On a Sunday, my garage door spring snapped and I couldn't open the garage door. This needed to be replaced ASAP. I immediately messaged 8 garage door companies asking if anyone could come and fix this issue on Monday as early as possible. I sent them all the same message letting them know the first one who contacted me will receive my business. Chris sent me an email within hours stating he could be there by 11am and will fix my issue. He called me at 9am on Monday to say he could be at my house in 45 minutes. 30 minutes later, he arrived. He had the replacement parts with him (not knowing the kind needed or what he was dealing with). He fixed the springs in about 20 minutes and then changed my entire garage door unit (previously bought by myself) within 40 minutes. This would have taken me an entire day to do! On top of this, he took a 10% military discount off his already unbeatable price! Amazing service from Chris. He owns C&W doors and should be proud of the company he has built!

Chris is simply AMAZING! Multiple rollers went off the track of our old garage door over the weekend, so I searched online and found that C&W opens 24h--almost too good to believe! I called and left a message on Saturday evening. Sure enough, Chris called back on Sunday morning, scheduled a service on Monday 8 AM, arrived right on time despite of the snow and road conditions (about 40 min drive) , and fixed the problem within 20 min. When I asked for a quote of a pair of new garage doors, he measured the door size and introduced me to the choices in their booklets. Everything was perfectly done with half an hour.
