I was in need of a quick one-week turnaround for roof repairs, and they delivered flawlessly. Juan stood out for his transparency and deep knowledge of the process. Juan was great to work with. I appreciate the quick turnaround time in addressing the issue of rain coming into my home from the roof due to a small detachment. Juan's use of technology allowed him to quickly identify and resolve the problem. Even though I was not informed in advanced that the team was in route, the team worked fast and efficiently. There were some debris left around the house from the work, including trash found on the roof and a couple of nails on the ground, indicating they need a better process for disposing waste. I went online on the Home Depot website to get estimates to replace my decking which included deck stairs, a walkway, porch and a second story deck. Home Depot said 6 different companies would contact me to set up times for them to come out to give me an estimate. 2 companies never contacted me. 2 other companies contacted me and set up a time and never showed. Of the 2 companies that did come out to give me an estimate Empire Roofing & Restoration is the one I felt most comfortable after talking to their salesman and him explaining everything that was going to happen. The estimate was more than a fair price for all the work that was involved. Of course, they had to make upgrades to come up to code, because all my decking were thirty five years old. I think the deck, walkway, porch and new stairs look gorgeous. I went with Trex and I would strongly recommend Empire Roofing & Restoration. The company's representatives stayed in contact with me the whole time, anytime I had a question or concern they were there to answer it. If you need any work done around your house inside or out, I would strongly recommend in giving Empire Roofing & Restoration a call.

I didn’t enjoy my experience with this company. I had 30 days to appeal after they gave me a quote, knowing that they are very busy is not a problem, but they waited until after the deadline for insurance appeal to tell me that they cannot give me a quote and I need to be referred out to a specialist. it took weeks for them to tell me what I needed to hear within one week of having them inspect the home for a general contracting job. I will never hire them if I ever need anything and I will never refer them. They didn’t do a job, but they did come to the home and it cost me my insurance. Very, very, very unprofessional. There is no excuse for that when it comes to a business they need to be reliable.

We have had an amazing experience working with Empire Roofing. The communication and quality of work has been so satisfactory. They have assisted with the entire exterior of our property, I truly recommend!

We called Empire Roofing to inspect our roof after hurricane Helena. After we got our power back (12 days after the storm) we contacted them. Initially they were very responsive with answering the phone and scheduled a date to inspect right away. We didn't start having issues until it came time to do the work! They had us on the list to have work done on a Thursday. They couldn't give us an exact time, but was estimating btwn 12:00 - 1:00. They indicated that they would call the morning of to verify and that didn't happen. At 1:12 pm I called them to see if they were still coming. He said he'd check on things and call me back. At 1:21 pm he called me back and said they were on their way to my house. At 2:35 pm they still weren't at my house, so I called again. Again, he said he'd check on things and call me back. He called back at 2:40 and now he was claiming they were only 5 or 10 minutes away. We had things to do and places we needed to go. With them already being almost 2 hrs late, I told them we would have to reschedule for the next day (Friday) in the morning. They said how about next week? I said "no that isn't going to work for us". They said they couldn't do it tomorrow, so we ended up canceling the contract.
Then come to find out they were at my neighbors house. They were doing repairs on her house and didn't complete the job there either. The initial contact was good, but when it came time to do the work, it all seemed to fall apart!

We needed a repair to a leaking gutter. Empire was prompt and fair and fixed the problem immediately while also inspecting for any other problems.

I needed lots of work done on my home. I worked closely with Kevyn and Tony for all my restoration needs. They not only do Houses they do Modular Homes. Everything was handled professionally and timely. Gutters, Roof Repair, Flooring Redone Due to Water Damage, Repaired Flooring to Entryway and Rebuilt my Deck. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a honest , kind and hardworking team. It was a very pleasant experience and I love everything they did to enhance my home. See Kevyn and Tony for your Home and Restoration needs you won’t regret it. I wish you could give them more than Five Stars!

He answered all calls and texts within 30 minutes, sent me his Blinq card with his contact info and photo, described his vehicle so I wouldn't hesitate to answer the doorbell, came out on a holiday weekend to look at my roof, took pictures, described in detail where the leaks were coming from, had excellent follow-up, great communication, and was incredibly nice! Our townhome community uses Empire Roofing for cleaning our flat roofs. We are so impressed with their knowledge of flat roofs, as well as the care and quality of work along with drone photos that show the before and after cleaning. Their customer service has been fantastic as well!

Empire Roofing and Restoration is great. I contacted them to fix a fallen gutter due to storm damage. They got back to me very fast. They were also extremely quick at coming out and replacing the gutter and hauling off the old gutter. I would highly recommend.

Juan Ramon and Tony Lopez were superb! After purchasing a home from this company, they were truly supportive and remain supportive beyond the 1-year anniversary purchase date! They have anticipated my needs and have led the effort of building and / or designing requested home improvement projects with perfection! High quality and excellent communication are hallmarks of this company. I have served on active duty for over 30 years and purchased many homes as I changed duty stations. This, by far, has been my best experience thanks to Juan and Tony!

Why is it so hard to find reliable contractors?? I had a deeply frustrating experience with Empire, primarily due to Tony's unprofessional behavior. They missed out on a $225,000 budget project. Despite multiple assurances that he would provide me with a quote, Tony consistently failed to provide and would keep giving me the runaround. This repeated negligence pushed me past a crucial deadline that he understood was stressed. Avoid working with him at all costs if you value your time and business goals. Empire has lost my trust entirely due to Tony's mishandling of this situation.

Was very helpful with some shingle issues on my newish home, educated me and told me to go back to my original contractor due to some install issues. What he told me helped me with the contractor and they gave me a discount . While he didn't actually do the work I would use him in the future based on how helpful he was.

