I called on Monday and had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday. Just in time to get the AC fixed before we had more 100 degrees days. I am very impressed with Maxx and Robert. Max discussed the situation with me in terms I was able to understand and after I decided what I wanted done, they got it completed in a very timely manner. “THANK YOU! Since this AC unit was installed, Spring of 22, it has never worked right. In my travels, I’ve hired 4 other certified techs and have taken it to 2 professional shops trying to get a solution. Staying here for the summer was going to be brutal, and honestly, I was a little scared.

Even with the portable unit I borrowed, I had to turn my overhead off at night or else get up and defrost it every hour or two. It got hot in here and made it impossible to sleep well!

Since your repair job, the overhead AC has not frozen up a single time!! I have never experienced this since buying the unit brand new out of the box. The peace (and sleep) you have afforded me is priceless.

Wouldn't use this guy again if my life depended on it!!! Couldn't fix anything i needed but change out the lights inside rv he replaced a broken arm on awning it was about "7 too short so now can't open awning because it hangs down on that corner then he charged me 10× what the arm costs and not exaggerating so free advice look around elsewhere but if you must use him find your parts online and order them and ask for a receipt and an estimate on price only gave one star because I had to in order to leave a review....

Excellent service! Had a gear in sofa slide out go out with it half way out. Maxx and Robert came asap and repaired it. Also had to replace a broken window. They ordered the window from Keystone and put it back in for us. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, cleaned up the work area when the finished. The prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend them.

Quick response, Maxx explained cost up front so no surprise. He got right to it, it was electrical so I understand the process. Hyd jacks would not extend and he had not worked on this new system so we called lipert to help work through it. They were somewhat helpful but it was Maxx due diligence that found the problem. A 50cent connector, it cost me 200 dollars but we'll worth it. Joys of rving try running without jacks Thanks Maxx went to leave next day now they don't come up had to reverse the 2 wires to retract will check other connector when I get home go figure.

I called in need of repairs of my water lines on a 2008 kingston montana. They scheduled me the following day. The service man was Maxx, a very knowledgeable and hard working man. He spent a couple of hours and had all my problems fixed. Wish I had called a month ago. Reasonably priced! Great company.

If there were more stars, I would click on the maximum number! The service we received was PAR EXCELLENCE! Maxx kept us informed before, during, and after the service calls. When I messaged him about a new situation, he was courteous and prompt to come to our aid. Being a person who is leery of doing business with someone 'new' to me, I'm elated with how it turned out, as Maxx proved me wrong. I could go on and on, but I'll stop and say that I give Outer Limits RV Repair Service all thumbs up and highly recommend them!

I called Outer Limits on Friday and they got me in on Monday-Memorial Day!!!
My A/C wasn’t blowing in the bedroom of my 5th wheel and it was hot in the camper by early afternoon.
Maxx got to my lot a few minutes before the arranged time, and called to let me know he was here. He made sure that I understood the fees(service call and hourly rate). He quickly diagnosed the issue, took pictures to show me what was wrong, and told me the price of the needed part.
He had the replacement part in the van and quickly changed it out. He was able to answer a couple questions that I had about some routine maintenance that were unrelated to the A/C unit.
He even asked before he left if I had any additional issues. If you’re like me, you probably forgot about those other things until after the service technician leaves!!!
I WILL DEFINITELY CALL OUTER LIMITS FOR MY NEXT RV REPAIR.

Robert & Maxx are prompt, knowledgeable, polite, neatly uniformed and thier fully functional work vans have amazing graphics!
Over two appointments, they had our furnace fixed and our auto-levelers working like new!
The prices are fair, and they worked as a team to efficiently diagnose and solve the problems.
They were even patient with our "senior" dog and let my husband take photos of the trouble shooting pages in their manuals for future reference. Yes!

Made an appointment for the mobile repair van to come out. They showed up on time. Had them do an inspection of my roof and seals. Had them reseal my skylight, wifi box, and roof edge. fix a leaking water connector in my hot water line. Looked at my awning and tried to fix it. (I need new fabric so have to order) they got it all done in only 1 hour and 30min. They were fast, efficient, and friendly! They were very transparent about how much each thing would cost. Happy with the experience. Will be using them again when we need more service.

Today was the second time using Outer Limits. Both times the service and repairs have been excellent. On time both times. Explained and reviewed the costs of the repairs. For the work done, the costs were reasonable. Work was explained and options given. Had a door replaced today and it looks and functions like new. Staff is very courteous and helpful. I have no reservations in recommending this repair company.

Absolutely recommend Outer Limits! They have never let us down in the past 5 years of using them. Always prompt, quick, and a job well done. We won’t be using anyone else!

Very bad service, I made an appointment a few days ago and when the day arrived I called them and they told me that I had never made an appointment, I had to ask for the day off from my work just for this and they didn't keep it my appointment.

Outer Limits responded to my service request within 48 hours of the initial contact. They only charged a $65.00 service call fee and traveled from Roswell to Carlsbad. I needed my AC units serviced and cleaned, exterior LED lighting replaced, and a vent fan repaired. They arrived promptly at 08:00 and were done by 10:00, they work to manufacturers reccomendations only, and are very thorough, and fast!

Very highly recommended.

