Kevin was great to work with and done what he said he was going to do. He was even on the roof helping installing shingles when someone called in sick to keep his word. Phenomenal finished job.

The quote was competitive, they did high quality work, but more importantly, the customer service from the office to the field was exemplary. I am retired, but managed 700 people in 14 states in my professional career. Customer service was our #1 priority and key to our success. Our house is 40 years old, has complex rooflines, multiple flashing size inconsistencies, this would be its third roof, so the project had its challenges . Barrelle was patiently there for me every step of the way during the two day project giving my roof and home the symmatry and beauty I had hoped for. Barrelle operates under the same philosophy. Recently, a shingle came loose from the flashing above the gutter; a minor issue but still needed to be addressed. I called Barrelle wondering what type of response I would receive. You would have thought I was purchasing a new roof. The office staff was upbeat, attentive, and scheduled an extremely knowledgeable and personable technician to address my concern the very next day. Barrelle Roofing is a family owned business that acts like a conscientious and caring family business.

They started the roof at 7am and it was complete and cleaned up and the team was gone before 6pm that day, and we had a large roof! I was completely impressed, and everyone was so nice and helpful! This company was a delight to work with. Unlike several others that I quested quotes from they sent a representative that got up on the roof and actually inspected the condition of the current roof. They made an assessment of what needed to be done. No satellite assessment for these guys that could not have found some of the "special" things that should be included in a complete job. I received a quote from the first visit and they were right on.

Communication with the company prior to the install was thorough and timely. The crew showed up when they would be here and finished the job when they said they would finish. It's a messy job and the clean up was excellent. An onsite supervisor was here throughout the project and responded to several requests I made throughout the job.

During the hurricane weather, there was a leak in our roof from our builder's terrible installation causing significant water damage. I called the next morning to see if someone could come evaluate our leak and prevent any further damage. The team was wonderful and accommodating when I called; they were able to fit me into one of their technician's already busy schedule the same day within a few hours of calling. Shawn was amazing! He was able to fix the faulty installation the same day. He also advised us on other poorly installed things to fix to prevent any potential future damage that we will address with Sean and Barrelle Roofing in the upcoming weeks. Barelle Roofing deserves more than five stars. There really aren’t any words to describe the professionalism and experience we had with Shawn. He went above and beyond and was super honest with us about our leaking roof. I love the very detailed work description and pictures he provided when he so bravely went up on the roof. To make a long story short, our roof began to leak around an improperly installed pipe boot on our five year old roof. Shawn sent me a quote but also encouraged me to reach out to the original roofing company that did the install. That the company should want to make it right, and to my surprise they did. Shawn was wonderful and definitely a pleasure to work with. My one regret is not having hired Barelle Roofing in the first place when we had our roof replaced five years ago. I am giving Barrelle Roofing a 5 stars which doesn’t relate about the roofing, it’s about the caring and kindness of the employee who works there. His name is Drew Vice. He went extra miles to help me with another young man whose name is Carlos. They both just drove by and saw my car stuck at the middle of the road and jumped out to help . Drew was there with me the whole time to make sure that I’m safe until my husband came.Guys, there are still many Samaritans around us. I’m so blessed to have these 2 young men who didn’t hesitate to jump out and helped me even though they both were tired after a long day working. With the company that has the employee who really care and kind likes Drew, I’m sure that this is the company that you can count on.

I am Extremely pleased with Barrelle Roofing and Drew Vice. Our roof began to leak around an exhaust pipe due to a flashing that wasn’t installed correctly. We also had some loose shingles.

Drew was incredibly professional and on time. Did an inspection, took pictures and videos of the damage to show me & gave me a fair quote.

He was honest about the quality &current status of our roof and didn’t try to bully me into a whole new roof replacement that we didn’t need.

We had 5 different companies quote our house's roof installation. We chose Barrelle for many reasons, not just on price alone. The products Barrelle uses are top notch and the promised services, during and AFTER the installation, sealed the deal.

During our initial meeting, our Barrelle rep, Josh, was very personable, professional, and responsive to our needs. He patiently listened to our desires and never tried to up-sell any products or services. He explained the full range of options so we knew, and understood, what we would be purchasing.

His installation team was on-time and expertly installed our new roof. It looks great and I have no regrets using them. Before the team left, they did a great job of cleaning up any loose nails, refuse, along with their personal gear. At all times, Josh or the Project Manager, Dustin, were on-site ready to address any concerns we might have had (we didn't).

I needed an emergency roof repair and I definitely chose the right company! They were fast, professional, kind, skilled and honest. They fixed my roof quickly for a very fair price. This company will be my roofing company of choice for sure.

