Paul Andrade helped me get a new vehicle. Very quick. Helped me with my financial situation. Not to mention how much he has been running back and forth from building to building to make sure I got the best deal!!!

I would love to extend my appreciation to Amigo Toyota Automotive for their business. I had such an amazing experience. I saw a vehicle I was really interested in. And the Sales Representative David Martinez got right to work on it for me. We went back and forth with numbers, it was a lot of work. But I could see that David was working extra hard to earn my business. We finally settled on a deal. And I was very pleased with the result so, I went home. Then, a few minutes later I get a call from David. He tells me to come back to the dealership. “I’ve got even better news”, he says. I get back to the dealership. David was already working so hard. He had some amazing news. There was one bank we were waiting on for an answer from. We didn’t get an answer back until after I had left the dealership. It was an even better rate than I had already received. Myself and my family also David were so excited. Amigo Toyota just showed me how much they appreciate their customers and they love the job that they perform. I can not thank the amazing staff at Amigo Toyota enough. I would also love to extend another huge thank you to Tamara in finance. She was great! My daughter was so excited to be in her office. Thank you Amigo Toyota Automotive!

Best customer service!! We were traveling across the country and we had car trouble that couldt be fixed easily. When I suggested we would buy a new car if we could actually find one, Yolanda at AJ Tires suggested we call David (Martinez) at Amigo Toyota. Wow! David was able to find us a suitable car that would hold all our luggage and we made the purchase. Getting registration and tags for our home state seemed like a daunting task but the great people at Amigo took great care of everything. Thank you, David, Fernando, Chris, John and everyone at Amigo. We love our 2025 Toyota Crown Signia! Thank you for your superior customer care and for being so kind.

Wonderful service. The employees are very considerate and friendly. Service was a little longer than expected. However, I highly recommend Amigo Toyota for service. Make an appointment in advanced, if possible.

I did stop by twice to get my new car serviced 6 months before the warranty ran out and it was not honored.
I explained the situation again a 3rd time and again the answer was "no".
When I did get the late service, associate Elijah was indeed very good
and treated me with respect and explained what he did and why on my car! Elijah deserves recognition!

PS. Two years ago, associate David that sold my car to me, had a behavior that was clearly not interested in the sale. I had to keep calling him ( no answer or return call) I had to go out of my way to find him to get the sale done. I surely will not deal with him again.

I was driving through Gallop NM when my service light came on. Amigo took care of me quickly and had me back on the road in an hour. Friendly and efficient service.

Serving vehicle is too expensive. Now days business are price gouging to stay in business. Not thinking of people but to squeeze money from customers. Recently I went there to get estimates and was quoted $386 for parts and labor around $200. I went online the parts were only $58 and ordered and got vehicle fix for less than $100. I was also told they have to do diagnostic test which was $89 for all vehicle coming in for service.

I made a small request for a RAV4 Prime and shortly after one was delivered my request was fulfilled. The whole process was easy and fast. Thanks everyone for the helping. I would highly recommend this dealer.

Ty (sales rep) was very friendly, professional and very helpful. Everyone at Amigo made us feel welcomed and made sure we were well taken care of.

I made an appointment for an oil change. When I checked in, they made it sound like the safety check was, on top of the oil change. I said, sure. I checked in at 9:53 for 10:00 appointment. I was waiting behind the 9:30 person, who was waiting too. Then after they finished, what I thought was everything. They went to check me out. And did not mention the oil change. I said, what about the oil change. That’s why I can there. Then they put it back in line. I total, I was at “Amigo Quick Lube” for 3 hours.

The team got me in right away! I came for just the safety check. Was in and out in 15 mins.

Excellent customer service. I had been working with (text) and on a whim showed up at the dealership only to find out the salesman was out that day. He called and had one of the other salesmen take the sale and we were in and out in 2 1/2 hrs with a new vehicle. Have only good things to say about them and the service for the first 5000 mile check.

Excellent feed back on car with tips on how to care for car. Nice, professional staff. Awesome sales person, Mr Colon. The whole staff were nice, helpful and friendly.
