older home and knew that it needed some roofing work done. The signature team identified much more extensive issues that hadn't been identified in my buyer’s inspection—including poor installation on a newer section of roof that caused water damage to the wood beneath it and multiple issues with the section of flat roof. They explained and showed what the issues were and clearly explained my options and the costs. The team was efficient, professional and really nice. They didn’t just replace the roofing material on the flat roof but also did the work needed to add a slight pitch which will prolong the life of the roof and prevent the pooling issues that are so common with flat roofs. I will not be using anyone else for roofing work in the treasure valley and recommend them without reservation. I feel much better going into the winter knowing my home is well protected.

Signature roofing did an amazing job on my roof… I’ve had it for nearly 10 years now and is holding up just like new! They are great local company, community minded, generous, and very quick on response times and getting things done ASAP… I wouldn’t recommend another roofing company!

Cruz came out to do a roof inspection on an 18-month-old home we are selling. He said it needed to have the rear side of the roof torn off and replaced at a cost of $12,000. When confronted about this by our builder he indicated that the buyer's agent had pleasured him to do so. We found out within hours this was not the case, but rather he was just trying to get a roof job out of it. We had 2 other roofing companies come out and inspect and both indicated the roof was fine and in good condition. They nearly cost us the sale of our home. They are not honest people and cannot be trusted. If only allowed "0" stars.

They were always available to answer any questions, confirm that our flat roof was in good working order and when our home inspector suggested additional roof vents, Signature took care to install them.
