Greer's Do it Best Hardware

Had a great experience last night at Greer's. Immediately entering the store I was asked if they could help me and took me to the right place. Even then I bought the wrong size and realized it in my truck, the cashier was more than happy to help me exchange the items. I'll definitely be back in the future.

The staff was attentive and helpful and the store was spotless. It has huge selections to choose from. And prices that make it affordable to shop.

I have had so much personal service at Greers. They have made projects i didnt know how to do..easy. Robyn has helped me with everything from paint to gutters and left me smiling everytime. And Tom... man.. he knows everything. If he doesn't have it.. he will get you to the nearest place that does. Yesterday, the staff sent me home with everything i wanted along with friendly talk that let me know they have my back in any project!!!

Greer's hardware store in Tremonton, Utah is always a great place to shop for your hardware needs. They have great customer service and are willing to give advice on all your home projects.

I was waiting to meet a friend so I went in to look around. There were a few customers. The store was neat and orderly. As I observed the pricing I felt like it was just fine. Thank you Greer's for letting me look around and acknowledging me. Highly recommend!

The best customer service in any store I've been to. Very nice, clean open store. I almost forget what I come here for when I walk in, it is just that nice.

I had to "custom" build some cable.
Greer's helped me find what I needed and found the parts I needed and than let me use their tools to finish it up!

One of my favorite hardware stores. I've been a handyman for 30 years, and this is one of the best small town hardware stores that I've seen.

TLDR: They are my go-to hardware store in Tremonton and I recommend them. They can cover most home projects with their product selection, free popcorn, and their customer service is top-notch. Their pricing does not compete with big chain stores like Home Depot, but it's very comparable to similar local convenience-hardware-stores price-wise

LOCATION/PRICES:
Convenient more-so for West-coming hardware-seeking patrons. Over all, they have comparable prices to the other hardware stores in town, if you have a full list of things to pick up. Ihaven't thoroughly compared, though.

PRODUCTS:
Good selection of products, including basic tools, yard equipment and products, hardware (they have a fairly extensive fastener selection), plumbing supplies, some wood products, electrical, vehicle/towing, hand tools, misc. snacks and drinks, and more that I'm probably missing. They cover the basics of home needs as far as I've tested with my eclectic home projects.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:
EXCELLENT customer service - employees aim to help every chance they can. I usually get asked if I need help about 3 times by different allreds every visit.

MISC:
Free popcorn available every time I've visited. My kids love that, and I like it because it's a free alternative to candy (or the upset children who don't get said candy). Much appreciated! But maybe a tad too much salt on it sometimes.
