Professional and didn't charge us for when he fixed a part and it wasn't the right fix. He cheerfully made a few trips to home depot and got everything sorted out. Would use again.

Richard was very professional and was also able to give me a quote for the job while still respecting the boundaries of social distancing. He made quick work of the repair - an air return vent that had separated from the wall and broken off the dry wall underneath. Upon discovery my 1 year old immediately turned it into his favorite new place to hide everything. I’m so grateful that Richard was able to quickly come repair the wall behind the vent.

Our dishwasher is only about 7 years old so when things weren’t working right I contacted @relyonhandyman. Richard was very helpful! They came out quickly, did a free estimate & was able to schedule a time to fix our problem. I feel he was honest, helpful, considerate of my time & reasonably priced! So glad our dishwasher is working better!

Katy was super great for scheduling and communicating about the job. The service rep was very quick and professional. I was very impressed with him. He cleaned our dryer vent in about 30 mins. I'll be using them in the future for sure.

Such a good experience! Richard came out to give me a quote within a few hours of my inquiry on their website and was able to schedule our repair very quickly. I had a split pipe that ended up being much more complicated than it seemed, but he was able to get it done quickly and the new pipe and faucet work perfectly! Very reasonably priced too. I would recommend this company to anyone.

These guys were FANTASTIC!!! They were early (but called ahead to make sure it was ok!) and helped with way more than I had anticipated! I had all my chaos going on around them with my 4 kids and they were so kind and patient! They knew what they were doing and didn’t waste anytime to “stay on the clock”. Very honest and trustworthy! I’ll definitely be calling them again!

We had some (ok, a lot) of drywall damage, from the previous owners of our home. It's been a frustrating situation for us, but Richard came in and got started right away. He was early to our appointment (yay!), talked us through the process the whole time, was friendly, professional and did a great job patching up our walls. He gave us tips on how to now paint over the patches and gave recommendations on which rollers will best suit our walls. Richard also made sure we didn't need anything else while he was with us and extended his responsibility by fixing a small issue he noticed on his own. I was really impressed with our whole experience and will definitely be keeping his information for future issues we may need him for.

I would definitely recommend RelyOn! Richard came to help with replacing a bathroom faucet and fixing some drywall around our windows. He came dressed very professionally and was very efficient and friendly. He even taught me how to repair the drywall around the window in the future in case it happens again! Excellent service and very honest!

Richard was very friendly and professional. We called him out to pull out a non-functional light post and paint our front door and trim. He got it all done in an hour and it looks great! I would be happy to use him for future needs.
