Need more lighting in the store. Very dark. Employers are okay but not super friendly. I was looking for accessories and the guy was like. " over there" just points then goes back to his phone. Prices are good but they don't recommend products or say what's good or not so I bought my $600 worth of stuff from Amazon.

Just think the personality of all the workers are genuinely caring people. They, asked questions on what I would like to achieve when riding.

I am a bicycle traveler who had the crankset to clean, I went to 505 Cycles, they took me directly, very professional and efficient. They gave me socks and a hamburger. Best bike shop of my trip! Thanks guys !

Highest prices in town. Supplements were priced $25 more than any where else. Will never come back. Unfortunately msrp on your supplements according to my own search is still $20 higher. At another shop in town the exact same package was $55 +tax. Yours was $76 total. Online they are around $65.

Worst customer service I ever had to deal with at a bike shop. There is an older man (Del Werito) that works there who is very rude and obnoxious. I bought a couple bikes here in the past when that specific person was not there and the customer service was great. But ever since then he has always been there and is the worst person to deal with. He starts off every interaction with a rude comment or remark. I think he thinks its funny but man he turns a good day into a bad one every time.

Its worth driving out of town to get bike parts or buy a bike, just so I don't have to deal with that troll guy.

Its weird, every other bike shop I been to, everyone is super helpful, friendly and chill, but this old guy at this shop is the complete opposite.

I highly recommend going somewhere else to get a bike.

The friendly staff let me in a bit before the normal opening time when I shared that I had some time constraints. I picked up a great bike for my son at a fair price. It was built properly and required no adjustment before his first BMX race! Thank you Gents ✌️

Just picked up and rode my specialized chisel home from getting serviced. Thanks guys for an excellent job. Just like new.

Summary: I was recommended to take my bikes in for repair at 505 Cycles and they did a great job! 505 is now my go-to bike shop, even though I'm actually closer to another bike shop.

Details: I pulled a rookie repair attempt and messed up my bike and my daughter's bike. Brought the bikes in. Mike and Del are clearly experts in everything bike-related. They gave me some options that were budget-friendly and more expensive. Gave me the pros and cons without trying to sway me one way or another. Repairs were done professionally and in much less time than expected. In fact when I picked my bikes up, I was so happy with the way they treated me that I spent more by buying a new set of pedals.

My bike had fallen from my bike rack (!) And asked them to check it. They did a great job with great attitude. Really nice and happy people, great technical skills of course. Highly recommend!

My Dad, Wife and I always enjoy coming to 505 cycles. They provide great customer service and are very knowledgeable. The mechanics, Mike & Del, are awesome and they have gained our trust that they will get things done right and FAST. I am a beginner to Mountain bikes and had my eyes set on a few different options before entering the shop.

Mike was super helpful in assisting me with what options would suit my needs best and helped guide me, answering any and all questions so I could make a purchase I was both excited about and that would fit my future goals!

Everyone in the shop was super friendly and approachable and very helpful! He even helped install the new bike rack we also purchased onto our car.

My wife and I were hunting for her first mountain bike. Mike and the staff at 505 made it a great experience.

- They had more affordable / entry level inventory than a lot of other shops.

- They were super friendly and brought out a bunch of different bikes for my wife to try, which really helped her get a feel for the best option

- We’ve had people try to sell us a bit on different bikes but 505 is a super low pressure environment. It felt like we could take our time and didn’t need to rush into an expensive purchase of anything wasn’t quite right.

- They were really helpful with accessories and even helped us set up a trailer hitch bike rack that we purchased at the same time.

We drove about an hour to get there and I’m glad we did.

Friendly and professional service. 505 shipped tires to me that I couldn't find locally and were hard to come by even online

505 helped me with a small issue when other bike shops didn't want to help with the issue I had. I bought a brand new 2021 Kona Process 134 from them and I love it! They have treated me so good that I went back and bought my son a brand new Kona fire moutain for his birthday. If your in the four corners area you need to visit 505 cycles. They are my local bike shop and I am proud to give them my business. The employees treat you great and I will keep coming back for all my moutain bike needs. Thank you guys!