Austin and his crew did everything he promised would do to fix my roof. Everything was done professionally and in one day. Austin even came back on the following Saturday to do an extra help in removing an old satellite dish no longer needed on my roof. Little things like that was very impressive and showed me how this company values its customers. Empire Roofing is a company I will go to for my future roofing needs.

Empire was called in to help with an unfortunate rain event that left our old house with water damage on and inside the walls. We used a paint crew for 3 weeks. They were courteous, quiet, and very respectful of furnishings in the house. Then we found some flooring damage and Empire brought in the flooring crew to replace a floor, or just a few boards, or restain areas to blend in so no one would notice there had been damage. Always polite, always in communication, and very accommodating to our own household schedule. Will use again.

New roof was installed due to issues from Hurricane Ian. Alton and his crew and office staff were terrific. They worked with me all the way dealing with a bank that keep asking for the same documents over and over. As soon as the money was released from the bank, they came and did my roof. The crew was pleasant, picked up everything after themselves. Worked with me so I could let the dogs out at regular intervals. Inspections were done timely and I'm just so happy the roof is done, but I have to say that the process was smooth and the people wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend Empire Roofing & Restoration.

We contracted with a local Cape Coral, FL roofing company prior to hurricane Ian (including paying a large deposit) but they totally failed us after the storm. Our neighbor had an Empire Roofing sign in his yard so my husband decided to give them a call. What a great decision!

Alton came to our house within days, listened to the horror story we had just gone through with the other company, and came back with a reasonable price and timeline. He was very responsive, respectful, and overall great to work with.

Our new roof got installed in mid-January 2023 and it looks really good. Crew had it done in two days! Our neighbors are waiting months for their roofs, so we are very blessed to be able to close this chapter of our post Ian saga.

I had an excellent experience with Empire Roofing. They did a complete reroof of our home. Our rep Austin always arrived on time and the work was done in less than two days.

I had to have a total roof installation done and had heard about how great a job Empire Roofing does. I was hesitant due to past experiences but called and immediately got a response back from Austin Gilbert. He came the same day. From start to finish he was very patient with me and my questions. I like things explained in detailed and simple language. He kept me informed of every step of the entire process. The attention to detail was amazing. They secured and protected the entire perimeter of my house including putting tarps down to protect my landscaping, walkways etc. I was impressed and I'm not easily impressed. They were extremely thorough in the clean up process. So many companies only see $$$ signs and say all the right things with little to no follow through. I'm old school and integrity is everything. I believe in doing what you say. They did all that and more. I'd give them 1000 stars if I could!!!

They were fast, timely and did what they said they would do. Their quoting process was efficient and the work was done shortly there after. Overall very pleased with Conner and his crew!

I left a 5* review before and was genuinely happy with their service and work but then some issues came up on one of the spots (leaking) they repaired (only after a few months later—rainy season) and so I called them up. After multiple times calling them and them telling me they’ll call me back with when they’ll be sending someone out to look at it, no one came, no call back. This dragged on for over 2 months and I got tired of having to call them and explain over and over so we ended up having to pay someone else to come fix it.

Let me start off by telling you how impressed I was with this company. I was so over whelmed with the damage and all the frustration from hurricane Ian. I had a couple contractors come out to give me an estimate but I just didn't have a comfortable feeling about them. Then I contacted Austin from Empire Roofing because of the things I read on Next Door. I was very impressed with Austin from the day I met him. He is very knowledgeable and he was able to answer all of our questions. Then came the day we got our new roof. The crew was very respectful of our property. They covered all the plants and even removed the small stone statues we had so they wouldn't get broken. When the job was complete they put everything back and cleaned up any nails that fell to the ground. Austin came by several times throughout the day and took drone photos of the progress and sent them to my phone. Oh and another very important thing, Austin dealt with my insurance adjuster the whole time. That was a huge help for me. I want to thank Austin and Empire Roofing for a job well done.

This company goes above and beyond! I called them after I saw one of their trucks in my community. After my house was hit by Hurricane Ian, I had another roofing company tell me that I needed a whole new roof for $20,000. I knew that wasn't true since I had just put a new roof on within the past 7 years and I could look up on my roof and not see any shingles missing. I called empire roofing and they sent over Austin Prow who is a very very nice and compitent young man. He went up on my roof and reported to me that there was some damage. I told him that I wanted to only replace damaged area with a Corning product that I had put on the roof 7 years earlier. He sent me an estimate for $1,450. He, himself shopped for and delivered the exact product that I wanted to my house. He sent out 2 very compitent roofers. It was only one week from my first phone call to Empire to completion of the job! I highly recommend this company . Special cudos to Austin Prow.

Connor was great. Very polite and professional and accommodating. This company was very responsive and did not play games. They called me immediately, set up inspection, provided estimate and contract and completed work right away. So many contractors blew me off or promised visits and phone calls. Empire Roofing were very fast and professional! A week after the repair, Austin responded in 5 minutes when I had 2 pieces of metal flapping in the wind. The roof of my suffered some damage due to Hurricane Ian, I worried that it would cost an arm and a leg to repair the damage done to my roof, I called Empire Roofing thinking that it was going to be too costly and a long draining process, was I wrong. I called and one of the representatives came the following day to evaluate and give me the cost to repair the damages, I accepted the quote because it was the best price and they began working 5 days later. Completed repairs in several hours. I highly recommend their services to whomever is seeking repairs to be made or possibly to upgrade their roofing

Extremely nice young man inspected our roof after Hurricane Ian. We had 1 tile that slid down. One missing and 3 damaged. We have the tiles. Quote was 1200.00. Seems way high. Will search for another company.
