From the very beginning, they were friendly, personable, honest and knowledgeable. We had a truck to trade-in and they were very fair and honest with us. They don’t work on commission so there is no pressure and/or “bargaining” on prices. No “let me take this to my managers” back and forth BS. Lewiston motor helped me with warranty work on my GMC truck. Chris in the service department is the absolute best. She went WAY above and beyond to make sure all of my concerns were taken care of. She ensured that the technicians addressed my issue immediately. She communicated with me continuously throughout the service and kept me advised of everything they were doing. I’ve purchased a lot of vehicles from dealerships over the years, and this last purchase was probably one of the easiest I’ve experienced. I searched the internet in a 500 mile radius, drove to Spokane and Yakima looking at trucks, and finally ended up back in Lewiston. The reason why is that their listed price simply couldn’t be beat when considering all the options I was looking for. Their pricing is spot-on, andthey gave a great price on my trade! I’m so used to being insulted by dealer offers on trades that I was a little caught off guard when they offered exactly what I was looking to get out of it. I’ve always been willing to drive hundreds of miles for the vehicle I want, but this time it was just a waste of my time! I’m glad I did, though, because it showed me that these guys are really doing their research on pricing and not out there actively trying to rip people off with over-priced vehicles and low-ball trade offers. That’s a refreshing thing in a town where I’ve lost track of how many times I was disgusted by other dealer’s pricing and trade offers. Other dealerships in town are why I started shopping in a wider area, but Lewiston Motor Company earned my business. They will be my first stop next time I’m looking for a vehicle.

Great service, i needed brakes done for a land rover and they had it finished in a few hours. Everyone in service department was friendly and efficient.

The service managers have always been great especially Chris. The work has been good and reliable. They can usually get you in fairly quickly but you may have to wait longer than estimated for completion.

I called Lewiston Motor Company one morning to see if I could bring in my wife’s Ford Explorer for maintenance service work on the same day. I live out of town and was meeting a friend for lunch. The service department said to bring it in at 2:30 pm the same day. In 45 minutes later they were finished with the service work. To schedule service work with Ford it took over two weeks to schedule service work. If you need service work done without waiting for two weeks then check out Lewiston Motor Company. You will get much quicker service.

We loved working with Greg for our new Buick purchase! I am probably one of the pickiest customers when it comes to getting a new car, and looked for a while trying to find the perfect fit for me. Greg had so much patience in showing me truly everything that was on the lot. They stopped carrying new Buick’s on the lot when we had started looking, but he found me one anyway (it only had 1,300 miles on it), so when we did come look at it, it was a very easy transaction! Got the overly techy, high end, sporty suv I was looking for!

Scheduling was flexible.
Took 4 hrs vs the 3 I was told the recall would take.
Repair staff not welcoming. I had multiple employees see me enter, but no one said anything. I walked to the far end teller station to be told to stand at a different one and wait for someone to help me.

It was great working with Gregory (Mr. GMC) he answered all my questions with ease and helped me find what I was looking for. Will definitely be going back for my next vehicle! All the staff is helpful and friendly.

Had a warning light come on in my 2500 Chevy pickup. I read the code and took it in to Lewiston motors for repairs. The contract was dirty so they cleaned it it for now charge. Was quick service and was on my way . Was figuring on a large bill thanks Lewiston motors I’ll be back if something breaks again.

I went into the dealership with an expectation to be sold vehicles with high prices and having to debate on what the best price is. I was definitely wrong though, I was met by Scott who had the best customer service I have ever had and that says a lot as is. Scott had a great sense of humor and was willing to stay late to help me find a truck with in my price range and style. Scott was fast and efficient in every way possible when selling a vehicle and he made the whole process easy and comfortable especially for a first time buyer like myself. I took my truck in, to get serviced and new tires installed. The service department went out of their way to accommodate my busy schedule. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and informed what was going on with my truck.

Had a appt to get some issues fixed and they fixed most of my issues but the main issue I had was not fixed so I have to go back in for another appt.

Counter service girl was very friendly and informative. She called when oil change was done and told me my rear differential fluid was dirty so I had them change it
