ARC is great. Jordan Mayard was very helpful and provided very needed advise. He was very beneficial with helping me with working with my insurance company. He helped make the process easy. I really appreciate all they did to help me get a new roof.

Absolutely great experience with David Glinski and American Roofing! David made the claim process seamless, with straight forward communication on his part every step of the way. I have an extremely large roof, and with that said the old roof was off, the new on, along with an excellent clean up job, all in just one day.The large, very courteous crew did an awesome job from beginning to end. I was totally amazed at how thorough they were and cannot say enough GREAT things about David and American Roofing Company! Hats off to them for a job well done. Replacing my roof with American Roofing Company was the easiest process imaginable. Their representative gave me a free inspection of my roof and shared that I had wind damage, I had no idea. I contacted my insurance company and the ARC representative met with my insurance adjuster to answer questions on my behalf. My insurance adjuster verified I needed a new roof and ARC went into action. They scheduled a date for replacement, sent a large crew on that date and had the old roof off and the new roof on in just one day (and I have a very large roof). The next day they returned to clean up. I was totally amazed at how thorough they were. They left my place as clean or even better than they found it. I could not be more happy with American Roofing Company!! They were a total delight to work with! I would give them 10 stars instead of 5 stars if possible! You won’t go wrong with this company!

We needed our roof replaced. I got a price from a local company and also from American Roofing. The local price was much lower but Jeremy at American really seemed to know his business and gave me assurances about quality and customer service. So they replaced the roof, it looks so much better than it ever has and was done extremely quickly. They cleaned up so well that I wax only able to find 3 nails when they left (roof tear off and replace).
When done, I realized that the hip shingles were of a lower quality than our contractor stated. I contacted them and they came out and replaced it. It wasn’t their fault really, they ordered the right thing but the supplier sent the wrong item.
A few later we got the biggest winter storm in decades. I felt there was a ventilation problem and contacted Jeremy again. They way it appeared to me, the ridge vent and shingles on top were installed incorrectly. Jeremy assured me there was no problem and is correct. I have OCD and hyper focused on this questioning him time and again, looking at other resources and going crazy thinking I had a problem. Jeremy put up with me and addressed every concern and questions I had, this went on for a couple of weeks. He was finally able to show me in a way that I could understand, that everything was correct. It was a ton of work for this professional to translate to a layman everything involved. Turns out I WAS WRONG! Yes, that’s hard to admit.
I can’t sing high enough praises for Jeremy and American Roofing. I forgot to add this all happened months after they finished and I had signed a certificate of completion. Jeremy and John even came out to look at it and try and help me understand.
I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you Jeremy, John, Cody, Rachel, Andrew and the crew that came out and did the work.

Our roof was damaged in a storm and insurance was reluctant to acknowledge the state of our roof. David Glinski with American Roofing stopped by, did an inspection, and was able to get the roof replaced completely through insurance. He was professional, communicated extremely well, and handled dealing with the insurance company. Roofs are expensive and not something you have to deal with very often. Leave this to the pros. American Roofing came through for my family and our home. The entire roof was torn off and replaced the same day. The crew was professional, organized, and installed the roof on the scheduled date they said they would. We can’t thank David, American Roofing and their crew enough for doing a great job!

An amazing company from top to bottom! I had a mishap with my insurance not wanting to replace my whole roof after a fair bit of the shingles fell off during a storm. They said there was nothing they could do except replace the ones that absolutely needed to be replaced and didn't have a way to locate the specific type of shingles used on my home. Basically, my home would've have two very obviously different looking shingle types and would be an eyesore. When I contacted American Roofing Company, Maxwell Bolanz was there to help with every question and went far above my expectations to help us figure out a way to not pay out of pocket for the services we needed! I could not commend his expertise and responsiveness enough! I even mentioned a family member that lives in the same neighborhood that had a very similar situation happen to them and ARC is currently working with them as well. Thank you, again!

Matthew was in neighborhood inspecting homes and offered to look at ours . He and his coworker were very honest and extremely nice, and said our roof was pretty good and didn’t need any repairs, but did put silicone in a couple places that were starting to need it absolutely free. David Glinski and his crew went above and beyond. I had an emergency situation. They were there at my house within minutes! They were able to get the situation somewhat under control as best they could with the dangerous weather situation going on. Within a few days (also weather permitting) I was back under rood and all was dry and secure! I would highly recommend David Glinski and American Roofing.

What started with an inquiry for installing a skylight turned out into a full roof replacement. Zakk was our salesperson. Very knowledgeable and did a great job to get our 19 year old roof replaced that looks great.

Andrew and his crew were great! Andrew is very knowledgeable, thoughtful, and thorough. My insurance company took a while, and he was very patient, and helped with all parts of the process. I would highly recommend Andrew and his crew! In fact, I have already recommended him to two other people.

After sale service is absolutely horrible. Listed the wrong address on my paperwork, dropped the materials to replace my roof in my neighbors yard. My home owners insurance has been cancelled now due to the fact that this company not only has the wrong information for the address which was documented by the praised branch manager Andrew but they have not produced a single bit of accurate documentation of the roof repair. Call after call to the office, representatives, emails. This company is more concerned with the FRONT END of the sale than the follow through. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LACKING THOROUGHLY THROUGHOUT THIS ORGANIZATION. Maybe this review might get your attention so you will correct the address on my paperwork provide it to me so MY MORTGAGE DOESN’T GET CANCELLED! I have been hounding these people for this documentation and finally my home owners cancelled my policy. I wanted to leave a glowing review but it’s not the labor, it’s not the work, it’s the customer service BEFORE AND AFTER THE SALE. You were paid in full for my roof and also my parents roof which is 6 times the size of mine paid in full. GET IT TOGETHER! And respect the voice of the people! No more phone calls I will collect my documentation in person tomorrow! See you soon!

