Brad is a great plumber and a great human being. He sent two of his guys, Cody and Elijah to my home. They arrived promptly and unclogged my main line in no time. There were warm and professional and very knowledgeable about their work. This company is amazing and I’m grateful that they exist in my area.

Our house water booster pump went out causing our Edgewood NM homes water pressure to go down. Called BA Plumber and they got us taken care of the next day. They inspected the old pump and replaced it with a new one same day. Cody did great!

We love working with Brad and his team. Cody came out and improved the drainage of our kitchen sink and installe da new drain basket! It looks great and works way better than our DIYed set up. They do great with communication and are on time!

First time using them and I'm VERY impressed...Very fast and reasonable...Will definitely use them again-UPDATE...I had to call them out to my house as my swamp cooler wasn't running efficiently..He was out here in NO time and corrected the issue fast and there was NO charge(I was stressing) ...I will never use another HVAC company-AMAZING company!

Brad guided us to a complete water softening system that fit our needs, an under sink RO and the same day he activated our swamp coolers and replaced a garbage disposal. Very thorough, thoughtful and left us confident we will see follow up as necessary. He and Sean were also very personable and pleasant. Fair price too. Highly recommended.

This review is long overdue but at least I can attest to results beyond the service day. I had my annual service scheduled for routine water heater flsuh, septic filter swap out, etc. for the beginning of March. Wouldn't you know it but teenaged boys absolutely blew up my entire household plumbing, back-to-back in January (couldn't wait another 2 months). 1st, Brad came out for an emergency call despite being extremely sick, understanding my desperation after being elbow deep in sewage backup for 2 days. He popped the clog for me and we discussed additional measures that he could add to the March service. Boys stayed out for a few days, came back for a few hours and magically sabotaged the system in a different area, right as the water softener started its regeneration cycle. I threw my hands up and checked into a hotel. Brad was able to send his tech, Elijah, out who addressed the clogs and found that the boy's toilet had broken. Elijah was very expedient in handling the situation and cleaned the area where he had to pull the broken toilet, not leaving additional work for me to handle which I was grateful for. He advised a new TP type to purchase until a more permanent fix could come in. Short on funds, we took the precautionary measures until the March appointment. Brad worked with me on the very-specific pressure-assist toilet brand, extra septic filter, and a slew of other things, all under warranty. I can also attest, from experience, his prices are fair and he does NOT rip people off with ridiculous markups or extra service charges; honestly, I feel he undercharges. He and Elijah showed up early, installed everything quickly, maintained professionalism the entire time, and I cam finally say that I'm not on the edge of my seat wondering if yet another disaster with this house's plumbing history over the years will take place. I can't say enough about Brad and Elijah! Thank you both for the major save!!

We called on a Sunday brad called us back within 10 minutes they came on Tuesday his coworker said he was on his way we showed him were the leak was and started digging were the leak was he was really nice Brad was also really nice and they came up to tijeras we will use them again.

Brad quickly diagnosed our boiler issue (a likely airlock), explained what was going on, answered several questions I had and fixed it. He has excellent knowledge, was a pleasure to do business with, and I would definitely call on him again.

Brad did an outstanding job fixing my tankless hot water heater; he was the first plumber to diagnose the problem correctly after 2 other plumbers did not (including a very well known service in ABQ), got parts ordered and did the job promptly. Professional and courteous. And he even came in under his original quote by approx $150 , and gave me the lower price. Honest! I would not hesitate recommending B.A. plumber to anyone.

Love them! I sent an inquiry on their website and received a call back from Brad the same day to get me scheduled in 2 days later. He was very easy to schedule with and quick to respond via text. The technician Elijah was super friendly, honest, and informative. Being a woman, I didn't feel taken advantage of price wise or confused by the information he shared with me regarding the leak. It was great working with him and this company. Fair prices as well! HIGHLY recommend!!

B.A. Plumber: Amazing work & communication! I needed a new boiler and the expert installation and almost artistic placement of all the new pipes and vents was a joy to behold. They checked and verified all connections and ensured that I had a full understanding of all the functions. They showed up on time and their work area was pristine at the end of each workday. They also set up a maintenance schedule for me and identified the aspects of the heating system that would be covered by warranties - equipment and installation. This is the only Plumber that I will use for for my home! Thank you. Brad!

They take the time to explain everything in layman terms so you fully understand what is going is needed and how it all fits together. His pricing is fair but due to his excellent work, it is actually a much better value for your money. Do yourself a favor and hire B.A. plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. He has all the licenses! You can thank me later! I would give him more stars if it were possible.

Brad installed a Moen Flo in our home. Did a great job...takes his time and explains the whole process. Definitely recommend.

Brad is an amazing plumber! He has excellent customer service and communicates very well. We were having major sewer backups. Brad came out every time and got them cleared up for us. Brad has done some drain cleaning/snaking for our house in tijeras. He is thorough and extremely knowledgeable. One of the best things is that he is on time, and I can tell he is very honest and fair. I plan on sending him business and continue to work with him on other systems in the house in the next few years.

Brad just replaced a water heater for us in our home. He was prompt, called to confirm his arrival time, gave us an accurate estimate for the work and explained everything in great detail so that we knew what he would be doing and why he needed to do it before it was done. We’ve been working with Brad of B.A. Plumbing for approximately four years now (while Brad was at his former company and now at the new one he owns). He’s done numerous jobs for us including general plumbing jobs, installing new Navion tankless water heaters, radiant heat fixes including installing all new zone valves, well pump replacement, and removing and replacing two 4-ton roof air conditioners. Showed up when he said he would, did the work very professionally and explained why he was doing each step. I am more than satisfied with the new water heater and the work that Brad did.

Brad at B A Plumber installed a new Navien brand radiant heat boiler unit for us. Brad is very professional and knowledgable. He provided an estimate in a timely manner and we had no surprises. He arrives on time and lets you know he is on his way.

His installation of the boiler was very professional. All pipes were straight and neatly arranged. He also 'future proofed' the boiler by adding additional cut off valves so future pump service work would be easier. He then spent time to go over all aspects of the system with us and made sure we were comfortable with things. We were beyond impressed with every thing he did.
We have already scheduled a water softener unit install with him as well. Highly recommend his work.
