Anchor Roofing did a total roof and gutter replacement on our home during the Fall of 2024, and they exceeded our expectations. Our representative Cody was very helpful in responding to all of our questions, sending me updates about the timeline of our roof replacement, insuring everything was done correctly and was cleaned up afterwards. Our roof looks great and no longer leaks in an area we were having a lot of issues. The company also helped us process everything through our insurance company. We highly recommend Anchor Roofing!

It was a pleasure working with Anchor Roofing. They were referred to us via a very satisfied family in our neighborhood. The communication with Mark was very efficient and he communicated with the rest of his team -all of our unique needs and requests as they pertained to our specific roof. After removal of our homes original roof, Anchor Roofing Worked well with another contractor to remedy our problem in a timely manner. Mark also thoroughly explained how the insurance process worked in our particular situation. Two days after the completion of our job, the workers returned to reinspect their job site and make sure no touchups were needed. We did not find nails or debris outside the house when Anchor Roofing was finished. Our gutters were also replaced and this was facilitated nicely through Anchor Roofing and another contractor. We are satisfied customers!

Anchor Roofing was phenomenal to work with. In an industry that may not be known for these things, they did a tremendous job communicating, following up, doing the services on time when they said they would, and completing in a timely manner. They were quick to respond after the hail and wind damage of 2024. They identified a lot more things than I expected. We had 3 hail and wind storms and we were finally able to complete the repairs.

I have unfortunately had the need for several roofing companies and Anchor Roofing is the BEST!!! They were quick to respond and kept me informed all the way through the job. When we had an unexpected storm during roofing and had a minor leak in the ceiling they fixed it with quick and looks better than before the leak!! Also had a major gutter change which i thought might be impossible to do and they solved it and did a wonderful job!! Will use them for any issues and would recommend them and have to other friends who were also very pleased!!!

The Anchor Roofing crew arrived on time, got right to work covering the plants, AC, & deck then literally tore into the roofing task! They were quick, careful, and skilled. Once done with the roofing, the crew finished with carefully and thoroughly cleaning up the entire site (I did not find a single nail or chunk of debris anywhere!). Replacing a roof can be a stressful experience. From start to finish, my experience with Anchor Roofing was quite positive!

Anchor Roofing was fantastic! I would give them ten stars if I was able to.
The roofers had laid down blue tarps all around my house, just to make sure none of my old roof/nails would land in my yard.
My project Tim Gillette always kept in contact with me before/after and during the roofing steps.
Oscar did great detail work around my flashing. Even the owner Todd came out three times to inspect the project. Cole was great picking up everything and cleaning up some things when all done.
The crew did like four rounds through my yard looking for nails. Even after two days I have not found any nails they missed.
I would use this business again!

The folks that installed my new gutters and gutter guards were great, from start to finish. I had gutter guards ‘Gutter RX’ installed, which I never had before, so I am anxious to see how they work.

Sawyer Schupe was the project manager on behalf of Anchor for our hail damage roof repair, gutters, window, and siding. I have the highest regard for him because he was both competent and professional on all aspects of what became a complex project. The company seems juat and approaches their work in an ethical manner. A serious discovery was made during the project and the service received by the entire team and owner Mike, was astounding. Fighting bad weather, they carefully evaluated the issue and saw that it was necessary to work long hours. I am so grateful that even on the day after Christmas, the crew came early in the morning to work during a small window of good weather. I believe that they respected me, and understood and responded to the urgency of further weather damage that could have happened.

Sawyer was also relentless in his commitment to follow through on every detail, and he communicated well with other subcontractors. No one wants to go through a major damage and large insurance claim, but honestly Anchor was a blessing to work with, and I am very confident that the entire damage was mitigated, and the repairs improved the value and condition of my property. I am completely happy with the restoration to better condition than before. As an owner of a historic home, this means a lot to me and to all future owners. I already have recommended Anchor and Sawyer to personal friends. They are an exceptional company.

Was having issues with occasional drips on the ceiling. Called these folks first and they tried to tell me my 8-year-old roof was an unfixable shoddy install job and that I needed a complete new $15,000 roof. Called three other contractors for second opinions and every one of them said the roof itself was in great shape with none of the issues that had been had noted by Anchor, and that what I was experiencing was "attic rain" due to insufficient ventilation.

