Jay and company did terrific work on my roof. They were friendly, very competent , and quality oriented - truly a great value. We are very pleased with results and highly recommend.

True Quality replaced our roof 10 years ago and we had a good experience. After Hurricane Helene we had 3 leaks in the roof. They came in a couple days later and fixed everything up. They charged a reasonable fee and cleaned up mostly. We called up and let them know one side of the house was messy and they came right back and took care of it. More importantly the work looks great. We had several leaks around vents and pipes. They took the pictures to show us the water damage, how they fixed it and the seal. They even cleaned up the ceiling stain on the inside!

After a monstrous storm, I noticed a wet spot on my ceiling in Master bedroom.
I called Jay the very next morning, he came out within a few hours and fixed the area around pipes where water had gotten in around cracked seals on pipes.
True Quality Roofing replaced my roof in 2018 and did a fantastic job, and stands behind their work.

OMG!! Roof was leaking. Called and spoke to Jay and he was at our house in 2 hours and put up a tarp to prevent further water damage!!! That's what I call GREAT customer service! I recommend this company to anyone who is looking to repair or replace their roof!

I had some shingles blow off my roof and called True Quality for repair. Jay answered and assured me it wasn't a major problem due to the location of the missing shingles. He then suggested that for a little bit more than the repair would cost, he would do a complete roof inspection and fix any other developing problems. He came and did the repair and during the inspection, he did find and repair a few problems and also made some preventative fixes to avoid problems in the near future. He even saw something wrong with the chimney cap that had nothing to do with the roof and he fixed that at no charge.

Mr Jay Filipiak is the most caring, humble, kind gentleman I have ever met in this business! He really cares abouts the welfare of his clients. But actually, his heart sees them as we are family!

True Quality Roofing did our roof a little while back. A bad storm came through Buford GA about a month ago and the whole neighborhood was covered in roof shingles from other houses but ours did not budge. We were super impressed! Thankful to have a quality roof that will last us a long time even with really bad weather.

Zelda blew a huge oak onto my house broke ridge beam,soffits ,rafters,gutters ,down spouts,chimney,chimney cap,,broke thru ceilings. Reid met with adjuster and made sure everything was covered. Replaced roof with real plywood not original particle board added total ridge vent higher quality shingles than original. Beautiful plaster work and painting inside and out. We moved to Loganville during the last housing boom in 2004 and have had a couple of roof leaks (different places on the roof), two wind-damaged gutters, and finally, a storm damaged roof that resulted in interior damage to our home and a claim with our homeowner's insurance. Over all of those interactions, Jay, Reid, and their team do what they say they will do and have provided quality work for a very reasonable cost. I wanted them to deal with the insurance adjuster and claims agent, they did. I wanted them to arrange for the interior repairs, they did. Calls, emails, or texts get a prompt response. I do a great deal of home maintenance and projects on my own, but draw the line at spending time on a tall ladder or the roof of a home with a walk-out basement. There is no question about who we will call the next time Mother Nature decides to take a swing at our home.

I have to start off this review by saying that True Quality Roofing is such a great company to work with. My mother's house had extensive roof damage and needed repairs badly. The True Quality staff guided her through out the entire process and made replacing her roof a breeze. The roof was completed in a day without any headaches or problems. Thank you True Quality Staff we really appreciate all of the hard work.

I called to get an estimate for my roof to be replaced and gutters installed. The staff was very friendly and took time to give me several different estimates on different supplies that I wanted to be used. They gave me their expert opinion on what would be the best option for my home. I definitely recommend their services!

We had a lot of storm and wind damage to our roof a few years ago. I found True Quality Roofing on Angie's List and gave them a call along with a couple more places. I am so, so glad we went with True Quality Roofing! They are very knowledgeable, and very personable. They replaced our damaged roof with the best shingles out there that have a lifetime warranty. Well, I called True Quality Roofing a couple days ago,(I thought a shingle had come loose or something) because we found a couple water spots on our ceiling by the fireplace. Turns out, a cover on the side of our chimney was left off after we had our house painted this summer by our painters we had. I called True Quality Roofing, they came out the next day, found the problem, (which wasn't because of them), and put the piece back on. They are truly amazing people, going so far as to fix someone else's mistake, and not even charging us. I give Jay and the crew many, many thanks for helping us out. They are really special people with a great company!!

