Don was our project manager, and he did a terrific job getting the whole thing rolling. He's especially friendly and knowledgeable, as well as accommodating. He was excellent in dealing with our insurance company, and very clear with us as to what we could expect to be done to replace our entire roof. I'm not sure if I'm using the right terminology, but our site manager, Evan, was also super friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions about the work as it was happening. He managed an impressive crew of workers who finished the job in a single -very long- day. We didn't expect that, and were very happy with their first-rate skills. These guys worked so hard and proficiently, and could do things that I didn't know humans could do. I highly recommend them!

VernCo Roofing has always come through for me when a small problem arose and in a very timely manner it was assessed and fixed.!They have replaced my entire roof damaged by hail and upgraded it that since with hail storms I’ve had no problems. Also replaced some original siding and matched it very well.

After a hail storm, my insurance company looked at my roof and said the damage was less than my deductible. After Vernco roofing examined the roof, insurance agreed full roof replacement was needed.

I am a neighbor to a house that this company did siding work on. The unprofessionalism and lack of cleanup on their part was atrocious. This crew had old siding that they had ripped off my neighbors house along with equipment all over my driveway. When I left for work in the morning they had to scramble to move everything over into the yard. I could see them picking up nails from my driveway with their hands. One of the guys tried to do a quick sweep job. Same issue when I came home from work, they had to scramble to move everything again. It happened a third time when I left the house an hour later.

I did my own clean up of my driveway after they packed up and left and ended up finding 7 nails. Eight nails if you include the one that ended up in my tire. Now I’ll be out time and money to get the nail removed. This crew could have easily walked the old pulled down siding to the yard, but instead chose to dump it on my driveway. The cleanup job they did should have included cleaning up my driveway as well. I hope going forward this company educates their crew on how not to invade the property of the neighbors.

Vernco was recommended by my insurance company. I'm so grateful to have had them on my side for our home repairs. David has been such a pleasure to work with. He explains things well and is so nice and personable. Their work is beautiful and everyone we've worked with has been very professional. I would recommend them to anyone, and definitely use them again.

We have worked with VernCo Roofing twice over the past 15 years. Unfortunately massive thunderstorms have left us with hail and wind damage on more than one occasion. The company responds quickly and stays in communication throughout the repair process. We have been happy with the quality of work and the personal touch that comes with working with the company.

I would not recommend this company for new roof new gutter installation. It took 4 months since the day the roof got installed in August to have the new gutter replace in December. I contacted Don(project manager) multiple times to inquiry about the gutter, and all I received is excuses. Until I told them that I will find other companies to install my gutter, then they speeded up the process, and finally the gutter got installed.
The roof took a months to get installed after signing the contract with them. However, it took couple months to get the roof fully fix cause lots of the shinges was not installed right. Hopefully, the roof won't leak in the upcoming years.
This company deserved 1 star because Don(project manager) was quickly response to my text when I have questions and concern over the roof and gutter.

Vernco put a roof on my house. One year later, a tornado damaged the roofs of all my neighbors but not mine! When a piece of trim came off, I called and Donald Thielen came out. He inspected the roof, put the trim piece back up AND told my insurance agent I had hail resistant shingles. As a result, I got a DISCOUNT on my insurance!!! Above and beyond! THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH!

I contacted Kyle about possible storm damage on my roof over the weekend. My wife showed me a leak in our ceiling that had started during the storm. Kyle said he wanted to come out immediately due to another round of wind and storms were due in a couple of days. He and Eric found the damage, repaired the area and also did an inspection of my roof as well. This is service above and beyond what I have experienced in the past. Horrible company to work with. Unprofessional and be careful on what they say they are charging and actually do. RJ will come off as very nice but he is not trustworthy. Poor correspondence and does not do the entire job RJ says he will provide. This is a crooked company, stay far away from this business.

To start, Vernco was a recommendation from our insurance agent - that was a good sign. Next we worked with Bryan, who was absolutely professional in walking us through the process, making sure we were comfortable every step of the way. Actually finished the job on our 5000 sq. ft. home in one 14 hour day. They were ultra careful around our landscaping. It honestly was the least disruptive roof replacement we’ve ever had. We had Vernco Roofing handle our Hail damage to our home that occurred April of 2020. We have never written a review online for anything prior to this. I wanted to say how completely satisfied we were with the customer service we received from Vernco, and in particular RJ. As with any major construction or repair project there were a few bumps and snags here and there along the way. RJ was always responsive to our inquiries, and always took the extra time to be sure we were completely satisfied with any and all work completed on our home. He also took time to explain options and details of the work required to be completed. The roofing crews worked very hard even in extremely hot conditions to ensure proper installation of the roof. Follow up work with the roof, gutters and siding with other outside contractors was also handled with professionalism. Mike with Vernco was also such a great asset and pleasure to work with as well. He always took the time to follow up and ensure all work/items were tended to in a timely and professional manner. All said, if we ever have any work to be done on our home in the future Vernco will be our top choice, and I will definitely ask for RJ and Mike by name. They have definitely earned our trust. Great work. We very much appreciated all the time you have put into our home.

After a year of trying to get contractors to come out to our farmhouse, only to have them NOT show up to give us an estimate or NOT get back to us after they did come out, we found out about VernCo through our insurance company. They were a lifesaver! They came out when they said they would, kept the original schedule, kept us informed at all stages, and did EXCEPTIONAL work on our two roofs and gutters. The Easter 2020 storm damaged our home. We called Bryan at Vernco to assess the damage to our hail resistant roof. Bryan found significant damage to several areas of or home and was very professional and transparent about the damage. He gave us a quick, fair estimate and went to work. Bryan worked closely with our Insurance to ensure our home was repaired correctly and he made sure we were informed at each step. JR Vernon of Vernco Roofing provided invaluable assistance with replacing our roof/gutters following the 2020 Easter hail storm. We could not be more pleased with the work Vernco did with our house. The workers were careful and efficient and the entire roof, including cleanup was finished in just one day. The gutters were replaced on the entire house in two hours and fifteen minutes. I’m retired so I had time to time them! There was no significant difference between the initial quote given by Vernco and the final invoice. No surprises is always good when dealing with large dollar amounts. Overall, we were pleasantly pleased with all dealings with Vernco. JR Vernon was both very polite/ professional and their work on our home was excellent.
