They are one of the best roofing companies in Wyoming. Stayed true to the estimated cost. Came when they said they would and got the job done. Everyone from Jim, Jackie, Chewy and the crew were amazing!! I will refer them in the future. The job was done. Seems fine to me. But "Affordable"? I beg to differ... Shame on me for not shopping around or vetting this process more. This company was recommended to us from our insurance company after we made a hail claim. The contractor came and checked out the roof, confirming it should be replaced and verbally quoted my husband $12-15K. Having never filed a claim before, our insurance agent recommended going through the claim with our roofing contractor. Upon seeing the figure that insurance was giving us (which was approximately $3K more than his verbal quote, including the RCV figure), our roofer suddenly decides that is now the cost to do our roof. To my discredit, we signed the contract there without having thoroughly thought this through, and the roof job was completed. The roofing company has been going back and forth with our insurance, claiming that insurance didn't cover everything they had to take care of, namely, this ice and water barrier thing that is supposedly a new code since the last time our roof was replaced, so they want to tack that cost ON TOP of the $18K they have on the contract. I don't understand why that would not have been accounted for in the original $18K since, ya know, they are a roofing company and should know those codes. All in all, the final figure that they are trying to get our insurance to fork over to them through us is more than double that initial verbal quote.
I understand that it is all money coming out of our insurance company but had the contractor been true to their word from the beginning, we would have basically paid nothing out of our pocket for all these repairs even with our insurance deductible taken into account. That is obviously no longer the case. I'm just not happy with the way their cost is skyrocketing from that initial verbal number. I feel like our naivety is being seriously taken advantage of. Not to mention, they told us to sit back and relax while they deal with finalizing everything with insurance after the job was done, but it took my husband hand-holding both insurance and the contractor for months to finish everything on their administrative sides so we could receive our certification for impact-resistance and subsequently receive a discount on our insurance premium. That all got held up because no one was putting our case to bed. It's been 4 months and technically this is still not over.

I'm very happy with the professionalism from everyone I've interacted with at this company. From the initial inspection, to the customer service, to the project manager and roofing workers, they were all ready to answer questions and professional in their work. Thanks.

Affordable Roofing clicks all the boxes. They were not only on time and very professional everytime we would talk but they also cleaned up everything and took the time to be sure everything was completed on my roof. I would highly recommend them for anyone that needs a roof. They are the best I have seen in quality, value, professionalism, being responsive and were on time and got done ahead of schedule. Affordable Roofing & Restoration has replaced our roof twice due to the hail storms. They are fantastic! They cleaned up our yard very good at the end both times, and they had excellent supervision at all times. We are very happy with them.

After the May 2023 hail storm, I was referred to Affordable Roofing and Restoration by a neighbor. What a great company to work with! Their salesperson did an excellent job accessing the damage, explaining their recommendations and helping with material selection. They took care of the permitting process, and their crew was on site as planned. The workmanship was just terrific. They went the extra mile to not only inspect the condition of the roof decking on my 75 year old house, but they took the initiative to actually repair the issues that needed to be addressed. The crew did a wonderful job protecting the property and cleaning the site. And the finished product looks wonderful on my house and shed. The office personnel are also amazing to work with. They are helpful, friendly and responsive. All in all, I can't say enough good things about this company. After using mediocre ones in the past, I know the difference and would not hesitate to recommend Affordable Roofing to anyone needing a good roofer. I even recommended them to my local insurance agent for others in the area who might be in need. With Affordable Roofing, you can't go wrong.

Affordable Roofing installed the reroofing due to hail damage on our residence in Laramie. The entire process from the initial inspection and estimation by Mike McCarrel through the installation by the roofing crew led by Project Manager Jackson Simpson and foreman Juan Pablo was conducted efficiently, courteously, and professionally. Despite a large number of local claims and resulting roofing product shortages, timely scheduling and response by Kim Trionfera, Production Manager and Jennifer Johnson, Service Coordinator insured our project was completed in a reasonable timeframe (pending final insurance settlement). Special shoutout to Juan Pablo and his crew in their thorough and careful attention to protect and remove waste from our landscaping and adjacent structures, in their courteous and diligent work ethic, and in addressing our specials concerns towards an existing construction flashing defect.

The employees I worked with in the office and onsite were always polite, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Scheduled appointments were kept. I was informed through phone calls, texts and emails of the progress of the job. The team at Affordable Roofing & Restoration worked diligently to complete the new roof to our satisfaction and in a timely manner.

