Aubuchon Hardware - Berlin, NH

Your told by the manager that and employed person isn't doing there job, the manager is all pissed off and he made me feel I was the problem. I had to go out and ask the manager if he was coming back in, he was walking so fast that I had to walk really fast to keep up with him. I've done a lot of business there and never been treated that bad. This is at the Berlin Location

Cannot say enough good about the Berlin location. Was in a big jam and couldn’t find a number two heating oil nozzle anywhere and they were pretty much closed and they stayed open an extra 20 or so minutes for me to get the part I needed and get myself in my family warm because of it. Thank you.

After having a question about making a paint color a little lighter than it was the manager found a solution and it was successful

they had what I wanted, and it was ready when I arrived to pick it up and the staff could not have been friendly. thank you.

I had the worst experience with Aubuchon in Berlin nh we bought a sump pump for 400 the guy never told us it was discontinued I would have never bought it he was supposed to take it out of the back didn’t do that didn’t tell anyone we bought it so when my husband got there said they didn’t have one and that it was discontinued later on it was in the back I called and he found it was rude to me so I gave it right back at him I’m a customer no reason to be rude to me my husband put it in and leaks on the bottom so I bring it back they said we have to have a mechanic look at it if it’s defective u might get your money back they refused to give me mine my money back and the guy said “we don’t care” I also asked to have someone to go get it out of the car guess who carried it in me!!!! I’m 60 years old we can’t afford to have aubuchon steal 400 from us for something that don’t work I will buy nothing like that ever again from them even Walmart guarantees there items

Twice in the last week I needed help- for different items- and the friendly service I received went far above what you normally expect from a store. Instant help, friendly, happy assistance. Wish more stores were like that!

Our old weber died and we were looking for a new one. Everyone we spoke to was very helpful and pleasant. We were able to coordinate an online order with the store pickup with that help. Aubuchon Hardware hardware is a modern version of an old fashioned hardware store, and I found a great hanging plant.

This store had the tools I need it and team members welling to help for what I was looking for. Thank you!

These guys know what's in their store, where it is, and how to use it. They also recognized me after only 2 visits and remembered I had an Aubuchon membership. Every town needs a shop like this.

So far never had any problems I can't go shopping anymore but I send someone to pick up whatever I need been shopping there for years keep going back thanks

I have been using this store for most of my hardware needs. The employees are great and I almost always find what I need. My only suggestion would be to have a bigger place for better access to all their items.

It's open more often than the competition. The staff are friendly but not pushy. The selection is usually good enough.
