Foutz-Hanon Car And Truck Accessories

My significant other bought a hitch from them and scheduled the install. Showed up this morning for the appointment and they said that they couldn't do it and needed to reschedule due to an employee not showing up. Only one person in the whole shop can do the job? Rediculous. It is hard to get time off to reschedule. He asked for money back and went to Farmington RV. They did the install right away and for less money.

I travel back and forth a lot from Texas, I ordered something last minute and they were able to get it in before I had to go back to Texas. I was very grateful, and the guy that helped me knew exactly what I wanted.

ABSOULTE WORST, would NEVER recommend!!! We got nerf running step boards on our truck about 3 years ago. After 2 weeks they were falling off. We took the truck back and they explained the bars had not been fully installed, or put on correctly THEY HAD DONE THE WORK??? They repaired the bars, (or so we thought) fast forward 2 years (keep in mind COVID so the truck was rarely used) bars are falling off again. Took truck back and they stated that the bars were breaking our truck frame, that this was VERY common and that it was an EASY and CHEAP fix at a body shop. They NEVER mentioned this at time of install, however now this happens to NEARLY every truck with in a few short years...took the truck to SEVERAL different body shops, ALL of them said boards were installed INCORRECTLY, and it is going to cost HUNDREDS of dollars to fix!!! We did reach out to the manager PAT, who didn't offer any sympathy, didn't volunteer to even take a look at the truck, and said this is a VERY COMMON problem and we should just deal with it!!!

Had vinyl graphics put on my jeep hood. Justin, Aly, and team did a superb job working with me and doing the job to perfection. I highly recommend Foutz & Hanon for all your vehicle accessory needs. Thanks for the awesome job. I love it!

Bought some vinyl graphics for my vehicle online and had Foutz and Hanon "duplicate" them. Been about 4 months, the set I bought online is holding up just fine, but the vinyl from Foutz and Hanon is already lifting fairly bad on both sides. Going to peel them off before they completely come off while I'm driving lol

This is the worst shop I have seen in this area, hands down! 2 days to replace and align 3 ball joints. If you have an understanding on how ridiculous that is please stay away! I have been building trucks and Jeeps for a wile and did not have the time knock this easy job out before a trip I was heading out on so I tried this shop. Bad mistake! 8 hours into the 1 st day they were just finishing up 2 of them. Then I gave them an the benefit thinking they would have it aligned and out the next day by 9. Nope!! I had told them how big the truck was and what I was running for tires and they did not even bother to see what alignment shops could handle it. So at 1:45 on day 2 they get it back from the only alignment shop that would do it and the steering wheel is off. I was suppose to drive to Colorado Springs that morning to fly out because it was supposed to be an easy job that they said they could handle but obviously not. I had to change my flight and eat 194 dollar change fee and this shop did something even more crazy then all this. They charged me out the a$$ for a half a$$ job! $666 for 2 days of basic mechanical needs and a flight canceled to top it off! I could not believe what they did and I thought they would have at lease covered down an some of the expenses to show the shop stands behind their problems and support the 2 days of issues but I guess that’s not how they do things there! Bottom line….. Stay away if at all possible!

Being new to the Farmington area we were interested in purchasing a truck topper for our Tacoma so we stopped by Foutz-Hanon. Brandon helped us out the first time we stopped by and he was super helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. When we came back for the installation Andris helped us out. Andris was wonderful to work with, very honest and accommodating. While I waited for the installation I observed Andris help various older gentlemen who came into the shop and he treated them with the utmost respect and dignity, that alone gives me a good reason to recommend this shop to my friends. Everyone who works here really provides great customer service. I’d drive from anywhere in the Four Corners region to give this shop my business. I recommend that you do the same too! Don’t waste your time driving up to Durango…after a bad experience up there that’s what led me here. The owner of this shop was also very hands on with making sure that we were happy with the installation, which we greatly appreciated. Had them do my window tint and they did an amazing job. And they did it in exactly the time they estimated. Great work and great customer service.

This is the place to go! I got a used car and they got it looking brand new inside! They do quality job for a good price! Best price in town and Customer Service was awesome too!

Good place to enhance your truck or car the workers are friendly and knowledgeable at what you want done to your vehicle. Coolest.

The installation took 3 hours and a half, at the time of drop off there were a lot if employees standing around so I figured they were all gonna tackle the job. Shortly after reacquiring the truck, we noticed it was missing a Husky floor mat. We returned to the shop and our floor mat was returned.

Well where to start, I was shopping around for a lift kit for my truck and finally narrowed it down to this company. They have me a good quote out the door price and I made up my mind to go with them. I called at 9:15am on June 18 and inquired about the quote they gave me and told them I was going to purchase and have the kit installed. So they tell me ok, give us a little time to get this together. So I did and I called back at 9:4am and asked if they were ready and do business, so the guy tells me we are still putting it all together and we will call you once we are done. Was like wow I thought we already agreed to what kit I wanted and it's taking over 30 minutes to order. So I figured if they really want my business they will call me like they said they would when they were ready. Today is the 20th of June and still no phone call, I was hoping to have it ordered before father's day and never got a chance to see if they did military discount. It's a damn shame I heard good things about this place and first impressions are alot to a customer..and my 50,000 plus followers..it's gonna be a long while before I do business here again and more then likely I will be sharing this experience with my family and friends.

I think that it was clean & the people were helpful. We asked about a place to eat, since it would take 3 hours & the person recommended a place, he made it sound not far but I'm disabled. We went to a place that was close & on our way out of town, we found the recommended restaurant was a long distance from Foutz-Hanon!

This was a cap for my daughters new to her truck, she was only in town for a month. Jimmy nailed his shipping estimates and they were able to get it in and installed in short order. Great team here that was super helpful, flexible and had great attention to detail.

I've only been to Foutz and Hannon for their community open house, but I must say that the shop, the lot, and the staff I saw there were all excellent! Everyone that came to the event enjoyed it. It's great to know that local business owners put on enjoyable events for the community. From the work I saw at that event and word of mouth I've heard from people at the event, definitely a place to go to if you're looking for car and truck accessories!

Fantastic detail job and very friendly people. They got all kinds of small scratches out of my clear coat and the truck looks as good as new.
