We had our roof messed up by hurricane Helene. We went through 3 roofing companies before finding anchor. We were having trouble getting state farm to pay for the roof like they needed to. Marco with Anchor roofing was able to get our roof approved within 2 weeks and was there the following Tuesday to complete the roof in a day! Very professional, friendly, and we are so appreciative of them.

Carlos was highly recommended by a friend. Carlos and his team had done work for them. I wasn't to happy with him coming out due to all the dishonest people nowadays. Upon his arrival my anxiety was high. He throughly explain if I need repairs or if I need a total replacement. We noticed water dripping from our ceiling one evening. I went into the attic and could not find a leak in the ceiling anywhere. I called RWN and Seth came out the next day, even though it was during the holidays. The leak was very difficult to find, but Carlos from RWN returned to my home on a day that it was raining to try and locate the leak. He found it. It was a single nail from one of the pipe boots on the roof. A slow drip from one nail caused the problem. RWN quickly replaced the boot and that took care of the issue. The price was very reasonable. They were timely, honest, and got the job done. I would recommend RWN.

In June, 2021 we had roof damage from storms that hit our community pretty hard. We filed a claim and, after their roofer did an inspection, our insurance company approved to cover only 40% of the roof area. I appealed two or three times and they wouldn't budge. RWN was doing work on our street and I met Carlos Osorto (RWN's Manager) and he offered to do another inspection. His findings were dramatically different and he took the initiative to go back to the insurance company - who then agreed to cover 100% of the roof area as well as damaged gutters and downspouts. RWN did a great job - which, without Carlos' intervention, I would have never been able to afford. Thank you RWN and Carlos.

Great services from George Lane. On day 1, George took our issue and conducted a full roof inspection. He then worked with our insurance agent and joined him for a 2nd roof inspection to ensure nothing was missed. We now have a scheduled date for the roof replacement along with inside repairs as a result of water damage. A final review will be provided upon completion of that work. Based on George's handling of the work assignment thus far, I'm confident we will continue to have a great overall experience.

Awesome company! They got rated an A+ right away. Caleb has great communications skills. His presentation skills when we met him were great as well. His listened to understand our concerns also. Once we showed him our leak in our bathroom he explained what might be the problem. He then went up on the roof and his findings verified his explanation. He was able to fix immediately. Worked with Chad Luke and RWN Roofing to get a new roof put up after identifying some wind and storm damage. Chad has been an absolute pleasure to work with during this project. They came by and replaced my roof while I was away on vacation and I came back to an absolutely clean yard and a beautiful new roof. I'm pretty sure they even put a few of my kids toys under my awning (they were left in the yard when we left town). Great service and easy to work with.

Sooooooo thankful Caleb and Zac stopped by and introduced themselves one Saturday morning. I was in limbo with my roof. I knew it needed replacing but did not know who to call. I did not know who I could trust. So, I just kept putting it off. Caleb and Zac were in my neighborhood and I was messing around in the driveway. They saw my roof from the street and new it was in bad shape. They pulled up and we talked for a few minutes. They offered a free inspection and I agreed. Caleb walked the roof and pointed out several issues including damage that he felt would be covered by insurance. I accepted the folder with RWN"s info, Certificate of Liability, and Certainteed product info. I was still unsure even after they answered all of my questions. I told them I would do my research on RWN and follow up. After google and facebook searches and reviews and several more conversations with Zac, I finally (still nervous because its a big decision with some uncertainty of what they would find under the shingles) agreed to call my insurance. Caleb met the adjuster at my house for the inspection and it was like having representation there on my behalf. When the adjuster left, (after printing me a check onsite) he commented to me that he appreciated Caleb and his honesty and stated that I had someone good to work with. At that point, a feeling relief came over me. We set the date for my new roof about 8 days out. Caleb sent me some addresses in the area of new roofs they had installed recently so we could compare colors (and check finished product). The date arrived, the crew showed up on time, and work began. April was job site supervisor and monitored the work all day until done. She was awesome! I parked a chair in the front yard to watch every step of the process closely to make sure i was getting all of the bells and whistles Caleb said I would get with the Certainteed roof system. I was super impressed at the quality of workmanship and the time that was taken to make sure it was installed properly. My new roof looks awesome, there were no surprises, the entire system was installed "by the book", my yard was cleaned up completely, and I could not be happier. I would recommend RWN in a heartbeat!

We had prayed because we had several leaks and no way to pay for a new roof. Our answer came. Our neighbor had called RWN Roofing and their sales rep., Caleb Naugel came to our home quiet by accident because after talking with our neighbor, he saw our roof was the same tiles that had a recall on them. It was an answer to our prayer. We called our insurance agent and he came out and it was paid for. RWN Roofing team came out about 6:45 a.m. and worked until 8:00 pm. that night. The hail storm that came through the other night did a number on our roof. It was very obvious we needed a new one but I had no idea where or start or what to do. Just this morning i called and Cole answered. He was very informative and was at my house within hours to help me. I am in the market for a metal roof and have been lining up quotes. Tonight I happened upon one of your trucks in Rutledge GA with an employee sitting inside. The email on the bed said Kirk. I wanted inquire about services and he was incredibly rude. He did not want to speak with me and said just take picture and call. He was more than annoyed that I had approached. His behavior toward me actually took me by surprise. If Kirk doesn't want to answer questions about services maybe he shouldn't be driving a truck advertising what he does. He made your company look horrible and lost my business.

My wife and I had RWN replace the roof on our last house with absolute top notch service from beginning to end. Fast forwarding 1.5 years to now my wife and I sold that house and purchased another house which claimed to have a 3 year old roof. With the weather here in Georgia and the recent rain snow and sunshine we’ve had, my wife called me while I was at work saying there was water leaking from our ceiling next to our fireplace. I called Wayne on Thursday and he said he would be out Saturday to look at the roof and OF COURSE with our crazy Georgia weather it happens to snow on this particular day. Thinking there’s no way a roofer would come out and look with the snow Wayne stuck to his word and was there on Saturday to look at my roof. He sent one of his guys out the very next week Micheal (who is a very respectful and professional individual) while it was pouring down rain and repaired the leak for us I cannot give a better review than a 5 but if I could, I would give RWN a 100. Keep in mind my roof is still under warranty from the previous company and I still chose to call Wayne!!! He is my forever roofer.

1 person came to my home to look at some storm damage .. that person suggested the roof shingles needed replacing!!

Next day a different guy shows up from the SAME company unannounced.. that statefarm sent out and stated there was not enough shingles missing or damaged.. not even concerned as bad about the conflicting recommendation as much as Anyone just showing up at my home this day & time..

Maybe it's my fault by using the roofing company that an insurance company recommends..

Dean and his crew did such an awesome job replacing the roof on our house that I called him to replace roof on my mom's house. On both jobs, the crew was professional and very polite. I am impressed with RWN Roofing. Carlos Osorto was very professional from the first contact I had with him. In fact, I had called another roofer, but decided to go with RWN after my conversation with Carlos and cancelled on the other roofer. He went out of his way to make sure all my questions were answered before and during the process. We called my insurance company together to get the claim started and he came back out when the insurance adjustor came to look at my roof. Carlos made getting a new roof an easy and stress free process. In fact, he was the only project manager that was able to properly convey to our insurance company the severity of the roof damage. We had tried three other times (through various roofing companies that had also stopped by) in the past two years to get the roof replaced and covered by the insurance company to no avail.
