I had my roof replaced last week with Nathan Alcock and Anchor Roofing. I could not be more happy I did. From the initial inspection till the roof install the process was smooth and seamless. I contacted this company to check on my roof, Clint LeCroy came to my house, crawled up on my roof and said he thinks it will last a few more years, but it wouldn’t need replacing and he didn’t think the insurance will cover that due to not having enough hail damage. I told him I also had a leak on my back patio that I would like to see them fixed also he said they people to do construction repair also. I told him after being so honest that I want to go ahead and get my roof replaced new gutters and the repair of my house. My wife picked out the shingles and within five days they were sitting in my driveway and within 10 days, the whole job was complete roof, gutters, and repaired leaky patio. This company is the real deal and I would recommend them to anyone who wants a company who will not scam you.

Anchor Roofing did an outstanding job on my roof replacement! JC Henry worked with my claim adjuster and actually met him to look at my roof damage, then made sure all information on the estimate from the adjuster was correct, which I am very thankful for. The job was completed in a very timely fashion and clean up was awesome.

John and his team were amazing to work getting a new roof. I thought it would never happen with our insurance company turning us away every chance they had, but John stuck with us and helped with every phone call, email, and communication. Our new roof is perfect. So thankful for all that John at Anchor Roofing did to make it happen.

JC Henry was phenomenal from start to finish. Totally professional the whole roof replacement process. Everything he discussed came true and then some. Usually you’ll have a salesman close the deal and then the workers come and take care of it, but JC was there for the whole process start to finish. We’ve got young kids and he personally swept the yard multiple times for nails. He really cares! We actually sold the house and had an inspection show 1 loose shingle. I called him up and he didn’t call someone and schedule a repair. Dude was on the roof himself shortly after the call and repaired himself. Can’t ask for a better guy!

Replacing a roof seemed like a nightmare but John and his team could not have made the process easier. From start to finish he helped me feel comfortable and more knowledgeable throughout each step. I especially appreciate that he rolled a magnetic tool over the yard, driveway, and walks to remove any remaining roof nails. Anchor Roofing did an outstanding job on our roof replacement! From having to work with our insurance company and adjusters, to ensuring the job was on-time, within quoted price and completed without a flaw, Clint LeCroy and the entire team went over and beyond expectations (which are very high). Anchor Roofing adds the small touches that many others would not including painting vent stacks, using premium materials and ensuring the exterior of our home stayed clean, neat and safe throughout the process. Both Clint and the company owner were at the jobsite early in the morning and either stayed or visited throughout the day ensuring every need was met and every detail was covered. At the end of the day, they again ensured we were happy with the results before any of the team left the premises. Anchoring Roofing did a phenomenal job. They fought with my insurance company very hard. My insurance company failed me even with proof with pictures. However Anchoring Roofing replaced our roof and we moved forward with siding gutters etc. before there became a problem. Every single day the crew came out to work there was no trash, very clean work. Extremely pleased I have and would recommend them to anyone!! I met Clint LeCroy in Lowes at closing time and asked him to look at our roof after our house was hit by the Columbia tornado on May 8, 2024. Clint performed a thorough inspection and gave us a very reasonable bid for replacing the roof on the house and storage barn with the same high-quality shingles as we previously had. He supervised the crew, who did a perfect job, and even came back the next day to go over the yard again for any nails that might have been missed by his crew. I called Mr Clint, who came recommended to me, because I had some roof work I needed done. He responded very quickly and came out to complete the work the very next day. He first talked me through the scope of work to be done and then shared pictures with me once the work was completed. He was very kind, knowledgeable, efficient and did excellent work! I had a leak in my roof after a heavy storm and rain, Clint and the owner came out the very next day first thing in the morning to take a look and see what the problem was. Next day they were here again and fixed everything. Gave me honest recommendations, most places refused to come out and gave me 3 days to a week to come see my problem. They were fast and great. John Sinkey came out Thursday afternoon, I had backed a U Haul truck into the gutter above garage door , moving the following Friday morn and closing on sale of house that same day….the pressure was on us. It had to be fixed. I live 300 miles away in E Tenn.!

Allstate was not going to cover my roof at all. Superior Service and Design stepped up and went to bat for me. Mailed off roof shingle samples and fought hard. I got a new roof. If it was not for Superior I would not have gotten a roof at all. Installation was seamless. Install crew showed up at 7:00 a.m. and wrapped up at 5:30. The roof looks great and the yard is clean. If you're battling with an insurance company or just want a new quality roof installed, Superior Service and Design is the way to go.
