Nebraskaland Siding & Windows

We would absolutely recommend Nebraskaland! We never felt pressured to purchase or like they were overselling a product we didn't need or want. Their window product is great quality and they offered the most affordable quote for what we were looking for, while also offering the best/most thorough installation method for our home. The installation crew was respectful, professional, and timely.

I just got off of a disappointing call with Nebraskaland. When I originally had them put siding on my house there was one piece that kept popping out from the edge trim- basically the piece had been cut too short to stay locked in under the edging. Three times over the years I’ve called them to come out and correct this. Each time all that they did was tuck the piece back in- only to have it pop back out soon thereafter. On this final call they told me that I’d have to pay $100 for someone to come out and “fix” it (presumably to come out and install a correctly cut new piece)… Horrible customer service expecting me to pay to correct their error.

I would recommend nebraskaland siding & windows to anyone. Everyone from Darrell the owner & Josh n sons that put in my windows & Tom n Duane who did my siding & Steve who took care of replacing my sliding glass door, all are very professional very kind & every one of them answered all of my questions. They all showed up when they said they would & they have great communication so I always knew exactly what was going on. Their work is outstanding so they get 6 stars from me. Our nonprofit housing board owns and is undertaking an 11 building, multi-family residing project in Lincoln using NebraskaLand and couldn't be more pleased with the first phase on 16 units. Doug Sullivan has coordinated and communicated with the residing crew and us every step of the way. The end result is great and the tenants are the happiest of all. Nebraskaland replaced 5 windows, two sliding doors, and installed a brand new sliding door in our house. The product and the work were very high quality. Doug, Steve, and Josh were all extremely knowledgeable and kind throughout the process. What really set Nebraskaland apart was their willingness to be extremely flexible to help us get exactly what we needed when we needed it. Nebraskaland was great to work with regarding damage we sustained during a hailstorm. They helped us work with the insurance company and did a great job for us. The two gentlemen that did the work were on time, and very nice talking to. They completed the job and cleaned up very well. I would recommend them for their quality of the products and their workmanship.

They said it would be awhile before they could send anybody out. Someone called about two days later which was quick. He took a look at the loose siding and said they could fix that but I needed to get rid of the wasps first. Which made sense, I didn't know they were there. He was in sandals so not ready to climb on a ladder to look at the upper siding I wanted him to look at to possibly repair. He didn't seem to have a ladder with to help look either. But at least he came out and looked quickly. Another company I tried to take a look I gave up on after trying for perhaps over a month to get together with them.

This review has been incentivized. We had basement windows replaced, garage siding replaced, gutters/downspouts installed, and windows rewrapped in trim coil. Couple key points: Sales were easy to work with and patient. Some things we were told during the sale is not what happened when the service commenced and they were not things written in the contract so it was hard to prove and request they make right. When siding wasn’t installed correctly they came back to fix successfully. Some areas don’t look as nice because they went over old siding… saying it’d give better insulation but doesn’t look very even especially where old door and windows were. They also contract the work out to other companies; I thought they had in house people do the work. It was nice working with just one person though for everything. Overall looks good and contractors were nice, professional and respectful.

Josh and his crew were very efficient and courteous while installing new windows in our house. They were on time, did an excellent job, worked in some very hot and humid conditions, cleaned up after themselves, and didn't miss a beat. Can't say enough good things about them and Nebraskaland Siding!

Nebraskaland installed our new windows and back sliding & screen door. They have been so professional from beginning to end! If I ever have a problem they are on top of it and Steve has came over a few times to fix it. Could not recommend them enough!

From start to finish they were all Friendly, Professional, Courteous, and Knowledgeable!!!

We had a big project for them it was a total Exterior makeover. Doug helped me line up a Reparable roofing company “Apple Roofing” to start the makeover.
Then the Nebraskaland crew came in and replaced 26 windows. This was the best part, as they got enough of windows in they were able to start installing the siding following right behind the windows being installed. This made the process go so fast. They got all the windows and siding done in one week…
And to top it off the gutter crew showed up the next morning and installed our gutters and gutter covers.

