Affordable Roofing crew provided quick, quality service. They were able to replace my roof at a great price, and answered any questions that I had in a knowledgeable, courteous manner. I Highly recommend this company!

They put roof on my house and built a deck done good job roof took on day they were cleaned up and gone.

I guess we should have looked at the reviews first. They started off great. Great friendly service, easy to work with. The roof itself is great, looks good and the crew was great. They cleaned all their mess and double checked it. The problem is that they put on the wrong roof! It looks ok just not the roof we chose. The owner came out and talked to.my husband and said he would make it right but we have not heard another thing from them. Do NOT use this company.

The actual roof was done and seems to be done well. I have a lot of issues with their customer service, but the work itself is good.

Very poor customer service experience, though. They had my husband sign a paper saying we wouldn't post bad reviews (which is illegal to do- Consumer Fairness Act of 2016). I was told if I shared my reviews publicly their lawyers would be contacting me.

I agree with several other reviews STAY away from this company they will RIP you off in any manner they can. We started with requesting an estimate and unfortunately that was the only thing that went well. Excuse after excuse we just decided they weren't for us, just wanted our money back so we could move on to another company that would be serious about scheduling our roof replacement and I was told they were going to keep 25% of our money(said they ordered our materials already) we heard that several times they were ordered and would be delivered several times too big joke!!! We gave them a check immediately but will they will take several weeks to refund our payment Minus 25%. The should be fortunate we have patience for scammers like them.
DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

Love my new shed and house roof. They did an amazon job. They were there when they told me and worked that day til it was done. Cleaned up everything everyone was nice and ready and willing to answer all my questions. Very statisfied with the completion.

Called to have my roof repaired and was denied because the guy, Caleb, said I was lieing about my deductible. Even though I had proof and not worried about having to pay the money, I was treated as if I was lieing. Terrible service, doubtful service and far from an enjoyable experience. Roof looked good. Drip edge and flashing around chimney looks bad. Said could do nothing about drip edge due to house is not square,???? Said to give flashing a month to cure. If not satisfied, they would redo it. Demanded payment or would put a lein on my house even though the chimney was not done to my satisfaction.

Affordable Roofing is awesome! They did a great job on my new roof! They are fast and friendly and the sales rep worked well with my insurance company! I highly recommend using this company!

No one ever called us about what day they would be starting. They just showed up and started working while no one was home. I was told that they would be done in 1 day. this is now day 3. They took the direct TV dish off the roof and didn't put it back where it was and knocked out the TV. Can't get a Dish person here for a week. The crew acted as if they didnt speak English in tell the Supervisor showed up at the job site. And then they learned how to speak ENGLISH in a few seconds. They left chicken done's on the sidewalk and trash ei water bottles cigarette packs in my yard. And oddly enough the guy that bid the job is out of town this week.
Five people on my block are getting roof replacements from the hail storm. And we are not recommending this company to any of them. This is the worst company ever..