When Shannon first came to my front door, and we spoke a bit, I pretty much knew right away that I wanted Affordable to do the work.
Like Shannon, Ethan, who is managing the job, was just as authentic and caring as Shannon.
The job was done in a day and a half with roofers who were friendly and careful to not only do the roof right but to clean up my front yard, nicely. Instead of a tarp, they used netting to cover the garage, so that air could flow through, which I greatly appreciated. This is my first experience with roofers on a home that I own, and I would hire them again in a New York second. All in all it was a great experience and my roof looks awesome!

The people from Affordable are wonderful! Shannon, Kim and Juan were always available to answer questions. They are fast and efficient! We received our estimate from the insurance company on June 20th. Affordable replaced the roof on our home and shop on the 29th, and they did the job in ONE day! They also upgraded our shingles! We had a slight miscommunication that we discovered late in the game and they just took care of it without question. They care about the client and their quality of work! I can't recommend them enough!!!!

We had the roof replaced years ago and opt'd for the upgraded shingles at the time (which I believe are required now) and the roof has held up well with all the storms over the years.

When we have had to call for various items such as inspections after big storms, sealing or vent questions Affordable roofing responds right away and normally has someone out within a day or two.

Affordable Roofing replaced the roof on our house, sunroom and shop and did a very nice job for us.
We had scheduled this work to happen while we were out of town and when we returned home you could not tell anyone had been there as there was no scrap roofing materials or nails anywhere to be found. Nothing in the bushes along the foundation, window wells or flower planter, not even in the roof gutters. There were two layers of roofing to be removed.
They also did an excellent job of replacing the flashing along the gutters and chimney and also installed flashing along the facia along roofs peak edges, which were not there originally there.
We had an excellent company rep who also took pictures for us so we could see how the work was done, since we were not there to see it happen.
I would highly recommend Affordable Roofing to anyone asking about, who's good to call when you need a new roof.

We chose Affordable Roofing to inspect our roof after the severe hailstorm which hit our area in July, 2022. After the inspection, we chose Affordable Roofing to complete the repairs as we appreciated their knowledge. the way they kept us updated during the whole process, the quality of the work done, and cleaning the work area thoroughly when finished.

I had thought to use a larger roofing company in Loveland, but my insurance agent said that her agency had used Affordable Roofing several times and found them to be excellent, so I switched to them and they were! From the initial appraisal to the payment officer, everyone was so friendly and competent. I highly recommend Affordable Roofing & Restoration!

This spring I contacted Affordable Roofing to get a quote on replacing my roof. In working with the Service Writer, Harold, he helped me to improve the attic ventilation of my roof by adding more roof and soffit vents. I had multiple questions as we progressed through the bid process and Harold was prompt & patience in his responses.

Of the three estimates I got from roofers, the Affordable bid was the second most expensive but it included several additions like the venting that the other two companies omitted. The bid itself was very detailed and listed the cost and amount for all the materials and labor.

I’m impressed that Affordable put a Owens-Corning forty-year shingle on my home for less than the other contractors were bidding a lesser 15-20 year shingle. The the shingle upgrade closed the deal.

The crew that actually performed the work did an excellent job.
They worked extra hard removing the roofing material because the last roofer did not strip the felt off the roof. The crew had to remove two layers of felt and about 10,000 more nails than they expected for a single layer roof. Their first day was a 12-13 hour day.

I am grateful to the crew for their efforts to protect my home when rain showers hit Laramie. They made sure my house was protected from the sudden and intense rain squalls that moved through town on the afternoon they were removing my old roof. The foreman did a great job of communicating with me during the project which I appreciate.

I will be sure to recommend Affordable Roofing to my neighbors that need roofing done.

Jim came over on January 31. 2022 in response to my need of a roof repair. I called Affordable, because my neighbor had used them and liked them. Jim was professional and knowledgeable about some of the issues we had. As requested he gave me a bid, which I thought to be reasonable. Knowing that the weather was changing on Tuesday, but needing the temperature to be above X degrees, he told me he would come back and take care of it, should the temp rise to that point. Mid-afternoon he showed up with his son, to take care of the problem. He spent more time than expected doing a few extra things he noticed, but was not required to do, noting as well that the roof was in excellent condition. The next day, the storm of 2/1/22 began. We would have been in a world of hurt had Jim not done what he did do. I am so grateful. In addition, the office staff was quite professional and friendly, something sorely lacking these days. I had some hail damage and they were able to be the best pricing with timing, warranty and quality. They worked with my HOA, my Insurance company and even spoke with Town of Wellington to ensure everything was great.