Had 2 roofs replaced, both installed in a day - both had a leak that needed to be addressed. My issue is with the billing, I'm the middle person. Told a price, Insurance pays and I pay the deductible and depreciation, then comes the supplements and insurance pays in several checks, I deposit the checks then mail in a check for the amount. I'm being told that I still owe $128.17 on 1 roof and $257.98 on the other. Dealing with 2 insurance companies and this is months later. SICK OF IT! Get a company that deals with the insurance company and leaves you out of it

My mom is 80. She needed a new roof on her home. Chad came by to talk to her and after his inspection, he told her that her gutters were clogged up. Out of the goodness of his own heart, he cleaned them himself. He made the whole process super easy. He did all the leg work with the insurance Co. He was very easy to communicate with. He answered every question very professionally and anytime I text him, he responded quickly.
The crew was very polite. They did the install in one day, left everything super clean and just as they found it. They even came back for a second sweep after we had a rain just to make sure nothing washed off the roof or out of the gutters.

The representative, Joshua, was so helpful every step of the way from claim to closing the contract. The roofers showed up early because the weather was calling for rain. They got the roof done in one day despite having to tarp and wait for the rain to pass. I highly recommend!

During a tornado in Louisville KY area in March 2023 our roof was damaged and the shingles were missing in several places. I contacted Zakk Wilson and he came out to our home and inspected the damage. He took pictures on his phone while he was on the roof, marked everything with chalk to clearly show the damage and then went over everything with my wife and I. After everything was done with Zakk, we then took all the information to our homeowners insurance company and they sent out their inspector and once everything was approved for replacement of our shingled roof we contacted Zakk again and set up ARC to work on our home. It was a period where many houses in the area were damaged, so it took some time for our house to be next in line for replacement- Zakk personally came out and covered our roof where the shingles were missing with tarp material to make sure there were no leaks until the shingles were installed.

I would highly recommend Zakk Wilson and everyone at this company for replacement of shingles for your home!

Today marks the 28th day since the project was to be completed, and you guessed it, THEYRE STILL ON MY ROOF! And it is August 17th. Where do we begin…They were supposed to be here July 20th to do what they called an 8 hour job. They brought the supplies and put them directly in the middle of my driveway just to push it back to Saturday and leave the supplies there for three days. They show up at 0800 and are on the roof until 2200 that date, no shingles were put on my roof. They come back Sunday and are here from 0800-2000 when I kick them off my property. My flower beds are completely destroyed, my vinyl siding scratched to hell and back. I find several workers sleeping on my property throughout the day not to mention trying to get a peak up my wife’s dress. We were out of the house three separate days to give them the time and space and so I didn’t have to listen to them banging on my roof. They said they would give me a “discount” of $300 off an $11,000 project that I am paying for out of pocket (different story for a different day) and when I said that wasn’t even close I was told that they’re not in it to make me money. What a crock. He came back that Monday to “finish” the job, and when another guy came to check it out he said that it was terrible and one of the sides needed redone, which brings me to today. After a “4-5 hour” job today, they’ll actually be here for a total of 10 hours today bringing the total to 40+ hours for an “8 hour job.” Moral of the story, do your homework and once again, don’t go American Roofing Company.

Zakk Wilson and everyone at American Roofing were great to work with in getting my new roof following wind storms March 3.. Despite a few obstacles from Mother Nature, the roof went up in a day and has performed marvelously against the storms we've had this crazy weather year -- and looks simply awesome!

Zakk Wilson with American roofing company was very responsive to all calls, showed up on time for everything and got us the roof we wanted. Worked with our insurance company and was a professional through it all. Even after our roof was done he came out to personally ask how we like our new roof. Thus company definitely goes above and beyond. Highly recommend this company.

Andrew Kimbrough (Branch Manager) is fantastic to work with.
He was very knowledgeable and thorough with all communications, and had great patience and persistence when dealing with my insurance company. He was in contact throughout the 5 months from start-of-claim through completion of the replacement roof.
The work crew was professional and courteous, completing the main roof in one day and returning a second day to finish a few smaller individual sections.

Appreciate Zakk Wilson, appraiser, taking care of all the paperwork. So easy!! Crew showed up on time, as scheduled. This means a lot! There was a slight weather delay, which is understandable due to July weather. Crew manager checked proactively securing the date. Checked in again upon arrival. There were 2 crews working on our roof, removing 2 sets of shingles on our 30+ year old house. Zakk also kept us in the loop before and during the job. We knew there could be damaged places that would need subroof fixed. Crew manager identified more areas and we already had pre-approvals to fix. The plywood on our house was a bit thicker than average, because my husband had built the house himself. Crew manager went into town and purchased correct plywood replacement and all was repaired the same day. Crew cleaned up after themselves and continually checked the yard for stray nails. Zakk finished the day by stopping by to check on completed job and confirming our satisfaction. Loved the customer service and attention to detail!!

Had 2 new skylights installed. Job was more complicated than they expected. The crew finished the cleanup by flashlight.
They said one day install and did a one day install.

We were approached in July 2021 by American Roofing Company. Already knowing that we had 2 shingles off, we were pretty sure that there was no way that we would qualify for a new roof. We didn’t have to deal with our insurance company. Brady took care of all of it and he couldn’t have been nicer! He kept telling me it would work out! We did have to pay extra but we got an upgrade on our shingles and we were expecting to pay these charges. When the workers arrived, they all were very professional, moving my statues along the house, covered our landscaping and worked well together as a team to get the job done. They were here long after dark looking for nails with flashlights.
My husband and I are Very pleased with the way our roof turned out.
