When I first walked into the store Ben was there to help me, took me right where I needed to go and got what I needed to get checked out in less than 5 minutes. Ben was really helpful save me time on my day I really appreciate him.

I buy my chicken food and supplies here. The drive up option is really nice.
Good selection on garden tools and equipment. Decent selection of hardware. They rescreen your windiw screens here. You never know what you'll find that you didn't know you needed.
Clean, friendly and fast.

I showed up about 15 minutes before closing and Rick and Paul were working. I wanted two beach chairs. Rick went to the back to get them. while He was back there. I saw a better looking chair changed my mind. Went back again got the chairs I wanted. Service was quick. Their customer service was excellent. I hate to be the pain customer to deal with both of them assured me that I was fine. Five star service right up until close. Couldn’t ask for anything better. I’ve been in this store in Lincoln only 3 times but every single time I go in I’m always treated awesome. They have a store kitty and she is the best!

My order was ready within minutes and handed to me with a smile. Employee or not I was still a customer and treated as such.

I do a lot of business through my local Aubuchon. I called in the other day looking for a replacement line for my ice maker. I spoke with BJ he was very professional and knowledgeable. Knowing I wouldn't make it to the store before they closed he recommended using the online order and pick up. I was able to do so at another location that I was close to. Thank you for having associates who care about their customers needs.

Don't purchase propane here they will short change you. A 40# tank takes 8.4 gallons to fill they only put 8 gallons in and call it full. Then they charge you more for the almost full tank then a full tankI costs right down the street bet this amounts to a tidy some over the course of a year

Have been going there for over 10yrs However since the change I have noticed a number of changes that caught my attention .two of the most is the staff reacts like you are bothering them to help you and check out ..Recently I went to purchase an item and was followed as if I was going to steal an item .As I was search for the item I noticed the associate stand behind me at a small distance and then follow me to the register ,,Since ED left I no longer even want to do business there any longer and I won't

Went to the Lincoln store to get propane, as I occasionally do. They refilled my tank and twisted the valve so tight that I'm unable to open it, even using a pipe wrench. This is the second time I've had an issue with this store and propane tanks. Last time, I exchanged my tank and they gave me a leaky tank, which I was unaware of and had it sitting near an open flame. Luckily it didn't explode and kill me. I was informed after the fact that the tank was leaky when I went to refill it, and had to yet again exchange it for another tank. How many times do I have to have an issue before somebody gets hurt by a propane tank from Lincoln Aubuchons?

It's absolutely ridiculous and extremely dangerous. The next time I have an issue with a propane tank from this store, I'm lawyering up and filing a lawsuit! I suggest Aubuchons starts properly training their staff on propane and propane accessories. Hank Hill from Strickland Propane would never allow such negligence.

Employees are lazy and rude . They act like they don't want to help customers cough cough RICHARD , they moan and roll their eyes when they have to help and god forbid go in right before close they will be nothing but RUDE....... I knew someone who worked there for a short time and quit because of favoritism and laziness of other staff members able to just stand around and make them do all the work , they also had a bunch of staff with covid and the manager (Karen) told all the staff not to tell anyone , they RISKED a lot of people by doing so . They lost my and my whole families business that's for sure ... DO BETTER!!!!

Well….I went there with questions about concrete. They knew nothing. Then, I went for crushed stone…they didn’t even know what I was talking about…until I said “landscaping”…then they knew landscaping stone. No. It’s crushed rock or crushed stone. Where are they from? The employees looked depressed and hate their jobs….4th of July, they had no propane. Wow. Really? It is the most ridiculous change in vibe since our long time managers and asst. managers left. 30+ years of local service knowledge and hometown personality….gone. It’s a disgrace. I am switching to another local hardware store. Done with Aubuchon. Yuck.

They have almost everything you would need for simple projects, with a helpful staff that is knowledgeable about the products they sell.