Definitely would use them again. My recommendations for a homeowner is to just give Affordable Roofing the link or HOA documentation on approved roofs instead of guessing like I did. But Affordable were quick thinkers and were able to help out so much.

Had affordable roofing come out to my home and install a new roof,siding window wraps and gutters due to hail damage. They did the roof and the gutters and attempted to do the siding and window wraps. They couldn't do the siding after saying they could. They attempted the window wraps by only doing 3 of the 4 sides on 4 windows and what they did attempt to do on the window wraps has to be redone. I'll also mention it took 4 months to get that far. They could not finish the job so they brought someone out that specialized in siding and window wraps telling us that they would have them finish the job. That's been over a month ago and since they brought that company out we've been left to figure it out for ourselves. So you've been warned. These guys are good with their mouths , but aren't capable of finishing the job.

I would definitely recommend Affordable Roofing! The customer service is exceptional and Chris went above and beyond working with my insurance company to make sure I received appropriate coverage. The quality of work is excellent and the crew did an amazing job of clean up as well. the work was done quickly and my roof looks amazing!! Please do not use this company. Your roof is such an important part of your home. Spend maybe a little more money and go with ANYONE else. Our roof has been leaking for over 2 years now. We have dealt with both 'Owners' Jim Simpson and Cory Braesch and have been given the complete run around. We have been lied to about having answers to our leaking roof and now we cannot get a hold of either of them. They charged $13,000 for a roof coating system that never worked, installed it over an already faulty roof and now are blaming the original roof. They are unwilling/unable to repair it. Even when I asked them for a quote to put on a new roof with them that I would pay for they refuse to get back to me. I have filed a complain with the BBB and I'm currently pursuing legal action all the while my roof continues to leak. Please use literally anyone else.

New update ! They are now claiming a hail storm from two years ago is the reason their coating system failed. But for the last year while the roof has been leaking they never mentioned a hail storm had damaged the roof. Hmmmmm ..Obviously grasping at straws. Honestly pretty pathetic, just take responsibility and say the coating system you put on failed and should never have been used.

I WILL NEVER EVER HIRE Affordable roofing and restoration AGAIN!
Save yourself a lot of money and headache and find another company. Unfortunately, I hired affordable roofing and restoration and it was my biggest mistake. Before I hired them, they gave me an estimate of $20,300 but charged me $23,200. And they want the payment upon receipt, that means you must pay them in 24 hrs after they replace your roof. You better have that money available in your checking account to send it to them as soon as their poor quality job is done. They WILL NOT wait for your insurance. You will have to pay out of pocket and deal with your insurance later. They also provide a very poor quality service from start to finish. As soon as you sign their contract those managers and owners will never ever return your call. So, In case you need to speak with them, forget about it! In the moment that I unfortunately signed that contract there was no further communication between us (that’s right!). Now they will do whatever they want. My family, friends, friends of my friends, co-workers, neighbors... all of them were completely shocked to see how negligent the owners of this company were to me. THIS COMPANY LOST MANY, MANY CUSTOMERS. Their employees didn’t even let me choose the color of my own roof, they picked it out without my permission, put it in the contract and switched my roof while I was working. When I returned to my house I was so shocked to see that ugly roof. I immediately called the company to speak with the owners but they were too busy to speak with me. I explained the situation to their secretary, she put me on hold while she spoke with those “owners” but they didn’t care at all. So, I was told by her that they were going to call me in the very next day... THEY NEVER DID! So I called them another 8 times in the following week but they never answered any of my calls. So I just cried for a week.They do NOT speak with their customers. They just ran away! In case you choose them, just BE PREPARED. IT’S A NIGHTMARE! They also left a lot of trash all around my house and never returned to clean up their mess.
NO, I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

We were very pleased with our experience with Affordable Roofing - good workmanship, knowledgeable and professional staff. This company was a pleasure to work with.

We had the recent misfortune of having Affordable Roofing replace the roof next door to us. What I learned was that being an accommodating neighbor led to full blown exploitation by this company.

First, I came home to discover that the crew had let themselves into my closed off backyard without permission. Keep in mind, I am the neighbor NOT the client.

Second, after I allowed them to continue working in the backyard and being told that all debris would be removed, I came home a second time to discover that the tarp they had been using to collect falling material had been moved to the neighbor’s driveway, and that nails, cigarette butts, and trash were scattered about in my yard and air conditioning unit. Additionally, now my front yard had tools, equipment, and trash scattered across it. If someone came driving by, they would have assumed our house was the one having work done on it.

Third, when I spoke to the crew that this was unacceptable and needed to be rectified, I was met with looks of contempt, as apparently trashing the neighbor’s yard is normal business for Affordable Roofing.

