Recently experienced some bad weather that tore some shingles off my roof and left spots leaking. Affordable Roofing Contractors were quick to come out to inspect and give me a free quote. They also helped me deal with the insurance company throughout the entire process. In addition to that, I was also kept informed along the way of when the materials had been ordered, and was notified that they would be getting delivered in advance so that gave me time to prepare for logistics around my property. The crew showed up on time and knocked out installing a new metal roof in a day. The cleanup was excellent, everyone was polite and courteous. The roof has been through some heavy rains and storms now and has held up great with zero leaks. I'm confident that I will use them in the future again if needed.

Our roof has leaked ever since Affordable Roofing did our metal roofing. Great crew to work with but the owner, Sam Shafer, doesn't back up the work and won't return calls to fix their poor workmanship. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND WOULD NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Proof once again that the lowest bidder is not the best answer. I wish I had spent more and gone with a REPUTABLE company that does reputable work and backs it up. This company is not to be trusted.

Highly recommend. Great price and quick installation. They completely tore off my old roof and replaced the sections of decking that were damaged then installed my new metal roof. Everyone else wanted 6k or more to do the job and they came in at just over 5k. I'm very happy with the work and they had great communication through the whole process.

Did a great job on our carport roof. Very happy with the work and the workers. Arrived at 8am and finished at 6:30. All done in one day. And cleaned up when they were done!

Had affordable do a roof and soffit ,gutters had them called out several times to fix gutter that was falling off due to poor workmanship. Do not use this company they will not make it right with you when called back. I called them back to fix the issue they would not respond . I now have a problem with shingles coming off due setting pressures on air nailers to high and running the roofing nails through the shingles allowing them to come off with slightest amount of wind.This company should not even be in business.
