Unfortunately it doesn't work. We unhook it, drain and take back only to be told they don't do returns on them.
The employees were super nice and helpful until we needed to return.
Not only did Ziggy's refuse to return or exchange but the company the water heater is actually from was no help either.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, we didn't buy what we were looking at there because we found elsewhere a little bit different item that was a little closer to what we wanted, but staff was very helpful and knowledgeable at Ziggy's more so than there competitor.

Ziggy’s in Lewiston is the place to go for any building project. We’ve done many projects with them, large and small. All of the staff are great people and are very helpful. If you need it delivered, Tony is awesome. He’s so kind and accommodating. He delivered building materials on a fairly steep hillside for us, and his bravery saved us a lot of work.

Purchased an 8’x8’ shed from Ziggy’s and had it delivered. The gentleman who delivered it was AMAZING! He was so respectful, thoughtful, and helpful! If you ever need anything delivered from Ziggy’s ask for Tony! You will not be disappointed!

We bought a water heater for our new home. Unfortunately it doesn't work. We unhook it, drain and take back only to be told they don't do returns on them. Which we were NOT told at the time of purchase. The employees were super nice and helpful until we needed to return. Heck we didn't even want to return just exchange. We have a big family (8 kids) and not having hot water is not an option. We troubleshooted with a plumber and a electrician before trying to take back. Not only did ziggys refuse to return or exchange but the company the water heater is actually from was no help either. They wanted us to call the electrician back out to give us codes to give to them. We try to buy from local and smaller businesses instead of chain stores but sadly this wasn't the best choice for us this time.

I had a special order door that was the wrong width. Even though they normally do not return special orders. They accepted my return and reordered the correct width. I appreciate their customer service.

These guys are great to deal with they were able to order the tin siding I needed for my shop in the size and color to match what I already had when other local supplier couldn't said it wasn't even available to them. These guys helped me get my project done.