Dropped off my bike wheel for truing, I was told it'll be about a week, I replied no rush, take as long as needed to true wheel. 2 hours later I received call, wheel truing is done, quick service, but when I install and aired up tire to 45 psi (max psi is 65 psi). Wheel had wobble after riding a few blocks (wheel not true anymore, should have keep my money) I could not afford to take off make another trip back and try to explain my issue.

Went out of their way to find the bike I wanted. They made sure it was set up for me when I picked the bike up. Also they answered any questions I had in a way I could understand. They don't mind me just stopping by to BS.

If anyone needs help buying a bike go see 505 Cycles! They helped me get a sweet Kona Process! Wouldn't recommend anyone else. Thank you 505!

I give this shop a 5 star rating. I recently bought my 27.5 Specialized Fuse bike from there and I love it. Ask for Dale, he has great customer service and he was able to get my bike out the door the same day. I will definitely be going back for more purchases.

I highly recommend 505 Cycles. We have purchased all of our kids bikes here. They have an amazing staff that is super helpful. They are also very knowledgeable and will answer all your questions.

2nd time I have been in to look at bikes. First time was ok but nothing special. Today I came in and either employee even spoke or said hello. I overheard them speaking with a customer badmouthing another local bike shop. This is not only bad business practices but super annoying! Not going to be my bike shop....

The best customer service! So glad I purchased my kids bikes from 505 Cycles. We take the bikes back regularly for tune ups or flat tires because well I dont know how to do that. Which is the best part of buying a bike from 505. No more rotting chain store bikes in the yard because they broke. I'm sure they will fix any bike though. My kids love visiting the store where they are always asked if they would like to test drive the new models and they always do. The guys there are so friendly and helpful! You wont regret stopping in to check it out!

Have the bicycle rides of your life when you purchase a custom made bike by Mike. 505 Bicycle shop is worth a trip to Farmington even when you're from Tennessee.

Best place in New Mexico to get your bicycle serviced, or to buy one. Folks there treat you right take they're time with you, answer any and all questions. They're very knowledgeable about cycling. I've shopped in Valencia County and Bernalillo County and took my business to Farmington New Mexico to the 505 cycles, bike shop because of the folks there. No Doubt they're the best!!!

Brought a bike in with a rear tire flat; it was up on a rack, replaced tube, and done in minutes and the charge... $6.50! Meanwhile it was nice to talk to someone who understood the needs of a 60+ woman to bike (but not jump off rocks) in this rough terrain area. Yup, they had a bike right for me and I bought it a couple days later. Thank you!

My bike was recently stolen along with my helmet. Staff there helped me replace at a reasonable price and even helped fill my tires with stop leak cause i had recently bought some and filled my (now stolen) tires. They go the extra mile and will do what they can to get you on a great bike at a great price.

Good service, prompt attention to customers, happy to make suggestions and discuss your biking problems. Quick repair to my tire with suggestions for preventing flats. Nice employees and several of them working at the same time. This seems to be the only full service bicycle repair/sales/ service shop in Farmington.

My oldest son broke his little brothers rear rim and we took it in to see if it was fixable or if it needed to be replaced. He had earned some money to fix and when we went in they took a look at it and said it wasn't fixable. He showed us the rim we would need and told us how much it would cost. My son was short about $4 or $5. He told us he could make it work. I asked if he could put the gears on the new rim for me and put the tire on as well and he did it happily. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes. Was a great experience. Very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. We will definitely be going again!

505 cycles is where I always find my missing husband. Some women find their men at a bar, mine is there drooling and test riding the amazing bikes they have in stock. Mike and his crew of knowledgeable and friendly guys not only keep him educated and entertained but keep his bikes in excellent working order. I know I don't need to worry about him riding the alien when the bike doctors at 505 Cycles have worked on his Bikes. I would and do recommend them! Thanks guys!

I have purchased bikes here before and I often go in just to visit the staff. I bent the sprocket on my older bike and they fixed it and adjusted it for me for free.

The guys at 505 are extremely helpful. They were very kind to my kids and even worked with my 3 year old on her pedaling. They will give you great pricing on new bikes as well as parts and services. Both times my GT was serviced there it was fixed properly and very quickly. They are really cool people.
