K&K is super reliable and great to work with. Once the inspection was complete, Douglas took the time to explain what he saw and any concerns he had. We also got a after action inspection report that was extremely detailed, including pictures, arrows indicating an issue, solutions, and other information.

The old owners were wonderful, the new owners are cheats. The business was sold in 2024 and the new owner is not someone you want to work with. I paid for an inspection, then heard about other people having bad dealings with the new owner, so I canceled. It has been months of trying to contact them to get my money back. They have refused to answer calls and messages, and after finally getting someone they said they would refund, but haven't even though its been months. Don't do business with them.

Doug was exceptionally communicative and attentive to details. I am the seller preparing a home for sale, but if I was the buyer, Doug's level of due diligence would give me confidence in a real estate transaction. Thanks Doug.

Wow! Best money I ever spent. Douglas Wilson was thorough, concise, and understandable in his report. He found problems on top of problems, and educated us with a deeper knowledge through specific pictures and words that explained the deeper things that could go wrong. He will be our inspector of "things that go wrong to old houses" for a very long time!

Such great service! I called them yesterday morning desperate for a business inspection to be completed same day. He was able to make it up at 5pm that night (driving all the way to Pullman.) Then he gave me a phone call after to tell me what he saw so I knew what I would expect in the report. I received the report this morning less than 24hours from my initial phone call request. Impressive! I am very thankful and this relieved a lot of stress. Overall great customer service! Likely will use when we purchase our home.

Fairly thorough inspection, however, a couple of things were not mentioned in the report, that I had hoped to have input on from the inspector, including a toilet tank penetrating the drywall, water damage around a window, and a cracked window pane.

The inspection was helpful to me regarding purchase of a commercial property. It was unfortunate that some places on the property were not able to be assessed. It gives an overall good picture of the status of the building.

Douglas, was able to schedule us the very next day for an inspection within my strict work schedule. He was thorough and willing to answer any clarifying questions during the inspection and allowed us to be present while the inspection conducted. The pictures and description is thorough, so it may not be necessary to be present, but appreciated that he understood this was important for us.

Unfortunately, I was not able to be there so I had to have most everything read to me and then explained to me by my realtor. It would have been better for me to able to make a separate appointment to speak to you on the appraisal. however, I am ecstatic that you did such a thorough job and found so many things to look at that will help me get those things before the house is completely finished detailing and negotiations.. it will help, I really appreciate it and I think you guys do a really good job I just like I said I wasn’t able to be there and I kinda sucked.