It all started when I noticed a small water stain on the ceiling of the master bath... I looked up some roofing companies, and on the basis of reviews gave True Quality a call. After fixing the immediate issue, having a look around, and considering the roof's age, signs of hail damage, etc. Reid suggested I contact my insurance company. After some back and forth, with Reid's advice and documentation, they OKed a replacement. Within about a week of letting TQR know it was a go, they were out and had it finished in 8 hours or so, including the replacement of a few rafters and deck sheets, and code upgrades. I was really impressed. Especially with details such as tarps around the house to catch debris as the old roof was removed, and the after-roofing clean up (looked tidier than before they started). Best and fastest roofing job I've ever had done. Thanks guys!

When tropical storm Zeta put a tree on my house in late October I did not know what to do. I called my insurance company and an agent quickly put me at ease by telling me she'd have a roofing company call me. Within minutes I received a call from Jay. Jay sprang into action getting us assistance as soon as he possibly could. The tree was removed, the roof was replaced, and some minor interior damage was repaired. Our house looks better than it did before thanks to all the hard work from everyone at True Quality! I don't know how many times I called or text Jay with a question and he responded promptly every time.

We called them for a roof repair and they came out and repaired our roof then went one step more and caulked around pipes. They also replaced ceiling tiles where roof had leaked. Good people.

Through a recommendation of a neighbor, I went with this company to replace Mother's roof. Upon meeting Jay, I learned he and his brother, Reid, owned True Quality Roofing. It appealed to me to work with the decision-maker, because I knew ahead of time it was very iffy whether the insurance company would replace the roof. We needed a bulldog to fight for us. Our long-shot hope was to have insurance company replace the roof and damage to interior ceilings and walls. We gave the fight over to the brothers, who were successful in getting Mother's insurance company to cover everything! Once that matter was resolved, we hoped their craftsmanship would match that of the neighbor. The crew who replaced the roof did an excellent job. No leaks, no curling shingles, all dry. The crew who replaced ceiling sheetrock and painted ceilings and walls performed an equally excellent job. I had several phone conversations with Jay & Reid, and a few in-person meetings. They were accessible and their word always matched their actions. It was a relief and a treasure to work with somebody who was actually honest. Our family is very pleased.

I called to inquire about some questions I had on a general inspection report prior to purchasing our first home. Jay was able to take a look at our report and educate us on some things that the general inspector was not clear on. Owner came to our house IN THE RAIN when we had a ceiling start leaving. This was within an hour of calling him. There are recently been hail storms nearby so I know they were probably slammed but still took care of our little job in a couple days.

We've experienced our share of storms, and when we noticed a leak recently, Jay/team were above and beyond expedient to ensure that not only the damage was minimal but also that the problem was solved. It has rained several times since the repair, and TQR has checked backed with us to ensure we are satisfied with their service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for any small (like ours) or large repairs.

I can't review his roofing abilities. However, yesterday I had a flat tire during a storm and he stopped and changed the tire for me and never hesitated. Thank you Jay from True Quality Roofing. Nice to see people who help others in this day and time.

They felt we would okay with no significant damage and fixed a few minor nails and caulking . Very honest about us not needing a new roof at this time . Elderly mother signed a contract that never happened then threatened to put a lean on her home over a tarp he put on our roof wanting her to pay.$500.
Any one who threatens an old person like what happened is not an honorable person.

Jay and the team at True Quality Roofing replaced a roof on our house about 10 years ago. We just had them out again for an inspection (as recommended every 5 years). They took care of any nails that backed out due to normal expansion and contraction. and resealed any areas of concern as a tune-up to be sure we are ready for the next 5 years. Good staff and workmanship. I highly recommend the True Quality Roofing company.