Windows were done first to make sure siding lined up right. Josh and crew were great. Everything was done professionally, and they cleaned up every day prior to leaving. Had one minor issue with a window that wasn't quite square, and Steve was over quickly to get it fixed. Very pleased with the windows and can already tell a difference in the comfort level due to keeping the heat out, and no drafts during the cold.

Siding was finished recently. Thanks to Covid it took a long longer than expected for the siding to show up, but not much can be done about that. Bo and crew did an amazing job on the install, and again, the crew was very professional, thorough, and cleaned up daily. We are extremely happy with the way the siding looks. It's almost like having a new house.

Nebraskaland installed a new front door and glass storm door for my home. Working with them was a very smooth process. They did all the work of measuring, providing me door and handle options to chose from, ordering, removing the old door and hauling it away, and installing the new door and new trim. We had our siding, a window and a sliding door done with Nebraskaland. Doug Sullivan was our sales person and he treated me fairly, spoke to me not just my husband like the other sales people and answered all of my questions. His team came through with all of his promises and more. They put up the siding and everything that I ordered through them which are fantastic quality but they also put up the doors and lighting fixtures that I purchased unlike their competitors. Bo and his brother put up the siding and they were here even when it was snowing and they went above and beyond by also moving my stairs closer to the house and doing a lot of little things, that they didn't have to, which made a big difference. There are still houses in my neighborhood that have signs in their yards still waiting for their siding after the hail storm but Bo and his brother were the only ones here in the winter putting ours up. I received 3 quotes and Nebraskaland was competitively priced. I'm very happy with Nebraskaland and I would definitely refer them and use them again.

It’s hard to find good customer service from companies today. Nebraskaland siding is one of the exceptions. From start to finish Nebraskaland provides just that, great customer service. The installers are so friendly and like-able that they almost become family members. They make the job look easy. Troy is a super nice person and sets the standard for the company. He took his time to listen to our wants and needs and then went beyond in every aspect. The quality was undeniable and the company as a whole just stood out to us. Would I recommend them to you? You bet! I even called them back to purchase and install a new front door. They were not the least expensive quote we obtained, but were also not the highest. We went with them because of the professionalism and quality of the products they use. They did an excellent job, with meticulous attention to details and would double check to make sure everything was just how we wanted/expected. They even took off the whole peak after install because I decided I liked a different look than discussed! My happiness and satisfaction was their focus and they didn’t charge me for the extra time/labor. The job was completed in record time in the absolute worst conditions. It was so bitterly cold and they showed up everyday happy to work and left the place immaculate upon finishing. It was a pleasure to work with them. Fantastic workmanship and service! We wanted Sunrise windows, and had 6 put in by a Papillion competitor. We weren't happy with the workmanship or service, so Sunrise put us in touch with Steve from NebraskaLand. Steve and Philip were courteous, kind, on time, protected our floors from construction debris, pretty much everything the other company wasn't. They also did a fantastic job installing the new windows, and did a thorough clean up inside and out once the job was done. I'd recommend NebraskaLand again in a heartbeat!

We had a positive experience with Nebraskaland and would use them again in the future. Last year, we replaced 4 windows with a different 'bargain' window company and we got what we paid for. Windows that weren't shimmed properly, sagged within months and had to be repaired.
This year, when we decided to replace 8 different windows, we compared bids again and decided to go with Nebraskaland. We liked their no-nonsense approach and the work was done quickly and well. Six months later, the windows stopped the winter draft and improved the curb appeal of our house. I would recommend Nebraskaland to anyone.

Nebraskaland was the only one of several companies to respond to our request for a relatively small job. We had the gutter guard within a few days and the replacement window, which had to be ordered, within a month.The window required a lot of work but we were only charged the original estimate.