Lastly, when I called the office, they put me in touch with the project manager, who apologized and assured me that the crew would make sure to pick up all the nails and trash before they left and that there would be a final walkthrough the following day, where the person conducting the inspection would speak with me and confirm everything had been cleaned up. Two days have now passed, no one has come by. Moreover, we had an event at our house on Sunday, where children playing in the backyard kept running in to the house to hand us nails they had found.

I highly recommend this company if you want to sour relations with your neighbors.

very easy to work with. the estimate was fair and competitive.. work was completed in 1 day for my garage. with all the debris involved with re-roofing. they left my garage area cleaner than when they arrived. my garage looks great! well done and thank you!

Everything happened as expected. No complaints other than they took a little longer to complete the job than I hoped so I had to put up with stuff everywhere for a couple extra days. I have a very steep pitch roof so I'm sure that was the issue. In the end, the crew left my porch and driveway cleaner than they were to begin with. I would probably use them again.

I really wanted to like and be satisfied with this job just because the people are very personable and nice. But unfortunately there was a poor execution of the job as I gave their estimator the adjustment from State Farm and he had them for a few days to go over. Gutters were mentioned in the adjustment several times and after the job was completed I was told that they were not put in the job. Also the roofers pulled up several solar lights and never put them back, a big pot for a plant had to be put back in place, and I also had to sweep about a pound of grit off my deck that came from the new and old shingles. I also picked up three small sharp pieces of metal was on the deck, which luckily we don't have kids that can walk yet. Overall I wish it had been a better experience.

Wow, I feel like a bit of a scrooge. We had a neighbor that was happy with Affordable, so we decided to go with them. Jim came out and was very friendly and agreed to the things we asked about. We didn't hear from anybody except for a message left on our answering machine saying they would be here on Friday, November 9, and replace the roof on the following Monday. They came and did a pretty good job, except for a few handyman type things that we asked for.
I sent my first check to an old address (the one that is listed on this website), and tried to call Jim for clarification of their invoice, but he is just too busy. Their job is holding, but I would recommend waiting until things calm down (next year, maybe) if you have anything but a straight forward job.

This company came to our home and started ripping our roof apart. We did not hire them and they we’re actually scheduled to be working on a house down the street. They’re exceptionally unprofessional when I came out to speak with them. I called the company and they told me it’s not their fault they went to the wrong home. So if you’re looking to get your roof repaired I DO NOT suggest affordable roofing.

Affordable roofing was a pleasure to work with after our insurance claim was filed for our roof damage. They kept me informed as the process continued and even sent someone out from the office to let me know about additional damage involving the flashing and that it would take a little longer than expected to finish the job. The crew worked until almost 8:30 pm the first day and came back early to finish within three hours the next. Wonderful! The foreman asked my opinion on an issue with our cupola and did exactly as I requested with it. On the day after the crew was done another employee came out and did a final sweep for nails and debris. The new roof looks wonderful and we are quite pleased. This was my first time with a roof repair and I am very happy that it went so smoothly. High marks!

We had a lot of damage to our roof due to golf ball size hail. Affordable roofing was recommended by our insurance company and we could not be more pleased. Cory came when he said he would, did the estimate and came back again after job was ok'd by insurance. He explained the whole process and a few days later a wonderful crew came to replace our roof. Beverly, the project manager came by several times to check up on things and the whole job was completed in 2 days. Everything was cleaned away, and Cody came by with a large magnet to pick up any nails that may have been dropped.

When we had some pretty strong winds, my old roof shingles were all over the ground. My insurance agent recommended Affordable. Jim and the team at Affordable Roofing did an awesome job on my new roof. The process was painless! The new roof was put on in a day and the end result is beautiful. And the best part? Their communication, patience and willingness to explain the process, in a language I could understand, was phenomenal. The on-site crew were friendly and paid attention to all the small details that many companies would miss. The lead installer, Jesús, was friendly, very competent and went above and beyond to ensure all elements of the job were completed correctly. We hired Affordable Roofing after meeting with a few different companies. I felt comfortable with Jim and appreciated the time and attention he gave me when he came out to bid the job. His price was in line with his competitors. I appreciated his flexibility to do a few other repairs while he was there as well. His crew came out and addressed our job quickly, efficiently, great communication. I was still holding my breath until my invoice came. We have been doing a lot of work at our house and this was the first time the amount billed was EXACTLY what the bid was for. I was relieved!

They ended up having to redo the decking which wasn't part of the original scope of work and it only added a half day to the original timeline. Impressive.
