I had a metal roof that was installed very poorly and wanted an architectural shingle roof. Got my quote when promised. Gave them the job and they arrived when promised and worked like professionals. When they were done the whole area was cleaned up like they were never here. Give Bruce Green a call, he’s who I worked with. Great company.

Tony was awesome throughout the entire process he handled everything we needed, communicated clearly, and even helped us choose the right type and color of shingles for our home. I needed a gutter repaired and posted it on fb. Kabe came out, fixed the gutter at no initial charge, then he mentioned that the roof was in bad shape. He was not forceful or pushing me to get the roof repaired. He stated he is not a door knocker but that the roof needed to be repaired. He made the process seamless and easy, especially with dealing with the insurance company. They scheduled the repair, finishing it right before the last bad storm. Would recommend them for your roofing needs.

The entire process was m smooth. Every question I had was answered and Right Hand Roofing was so quick to complete the repair. I’d highly recommend this company to others.

When Terry Lowe first came out, he was the second one I talked to with two different companies. He sold me in the first 10 minutes and that’s hard to do with me. You know how you can read people just by talking to them. He’s very transparent and honest with that being said, I want to thank the guys at Right Hand Roofing especially Terry Lowe and his crew. They went far and beyond further than what I thought they would do. My Roof is unique. It’s a Gambrel (barn style). They installed it better than the original roof was installed 23 years ago with that being said I would never hesitate to call this company again and I gladly say that they’re the best roofing company that I’ve seen yet and I respect them and their Superior Work and craftsmanship. FYI… I am 65 years old and personally work in residential and commercial construction so I do know the small details that has to be done right and not overlook looked to make this roof last year’s way beyond its warranty.

Got the job done but ended up charging way more than they said they would. I don’t know if they decided to switch up their prices because they were dealing with us directly instead of with an insurance company, but make sure to use an insurance company when dealing with this company. We ended up paying $700 more than we originally had thought. I would not recommend.

T C Nixon of Right Hand Roofing and Gutters was contacted to give us an estimate to replace roofing damaged by a tornado and hail on our home. He gave us a fair estimate and helped us navigate the intricacies of dealing with our insurance provider and to get approval for whole roof replacement. This company roofed my house last month. Tony Hamiter was the sales rep and was very knowledgeable regarding homeowners insurance, storm and hail damage. The roof installation was smooth and seamless with great and thorough cleanup. The price was also incredibly fair. Would highly recommend them!

From the initial phone call to Tony Hamiter to the final piece of debris being tossed in the dumpster, my roofing experience with Right Hand Roofing could not have been any better. Tony was able to provide everything my insurance company needed to get the job done and when they found additional issues (decking not up to new code), he got that added with no issues. The actual roofing crew was like Santa's elves -- they did the work in a day and when they were done, the only sign they had been there was a beautiful new roof! I contacted Right-hand Roofing to assess my roof for any damages. Within less than two hours I received a call from Tony Hamiter and he stated that he cound come out to my house within the next hour. I had agreat experience with Right-Hand Roofing. They referred by my son-in-law.
The day my roof was put on they were at my house bright and early. They went right to work. In no time my old roof was off and they started to work on my new roof. I had some damage, so they had to replace several sheets of plywood. No problem for them. My roof looks super. They even replacd the roof to my catio attached to a bedroom window. I was so happy. When I get ready to inclose my back porch I know exactly who I will call.

I highly recommend Right Hand Roofing if you’re in need of replacing your roof. They removed our old roof, replaced any decking that needing replaced, put new roofing paper down, replaced old vents with ridge vents and re-roofed the house all in the same day. They cleaned up, helped protect our plants and shrubs close to the house. They stand behind their work. Ask for Brandon, he’s great to work with. Also, not only do you get the warranty from the mfg of the shingles, Right Hand Roofing warrants their work for 12 year. After taking pictures and sending them along with our contract to our insurance company, we’re receiving 200 plus reimbursement from our insurance company and will have a 20 year replacement coverage on the new roofing for wind and hail damage.

If you are looking for a company who does good work and stand behind there warranty look no further. MR. Logan Burns has gone over and beyond to fix our complex roof. After the initial repair the roof began showing signs of leaking again. We called Mr. Logan and he had his team jump into action and rectify the problem .I would not trust my roof to any one else as long as they`re in business.

Right Hand Roofing deserves more than five stars!! They are simply the best, Tony in particular. Tony came to my house and access the situation with my roof. He went beyond his duty to remove the old tarp from my roof and replaced it with another one until the new roof could be installed. Everytime this young man told me he would be at my home, he was there!! He ALWAYS did what he said he would do!! Once the new roof was installed, he followed up the next week concerning the interior. Right Hand Roofing has been such a blessing. I lost insurance a couple months ago because of my roof. Kyle came and tried to help me. But the insurance wanted a new roof. I was blessed with a new roof from Right Hand Roofing thru their giveaway. This crew was amazing. They finished in 1 day. They were very protective of my property (hedge, ac unit etc). They informed me each step of the way what was going on. Logan, Kyle and the entire roof crew treated us like family. No mess was left in or around the yard. The storm woke me a couple nights ago. I first thought oh no we are gonna leak. But the inside of my house stayed dry. Thank you guys for all that you do. I can sleep easy knowing we aren't gonna flood the inside.