When my roof was damaged & got a leak, true quality came out quickly to give me a repair estimate. Their estimate was lower than than that of a well known roofing company who previously gave me a quote. They did a great job & stopped the leak. Would definitely use them again.

Don't just use any random roofing company. Use an expert and use the best. In my opinion, this would be Jay Filipiak, Owner, True Quality Roofing. Unfortunately we had a horrible experience with our insurance company and the effect of Hurricane Irma last fall. Was not aware of any issues until we decided to re-paint our house. First off, for any readers, stay away from Auto Owners. Like many other insurance companies, they over promise and under deliver. I contact TQR and provided the adjuster's report which identified minimal damage, however upon further inspection by Jay and his team, it was determined that the adjuster from Auto Owners only walked a portion of the roof and made his report based on a incomplete and inaccurate inspection. Fast forward....
Jay directed me through the whole process without hesitation, referred me to a Public Adjuster who immediately assisted me with the grievance process, made several visits to my residence and performed the necessary work to remedy my situation.
TQR is in a category of their own when it comes to service and quality. Make no mistake that without his knowledge of the roofing industry along with his knowledge of the insurance companies and their unethical and deceitful business practices, he made what was a very frustrating situation, a more bearable process. The other reviews directed me towards TQR and Jay and I strongly suggest for anyone in need of a roof or anyone experiencing a similar situation as ours, don't waste time with amateur fly-by-night roofing sales people and companies. Jay Filipiak and his crew took all of the headache and hassle out of preparing for one of the most important home repair and maintenance decisions a homeowner faces. He took care of all of the legwork and before I knew it, I had a beautiful, high quality, lifetime warrantied new roof not only on my home, but on my detached 2 car garage and my detached storage building/shop behind my home. His crew started the installation at 7:15 am, and was finished by 1:30pm. I have used them on the replacement of two roofs in the past. Both times, they worked with my insurance company, communicated with me on status, and completed the work on time with high quality. It was great experience and it was because the owner communicated with me and kept to commitments.

With recent storms earlier this summer, of course a pine tree broke in half due to high winds and pierced the rental house through the roof, attic, AC unit and ceiling.

The only person I would trust to call would be Jay. I told him that storms were passing again through that evening and he quickly arranged for the tree to be removed and the damage to be tarped the same day I called him so no other damage would occur.

And then he did what he did with the other two times. He took care of everything will little involvement from me and got the repairs done with the roof, AC and damage to the ceiling and room that were impacted.

I wanted to share excellent experience I had with True Quality Roofing.

I have a rental home in Grayson, GA that took on some wind damage that caused some major leaks in home. I did the typical search to get the three quotes. I am still amazed that it is a challenge to get contractors out to get this done timely. I later turned to a trusted individual that works on our home from time to time that does quality work for a recommendation.

He recommended Jay and True Quality Roofing. After I called him he was quickly on the property and confirmed the damage. He assisted me with the claim process, coordinated with my renter on availability and was professional in every way with myself and the renter.

I had some “miscommunication” with the insurance adjuster and it was Jay that took the lead, re-coordinated everything and got the process on track.

The materials were delivered a day in advance and the workers showed up early the day of the install. When I showed up to check in on things, the manager on site quickly acknowledged me and walked me around the house and what stage of the process they were on. You could tell he was very knowledgeable and I could tell proper supervision was on site all day. The installers were quick and efficient but you could tell the quality of the work was excellent also.

At completion, I was amazed on how it looked. I compared it to some old pictures of the house when I had when it was built. It looks better today than when it was built.

My renter a few weeks later expressed his happiness on the home and work also.

We called because we had a few leaks and we were just looking to get some repairs. After Reed and Jay came out and looked at roof, they found a lot of wind damage that I was unaware of. They took care of all the insurance work and got a new roof put on my house. Could not be happier with their work. Came out with crew and did it in one day. I have not problem giving them 5 stars and woiuld recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing company.
