We tell her what we are looking for and she produces it. Low miles, one owner, all service done, she sends us a carfax and helps to find us the lowest interest rate as well. Just had service done on my 2022 Tacoma at Rogers Toyota in Lewiston. My service advisor was Justin Williams who really helped me out. Service was excellent but I had a right rear tire that was slowly leaking due to corrosion in the wheel (which Les Schwab fixed prior to service). Justin had my other wheels broken down and inspected, wire brushed and bead sealed. Thanks Justin!

I have spent the last 30 years buying used vehicles to avoid dealing with dealership sales personnel more concerned with selling a vehicle and having little concern for the buyer.

I bought a grand Highlander this weekend from Kyle Hoffman and I can't speak highly of him enough. He was kind, knowledgeable and even came in on his day off to sign papers. We only spent about an hour total and we were out fast which was helpful with 2 young kids. Rogers has our business forever! Their finance manager Jeff went above and beyond for us as well. We left feeling like it was a great experience. 10/10 recommend.

My experience with Rogers Toyota was amazing! Our sales associate Bill “Sour”was great. We were treated like family. My son and daughter-in-law drove me 4 1/2 hours to get a beautiful ruby red Toyota. No haggling. I was offered blue book value for my trade in and a fair price for my new Toyota. We were offered refreshments, and the whole experience was one I would recommend to anyone wanting a new Toyota.

It was a 2 hour drive each way to check out the car we ended up purchasing. Made a deal and a return trip later the same week to finalize the purchase and drive the new rig home. Rogers Motors was very easy to do business with. The associate we worked with, Isaac was very knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Same with Samantha, our finance rep.

All in all a great experience and well worth the drive(s)!

I absolutely appreciate Terrell and Blake. They are the absolute best. Always very professional, always kind, and have great personalities. I don't like dealing with anyone else there. Not because they are bad, but just my preference. They are very experienced in what they do.

The mechanic shop, by my experience, is through, I was hearing a bubbling sound from the driver side back tire area. I took it in, and they did everything they could to figure out the issue. They did figure it out, even though it took a little while, but they took the time and effort, and we're great about it.

The only downfall that I have noticed is the car wash there. Whenever I have my car go through, I ALWAYS have dirt still on my car. I have drip marks, smeared dirt, and rims are still dirty. I don't go on dirt roads to have my car extremely dirty, just in town driving, so I would think to clean my car it wouldn't and shouldn't turn out this way. Unfortunately, it does.

Matt Davey is the man! I bought a 2022 Tacoma about a month ago and Matt was super helpful all throughout my purchase! Unfortunately our Tacoma had an oil leak when we bought it but Roger’s was right on it and helped me out super fast! They are all great people and I would absolutely recommend Roger’s to anyone! I live 2 hours away from Roger's Toyota Lewiston but they had a truck that caught my eye. Kyle Hoffman answered all my questions via email and phone which helped me make the decision to drive down and check it out. The truck I was interested in was ready and waiting, Kyle even had the keys in hand for me when I got to the dealership. The paperwork was ready to go soon after the test drive and the finance manager Jeff Courtney went through it efficiency which helped with the "least fun" part of buying a vehicle tremendously. He also took care of the registration/plate transfer saving me a trip to the DMV to wait in their line. Jeff offered me the extras but without pressuring me into something I didn't want. They were very respectful of my time and worked like a well oiled machine. Everyone else I talked to at the dealership was very polite. Kyle even text me to ask how the drive home went, just good customer service done right.
UPDATE: I'll make it short cuz already a long post... Had an issue with the truck, brought it to my local dealership, they fixed it, Kyle Neal (GM i believe) from Roger's Toyota covered it. Freaking amazing! Hands down, best people, 10 out of 5 experience.

I took my 2014 Toyota RAV4 into Rogers Toyota Monday morning, June 9 for a pre-trip check. I was greeted by Terrell, a service representative, who was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. He was very personable and directed me to the waiting area where a new coffee machine greeted me. The wait time for having my vehicle to be checked was quite short. Terrell is a fine young man and a great representative for Roger Toyota of Lewiston.

Just purchased an used vehicle to replace a 20 year old PU and the typical great response and service by Rogers Toyota from Bill Sour Swindoll, salesman. Also the expedited paperwork by Jeff Courtney was much appreciated.