Paid $500 for some more ventilation to be installed and the issue is completely gone.

Be careful with these folks if you're looking for a repair job. Do your due diligence and get second opinions. Glad I did or I would have had a $15,000 unnecessary expense.

Needed roof repair done for the sale of our home and Anchor Roofing came right away to do a free Inspection/Quote and was able to make necessary repairs before deadlines needed...even in February!! Great customer service and professionalism all around! Would definitely recommend their services to anyone in need of anything they offer.

I had the pleasure of consulting with this team. They did my parent's and brother's roof. Very knowledgeable, good communication and good time management.

At the beginning I was greatly impressed with Bryan reports of the damage. I was told he would be out the day of roofing but we did not see or hear from him. After the roof was done the left over materials sat in our driveway and I had to call someone to come get them. Later, the bill has line items for extra materials needed, but there were left overs. Did not see a credit for that. We were told we would be notified when the new gutters were coming and that ended up being a call in the evening of the next day. I have no problems with the workmanship I just feel the communication ceased once the deposit check was written. All the things we were told would be done to our home to protect the windows and landscapeing was not completed. Later we were given an excuse based on the structure of our house. Communication is very important to a client , not only is it information, it also proves the supplier cares and is concerned for the client or maybe not...it has been 10+years since we had roof damage.

We needed a roof inspection ASAP. I called Anchor Roofing and they were completely booked. I explained our situation and was told they would look into the possibility of getting someone sooner. Well, the same afternoon one of their guys came out and did an inspection. He wrote up the report, and we had it the same afternoon. I couldn’t believe it. And to top it off, we were told they would waive the service fee. We are so thankful to Anchor Roofing for their care, generosity, and service!

I had a great experience working with Cole from Anchor Roofing. He was honest and very professional when it came to inspecting my roof. Pretty much, everything that the company goes by, are the same characteristics that he demonstrated. I would recommend Anchor Roofing, first, to anyone that’s looking to get any type of work done on their roof!

The good: A very good sit down with Austin at the beginning to understand all the options available for roof replacement. The quality of the roof and the speed in which it was installed was very fast. They even did some minor additional work that wasn't included in the price. The gutters were installed quickly as well. My wife and I are very happy with this part.
The bad: The details. The gutter crew left the big black drain hose that was attached to the gutter before replacement literally right in the middle of the lawn. No attempt to dispose of it or ask if we wanted it just left it laying in the middle of the yard.
The same gutter crew broke the glass lamp cover on the front porch. They told us they'd be back with a replacement. 3 weeks later still nothing so I went to Lowe's and spent $8 on a replacement. A few days later we received a complete lamp assembly. Could I have went the next day and spent $8? Sure. But I shouldn't have to.

Next we found several nails in the driveway. Just a couple at first, then some more after it was very windy. Austin came back over rolled the yard and found some additional nails. Nothing since that time so looks like he got them all.
Finally, the outside window screens for our bedroom were damaged during the removal of shingles. They did have them repaired. It took awhile but understandable. I may not know but shouldn't outside screens be removed if your removing shingles in that area?

My honest review is that as roofing contractor I'd recommend them without reservation. However, if your hiring them for additional subcontracting work (like gutters) I'd recommend skipping that and hiring the gutter company directly.

Anchor Roofing replaced our roof damaged in the May 2024 storm. The level of service & communication is excellent. My Project Manager Cody Charlton, was always keeping me updated on our job. Our roof was done in 1 day & the crew cleaned up my yard, replaced my patio furniture & even filled my bird bath. It could not have been better. They are local & guarantee their work. I highly recommend them. We recommend Anchor Roofing to anyone who needs a good reliable roofer.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Bryan with Anchor Roofing came out to inspect our roof since we have some water spots in our ceiling, and with all of the recent storms we wanted to make sure we didn't have hail damage. He was not only early, but was personable, honest, took lots of pictures with his thorough inspection, and gave his recommendations. Those qualities are so hard to find anymore with many businesses, but he exceeded my expectations. We 100% recommend him with Anchor Roofing and will only call them from here on out!