Amazing to work with. TC was very accommodating when scheduling our initial inspection. Logan was very prompt in getting the work order sent out and the crew over here to do the work. The initial inspection was done in the 20th of December and the repair was completed on the 27th (this was the week of Christmas as well!)

They promised the roof would be replaced within one day on a shopping center and all the debris would be removed. Obviously, I was skeptical. Tony was available right away and came out to measure and give an estimate within a day! In only 3 days later, a crew showed up to complete the work- also within a day! It was the best job I could've ever dreamed of. Such a seamless and chic shingle look with close attention to details such as waterproof chimney, vent, and electrical metal guards installed as well as waterproof metal guards along the roof edges. Our previous contractor's work doesn't even compare. I will use no other roofing company from now on. Work is guaranteed for many years to come. Such a welcome relief.

My husband and I recently had our roof replaced as well as new gutters. To say we are happy with the results would be an understatement. We had all intensions of getting quotes from several places that were recommended to us. Right Hand Roofing was the most recommended. After they came out and gave us a quote we didn't even bother getting another quote. What initially sold us was the customer service. Our foreman was Brandon Cruz. He was amazing and I cannot speak more highly of this young man. He worked around the clock until our roof was complete. I would not only recommend Right Hand for roof or gutter needs, but I would definitely recommend asking for Brandon. Also, let me not forget to add how pleased we were with all the work that was done by Gerald Burns. Gerald became a friend while he was working at our house and we will be calling him for any future needs.

I’m 100%certain they bought their reviews cus there’s NO WAY they’re real. We hired them after a tree fell on our roof. We wanted a full beam replacement and new shingles. The contract BOTH PARTIES signed stated that we’d get just that. However we did not. Had we not inspected the work ourselves we would have been robbed $1,200. They kept saying it was a “misunderstanding” but how are you gonna write up a contract and not do what’s on it? They had ZERO intentions of replacing our beam considering it takes 3-4 weeks to get and they had the roofers come out and “repair” within days. Even the guys repairing the roof told us they were told to repair it NOT replace it, yet the contract STILL stated a full replacement. The company didn’t even bother to fix their mistake. They didn’t reach out to tell us they couldn’t replace it. They didn’t talk to us about it at all. We were the ones that reached out and called them out on their 1200$ mistake. Only then did they tell us they had to go by the “scope of work” the insurance came up with. No one told us anything about any of that up until that point. They wrote up a new contract subtracting the cost of the beam. And after the work was done, we were given a $12,000 invoice??!?! The adjuster told my husband that they make up the prices of everything to get more money from the insurance company!!! Doesn’t seem like a “misunderstanding”. Seems like a SCAM.
Do not ever tell them you’re doing an insurance job. You’ll have zero control of your claim.
This about the only time a company like this actually deserves 1 star instead of 0 cus the roof itself was done quickly but not how we wanted it to be.

I want to share my wonderful experience with Tony Hamiter, I got on the Nextdoor app asking of anyone reputable who knew about roofing, within a couple of hours he reached out to me, scheduled a time to meet me today and was earlier than expected! I served with Mr. Burns at Ft. Benning early and his career, have been following his businesses on Facebook for a few years. Recently needed some assistance replacing/repairing a few shingles that had come off my home, so reached out on Saturday, within minutes he had me on his schedule for Monday afternoon. Showed up on time did the repair and informed me I needed some additional work done due to the company that originally installed it did not do everything they should have, so I will be contacting Right Hand Roofing in the future to get the job done right!

After the latest thunderstorm our roof sustained damage and was leaking at the upstairs bedrooms. I called several companies and did not get a response. After calling Right-Hand I got an immediate response rom Zach Martin. He came out accessed the damage and provided a temporary tarp to stop the water leak. Zach was very professional, thorough and knowledgeable about the insurance process and how to navigate it.
Thanks to Zach we were able to get our claim expedited and within two days we were able to get the claim processed.

Where do I even start! Tyler responded to my inquiry regarding the need of a roof replacement very quickly, and he was informative, detailed, and transparent from start to finish. My hubby and I appreciated that Tyler responded to every question and concern with deep respect of us as the homeowners. Tyler's customer service was first class; he came by our house for the initial inspection and to answer our many questions, came by a second time to bring us samples, and came by a third time to bring us more samples! Tyler also provided addresses of homes that had the shingles we were considering so that we could see exactly how they would look. Tyler was very patient with us as we made this big decision. We requested a quote for some minor storm damage repairs. Logan was recommended by a neighbor. I received a call from Logan the same day. The very next day Logan and Trey arrived and completed the repairs. They were friendly, polite, efficient and offered a military discount. Our roof isn't very old so not ready for replacement yet but we will definitely be calling on Logan with Right Hand Roofing when the time comes for a new roof or for any other repairs in the meantime.
