Edit since company responded. I'm now including the very original public adjuster agreement with my name on it since they "can't find my name". The same public adjuster who never showed up. The same one Dalton blocked us over when we were trying to get the paperwork for our insurance company. The same one that River, so disrespectfully, told me off about over the phone since we couldn't get ahold of anyone to get our paperwork. This same person who responded is the customer service manager at the corporate office and I would like to note that I have already left her voicemails about getting help with my leaking roof. I just called and had to leave another voice ail. This company has less than no integrity. Proceed with EXTREME caution. Also, when I mentioned no communication with the teams. They are not English speaking. The guy who was the team manager was speaking to the child in English. I assumed he could not speak Spanish since he did not address any of the adults on the premises.
If you can afford to use another roofing company then do it! The customer service this company offers is absolute trash. We got our roof replaced back in 2020 which was a horrible experience. The guy handling our case at the time, Dalton, did not notify the office for the assessor to come out when we had our insurance assessor out and showed up with nothing to say looking stupid. Then Dalton blocked our numbers when we tried to follow up and get the paperwork needed for our insurance because he told us that he was supposed to our main point of contact for our company. After we talked to the corporate office they had us talk to the supervisor for this area, River, who refused to listen to our complaints and accused us of having too high expectations of getting our insurance to cover the roof when we were just looking for the documentation that they were supposed to provide. Dalton also bet us money that he could get our roof covered by insurance because of how good at his job he was, what a joke. They contracted a team who could not communicate with us or their project leader when it came to replacing the roof and they had a child at our house who was approx 8 years old translating for them all day. Fast forward to now, our 3 year old roof is leaking, big surprise. It took calling and leaving voice-mails for over a week for someone to even contact us. Good luck getting anyone to actually answer the phone. They said they would come out Wednesday never showed up. I had to call the corporate number this morning because the guy wouldn't answer the phone when we called to follow up. Again, sent out 1 man who could not communicate with us to caulk the shingle that was loose, or at least I think that's what he was trying to say. There was no asking this poor contractor to check the entire roof or the damage done inside the house or mold in the crawl space. So now we are back to leaving voice-mails for this joke of a company. Again, save yourself the headache and find a company with some integrity.

The roofer that is out here right this minute just informed us that the roof was not installed properly and layers of material are missing. The manager at the corporate office, Chase, had absolutely nothing to say other than I'll give another guy a call and try to get him out there soon. Imagine what kind of damage is happening inside our house with the kind of rain we get.