This Company will forever be my favorite. The technician done some repairs after I got gouged by an RV Dealership. Very helpful and and also showed me exactly what I was dealing with. Very affordable rates and most important is they get to you quicker than most.

Call Outer Limits Mobile RV repair first!! I made the mistake of calling another mobile RV repair business here in Roswell a while back. I paid the technician to basically troubleshoot with no resolution to my problem. Then she would no longer return my calls, This time I called Outer Limits. they got to me in just a few days and spent less than 30 minutes there to tell me it was just a blown fuse. It was repaired and up and going and he stayed to make sure all systems were functioning...Pricing was reasonable and they were very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Outer Limits and will always call them first for my own needs.

Our technician, Maxx, came out to us early and was very cool and professional with us. Although our issue was something that required a shop and could not be resolved in the field, he pointed us in the direction of who could, and did not waste our time. I would absolutely recommend the service to others.

Had them come out to Brantley State Park for warranty work on our RV. They ended up going out twice to troubleshoot electrical issue. They are very respectful, very dependable, and very thorough.

Had a problem with a window in our new to us motor home. After leaving a camper parts with no answers on how to fix the issue I seen his mobile unit at a gas station. Stopped at spoke with him and he gave me an idea. It worked great. If you ever need a repair I would suggest calling them. Thanks again for the solution.

Came out to check our propane leak, and found another issue with the electric side of our water heater not hooked up. Couldn’t have been more impressed. Very smooth really tested the system from start to finish payment with smooth on site, rates were very reasonable. Would definitely use again if needed. Outer limits was highly recommended by our campground.

We were so pleased that Outer Limits could come directly to our overnight location. My trailer was repaired quickly and expertly! A very clean friendly and honest business!

Pricey but Robert fixed it. I would have probably gave 5 stars if he waved the second $100 service charge when he had to come back because what he fixed broke down again. I had to wait about a week before he could make it back. I totally understand the $50 gas charge but between the two times he came it was $300 just to travel here to Roswell. It's not like they sell their parts for cost. I just think it was a little expensive and I wasn't prioritized after the first fix failed after a couple days. All in all it was over $600 to fix my water heater thermostat and the electrical panel it appears to plug into. Next time I have a RV problem I think I'll call around and not just be happy he would come to me. He was very professional and fixed everything up. He also took partial payment until the next day because my bank card had to change because suspicions charges. So that was really nice of him.

These guys are phenomenal! Our underbelly was ripped off 100 miles from Roswell. I called them and they told us where to meet up. They came out and fixed what they could to keep us safe on the road. On a Saturday!! We couldn’t even get our warranty people to answer the phone. They did such a great job!

If you need RV service in Roswell (and beyond), give Outer Limits a call. Had issues with our roof top AC/Heat Pump, and Robert had it figured out in 15 minutes. While we couldn't get the AC/HP repaired, because we needed to be at another location within the week, and the part would not arrive in time. Charged us a discounted service call fee (Thanks Robert), and the repair cost was very reasonable, if we would have had the time. I highly recommend Outer Limits RV Service!!

Robert is a rock star. As newbie RV people, we. (Okay me) didnt understand the whole black tan, flushing, toilet paper connection. He saved the day by driine out to SKP ranch in Artesia and unplug the thing.

Outer limits provided prompt service to repair a defective heater the dealer was unable to resolve. The owner/operator arrived on site, discussed the issue, related it to a recent factory service class. He consulted the heater manufacturer and resolved the issue in minutes by performing an adjustment.

Very overpriced! We called and let them know what needed to be replaced. The actual part itself was under $30. The total we were charged was just under $200. There was a $50 service call which I understand and the charge for the part which I also understand. I did not understand the charge for "looking at the area under question and determining the part that needed to be replaced" which took 5 minutes and we already told them over the phone what needed to be replaced. That 5 minutes of looking we were charged $100 for.

Outer Limits was extremly fair and honest and only charged us a service call fee because our repair was so small.

We recommend them to anyone in the area.

While on an extended stay in the Carlsbad KOA on Manthei Road, we experienced an issue with the passenger side super slide. Using the referral from the KOA office, I called Outer Limits RV Repair. I was given an ETA for Robert Glass to arrive. Got a call back with an amended ETA and an apology for being on an extended repair.
Robert arrived at the amended time. Listened to my attempt at explaining the issue. He took about 10 minutes to diagnose the problem and then about 90 minutes for the repair.
He was so kind as to endure my many questions and gave detailed answers.
I heartily recommend Outer Limits RV Repair Services and Robert Glass the owner.
What a refreshing experience.

Very knowledgable and thorough. Had an issue with our fridge and he took the time to diagnose it and called Dometic to discuss proper fix. Came out twice to Carlsbad to get it working again and charged a reasonable rate. Recommended other preventative maintenance we could do ourselves and had great conversations about full-time RVing in general. Would trust Outer Limits to work on any RV issue.

Honest and prompt service. We ran into an issue with our newly purchased Class C camper while traveling through Roswell. We had an issue with a leak as well as it knocking out our heater due to water! Instead of telling us we needed a new board,he dried it all off and waited. Guess what? No heater board needed! Also,he took the time to troubleshoot and repair the pex on our water heater that was causing the issues to begin with. We appreciated the tips on maintenance he gave and the sheer honesty. The cost was very reasonable for the time spent. Thank you again for taking care of us!
