Love this ACE. It always has the nick nack parts that we need. The ACE representatives are very willing to help out.

Super expensive. But it's probably because they're going out of business or something.

I'm always happy to help those who are struggling.

Went in to get some supplies to finish and remodel a bedroom and found everything I needed and the employees that assisted me answered my questions with great detail so I could make my decisions according to my needs .

Manager is no help I ordered a part online and it said it would be available on Nov 2nd NEVER showed up and I ordered it over a week ago. The manager has no compassion for anyone or anything but quick to take your money but doesn't want to help anyone with what the ordered or need. I went in before I ordered asked for help and all of the employees looked at me like I was stupid didn't even move from their spots to help me at all. Worst place ever I'll drive over an hour to get what I need and to be treated better. " Ace is not the best place for hardware folk"

If you have loved ones of a minority race, do not bring them in this store. The 100% customer satisfaction is NOT guaranteed. If they can't scan their own product...They will continue to check out customers and not even look at you till you ask for a manager. Then the manager will come up and laugh at you while asking what the situation is. Then they involve other store members to escalate a situation instead of just apologizing and de-esculating/ resolving the issue. The manager proceeded to tell us my husband made the original girl cry.(just for asking for a manager) That was the furthest thing from resolving the issue, or understanding the customers perspective at all. Then was told by a worker named dee that she didn't know what and didn't care what my husbands & childs race is, After i explained he was being treated differently.
My 8 yr old daughter is confused why we were treated that way and why they were so mean, and why they gave her mean looks. To top it off she didn't want to leave the store cuz usually they give her a candy and acknowledge her when she is there, so she was dragging her feet wanting a sucker, while workers continued to escalate the situation even while trying to leave the store. My husband and child have dual citizenship to Aotearoa & In the 13 years we have been together i have never been so disrespected by a store. We expected the store manager to resolve the issue the next day. He did not, he said my husband isn't allowed in the store anymore but was concerned when he found I had recorded the situation. But since they are privately owned, it's up to the store owner if they accept racial discrimination in their store, that's what corporate told me. So home depot, you now have a life customer, and we will spread the word to the polynesian community that they are not welcome at this tremonton ACE store. The ace hardware in logan owned by lee's treats my husband like family i recommend taking the trip to that ACE, but since they are still ace we will be going to home depot now. Also when i got home there was additional product in my bag I didn't ask for,they said i was welcome to return it by myself no child or husband. Why would i want to go back into a store that treats people that way. Just because my husband is 6'7" has cultural tattoos & brown, does not mean he gets to be treated as a monster. There was no threats, no yelling, just a basic complaint that could have been easily resolved with compassion and basic customer service skills but instead was escalated by staff and their disgusting behavior was justified not corrected, so they will continue to handle basic situations this way.

i like this store a lot you can find some pretty neat stuff. i got a whole honey comb once and it was soooo good! i also love the little plants they have

Went for gardening gloves for myself and work gloves for my 8-year-old son and it was probably 20 minutes til close, and the selection was so large that we spent 25 minutes looking and trying some on, and then I remembered I needed heavy-duty leaf/yard waste bags... I had to ask where to find them so we didn't keep them even longer... and although they were past closing time the representative was kind and patient and showed me right where to find bags, and then it took me another few minutes to pick the right ones, and THEN we headed up to check out and the cashier was also friendly and not irritated that it was a good 10 or more minutes past close. That stood out to me because that's not usually the case, people can be quite rude and impatient when it comes to getting customers out and getting the doors locked the very second the clock strikes the hour.

Got a lot of great stuff....Didn't have what I was looking for but Ace is always a good place to find general hardware ECT!!!

Great employees, very knowledgeable, and kind. They have a great selection of almost everything. 9 times out of 10, they keep me from driving 20 miles to a bigger store.

Came back to remove my good rating... was going here for years till my family and I were racially profiled/verbally degraded and nothing was done about it. But as I see in the reviews, I am not the only one that has experienced staff like DeeDee and the other lady. Not only the reviews, the few people I have already talked to said they have stopped going there as well due to the employees.

These people at this place have become ignorant and . You will receive misery in your life, if you don't change your ways. I am not referring to everyone. We are required to show love, kindness, forgiveness, willingness to help and anything else to this nature. We as a country have enough problems that any one of us don't need more on our lap. We need to change this world for the better not the worse. I despise entering this establishment. Your attitude needs to change before I can reenter your establishment. You are really loosing customers. If this happens, you will lose money. Think about what you are doing!!!!

I came into the store somehow I forgot my wallet didn’t want to drive all the way back to Logan offered to send the manager a Venmo for a three dollar sprinkler part and he just gave it to me for free I insisted that I give him some spare sprinkler parts or a Venmo and he declined I really appreciate the great service