10/10 Would use again! They were a little higher than another estimate (the one that advertises on WSB) but only by a few hundred dollars. What hooked me was Kevin's knowledge about how the insurance process worked. Anytime I had a question, he was there with a meaningful response (both in person and via txt). The new roof looks great, and the process was very easy.

Kevin personally came out to check out my concerns . He was honest , and even helped me troubleshoot to try to find the source of my leak . Although we both were stumped he was very honest and willing to come back on his time when it is raining to help me prevent any further damage. I would highly recommend this company . We needed a new roof after the big hailstorm in Milledgeville and anyone in the area can tell you that the amount of roofers advertising in the wake is just overwhelming and it really took some digging to find a reputable company. I ran into Kody Eicholtz in my neighborhood on a Sunday afternoon. My first instinct was you can't trust anyone these days and don't speak with them. However I had an instinct that something was very real about Kody. It was a true blessing to meet him my roof was severely damaged by hail. Kody was the rep sent out for our home. Being new to town we had a lot of local people recommend other companies. So we had a couple of other companies give us quotes as well. Kody was the only rep that followed up from all the companies we had out. He was super responsive from the first contact all the way through the entire process. As they were not the “cheapest” they ended up being the best. You truly get what you pay for and we are happy with the finished product. I would highly recommend requesting my guy Kody to come give you a quote before you go with the “other” company. Very happy customer.

I had a great experience. I noticed my roof was leaking by the chimney. I called Barrelle Roofing and talked to John Lindberg. He came over the same evening and took a look. He was very responsive an was able to give me a quote after checking out the area where it was leaking. They came out and repaired the roof. I just have a little painting left to touch up. She scheduled an inspection with Josh Laseter who has been in this line of work as well as having been an inspector for insurance companies for years. Jeremy Burgess with Barrelle roofing was in our neighborhood offering roof surveys for potential damage and evaluation for replacement if deemed appropriate. After evaluation, it was necessary to move forward with replacement. We contacted our insurance for replacement approval and kept in touch with Jeremy throughout the process. He came out to the house with our insurance assessor and did a walk through prior to finalization. After approval, he brought his team out to do a full roof replacement. The full roofing process took them around 8 hours. Once completed Jeremy did a final walk around with me to insure everything was completed correctly. Our new roof looks great and I would recommend Jeremy Burgess and his team to anyone needing roof work done! Very professional!

My Dad's home needed a new roof. The house is 30+ years old and the roof was original. Unfortunately, his insurance company wouldn't cover the cost due to the age of the roof which meant we had to cover the cost out of pocket. So we reached out to Kevin. Kevin came out, inspected the roof and gave us several payment options (financing, credit card, cash or a combination of all three). He gave us plenty of time to figure out the financial part without pressuring us in any way. When we were ready to get the roof installed, he was able to quickly add us to the schedule. His crew came out as scheduled and ripped off the old roof, replaced decking where needed and put the new roof on, all in the same day. When they were finished, they cleaned up the entire perimeter of the house and made it look like they were never there. Words cannot convey how AMAZING these guys are! I woke up to water leaking on the inside of our home, called these guys and they were over within an hour (maybe I scored on the timing aspect)! I don’t know anything about roofing, but Kevin explained everything very well to my husband and myself so we understood what exactly was going on.

We contracted with Barrelle to re- roof our house. Crew showed up before dawn on the designated day and got right to work. The overall work is very professional, corrected a few bad decisions made by our previous contractor, and brought everything up-to-date Cleanup afterward was excellent with nothing left behind but a great new roof. Mr Josh Laseter, is an employee of Barrelle Roofing LLC. The first time I met him, I liked him immediately. He was cordial, professional and patient to respond to all of my questions and concerns. I had specific requests and Mr Lester addressed each of those requests in a timely manner and delivered a satisfactory outcome. Mr Laseter also ask me about ways in which his company could improve the delivery of their services to which I provided my input. I went by their office around noon one day (bc I work near them) to schedule someone to come give a quote bc I had a small roof leak and my roof was 24 yrs old. Kevin Barrelle went from Loganville to my house in Norcross that same afternoon and was up on my roof. I was given a quote and after comparing to 2 other companies I went with Barrelle and my roof was replaced within 2 weeks. I am beyond thrilled with the responsiveness, the fair pricing, the customer service and the awesome clean-up job they did.

I thought I had a roof leak after a storm came through on Saturday. I called on Sunday afternoon and Kevin came out after church to take a look. He was very professional, caring and helpful. I had a terrible situation with a leak in my roof and although they couldn’t fix it upon initial visit the tech that came out was persistent and even brought out the boss with him, they figured out what the problem was and will circle back around to tie up the rest upon some plumbing work completion.
