Shane at the north Spokane store did a fantastic job at helping with pricing for our lumber package. He made sure that delivery was on time and their product was great. Some of the best lumber we have seen recently. We appreciate the great service!

I am a GC in the spokane area, as my company has started to grow I have been looking to buy more locally from smaller vendors. Well I will never even stop in ziggys again. I was in this afternoon to price a few things for some current projects and to purchase 360 sheets of drywall. First let's start with the price currently $4 more per sheet then everyone else's bulk pricing and then when I asked about bulk pricing was told they only do that for long term loyal customers... LOYALTY IS EARNED!!! ZIGGYS! If you want me to shop there and use your company to supply my business YOU need to earn my loyalty as a customer show me you can supply the products at a fair price on time. Long term customers do not just happen over night.

Ziggy's is so nice to work with. The service is top notch last time we went there we found a dented egress surround enclosure and they gave us a great price on it

Love the teamwork and professionalism. Kyle was able to get the computer to work and run the forklift. These guys work hard and I am so thankful.

I went inside to see if they could help me match up some vinyl planking that I had gotten from a friend but I need more. The ladies in the department said they couldn't help me and one snorted while laughing at me for some reason. Maybe I toilet paper stuck to my shoe. I don't know but it was very unprofessional. My dad's been doing business with them 50 years ago. I will never go there again. The flooring people were very unprofessional!!

They took all the stress out of my home project. The sales rep found a more efficient way to accomplish my project, got me exactly what I needed, and probably saved me a couple hours.

My father and I had been given the run around for a month by other stores' sales associates, told we HAD to order online while looking for all the "correct" odds and ends for our woodstove.
Andy and Randy at the Ziggy's on Holland walked us through each piece and it was all AMAZINGLY on the shelf. This will be our "go to" for any hardware needs from here on out!!! Excellent knowledgeable staff and the prices are EXCEPTIONAL!!

Walked to counter after working with zoey who was amazing. I talked to Gary, Gary wasn’t very helpful and kept insisting I wait for zoey although I just needed to give measurements to see if they carried it. He was stand off ish and really rude In his own way. Still working with them at the minute. But in a second I’m on my way out.

Ziggy's did an amazing job with building our pole building! I highly recommend them. They communicated very well throughout the whole process! Thank you to all the staff that played part in making this happen!

Fantastic staff. Knowledgeable and customer focused. I was in a bind today without enough shingles and Ziggy's staff helped me out with rain on the way. Highly recommend.

They had the the building material I needed and provided great service and a competitive price. Lowe's was out of the product I needed and getting someone to help you is nearly impossible.

Knowledgeable, patient, helpful, local, and I find them to be less expensive than the box stores on a number of crucial items. Like trim! And drywall. They also load your vehicle for you!

We have always went to Home Depot and Lowes prior and this was our first project with Ziggys. We couldn’t be happier with this entire experience with them and will be forever returning due to their kindness.

I've been buying from Ziggy for my projects lately and find them well stocked in all the materials I need as well as very organized to help me get in and out fast and at competitive prices. The loaders are very helpful and seem knowledgeable of the products , making loading faster. They carry a wide variety of products and buying local feels good. The Lumber quality is good and overall service is appreciated.

We've decided that this will be our first stop, when we are doing home or ranch projects. They are always so helpful!

Very knowledgeable staff! They actually help unlike the big box stores. Order your lumber swing around back and they will load it!

I like to support a local family business whenever possible, but this experience was a weird "no go" for a first time in the store on Holland Ave. Contractor directed us to Ziggy's to look at Timbertech display and get decking samples to decide colors.

Pros:
- quiet atmosphere
- well air conditioned
- nice restroom :-)
Cons:
- Timbertech display was a mess. Display labels missing, samples in incorrect locations, mini piles that needed to be re-shelved. I understand people mess stuff up when shopping, but isn't there someone who's job it is to reorganize/face the shelves daily?
- No assistance offered. There seemed to be an abundance of staff around. And by around, I mean standing in groups talking. (we were not in need of assistance, but isn't it good to ask?)
- Pricing at Customer Service was super slow. We were at the counter for 25 minutes while he looked up on the computer the 4 Timbertech products we took samples of. I felt sorry for the guy if the software was that hard to use.
So...I see lots of good reviews here for Ziggy's - I'm hoping that my experience was just a fluke.

I've tried to support Ziggy's my entire life. Shelves looking bare. Every computer offline. No one communicating situation. Definitely not the craziness of big box stores.... not sure it's worth the extra stop anymore. I always end up going somewhere else to get what I need after leaving here. I'll try again next year..... maybe.

Nothing wrong with Ziggy's. I shop there regularly. Kind of like the old style lumber yards my dad used to go to when I was a kid.

Great pricing, better selection than home Depot any day. And far more organized as well. Flat faced interior doors are fairly common. Depot does not carry them in stock, it must be ordered. Store is alot less busy and much more personal. I'd go here versus depot if the option happens to be available. The material picking up is just so much more efficient than most placing and they'll help you load your materials, with the doors they'll load em for you

Almost always a good experience. Pretty much everyone at the customer service desk knows their stuff. I like that they help load your materials as well. Possibly a little more expensive than the bigger home improvement stores but for me it's worth not having to load my items in a cart then load them again in my truck

Picked up parts for my wood burning stove got excellent help and advice and the parts were fair and reasonable

Food was outstanding, service was impeccable. Atmosphere was pleasant, but groups should be placed away from booth dining, as it was hard to hear personal conversation over a party.

The best customer service I have experienced in spokane in a long time! I think his name was Dan and the young woman at the front desk were amazing:) I would give it 10 stars if I could!

Lumber can be slightly more than other big box stores but also carries different hardware that you won’t find at said box stores. Staff is always kind, mostly knowledgeable.

Ziggy's is like a old fashioned yet larger hardware store like a mini home Depot but the kind of place that you would be able to place a custom order for building supplies

They have always been very helpful and worked through issues with us and if you check regularly they have great deals.

I cannot figure this place out its gone down hill so bad. Unfortunately my homeowner wanted us to use ziggirs. Last week two hour wait in the yard for material today sitting here for half hour to receive 9 board ms whats ziggies think contractors gave nothing better todo? Stock your priduct at night sad customers come in in the morning to empty products. Sad thing i worked and managed a lumber yard in college not to hard to keep product stocked. Customer service is no longer anymore. sad
