We live north of the quad city’s in Iowa and we are EXCITED to say that we are going solar for our home! Will Eggers took the time to explain the process and the products, which are made in the USA! Good discussion about the financials. AND he answered all of our questions, which there were several! And no pressure - just great conversation. We were a bit apprehensive since our only information regarding home solar was several years old. Things have changed and the transition should be pretty smooth. Wonderful company to work with! We recently had them replace our roof due to a recent hail storm. Micah was very professional, knowledgeable and answered all our phone calls and texts immediately. His crew showed up in the morning and had the two layers of shingles torn off and new roof put on by 5:30pm. Only one day to complete our house and it looks amazing.

Make sure you read your documents carefully!! What the salesman told us regarding the financing and how it actually worked was totally different. The miscommunication cost us $2200 more in financing. The first 6 months is not interest free as we were told and Wegner was not willing to work with us on this. Very disappointed as a customer!

My parents were looking into solor panels and the gentleman “Micah M.” came to their home and took the time to explain how everything worked, going over with them the prices and comparisons, he took time to answer their questions. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and I appreciated his friendliness and professionalism.

I had a neighbor that had been fighting with his insurance company to get his roof replaced from hail damage. He had been trying for almost 2 years and could not get them to cover it. He had a few roofing companies come give him quotes and to see if they could help him talk to his insurance provider, but those companies were running into the same problem with his insurance. Nick and his team met with my neighbor and within a couple weeks got him the money he needed from his insurance company and replaced the roof. I also had Nick give me a bid on solar panels and after he reviewed the roof surface area, he stopped back by my house to tell me that solar panels didn’t make sense for us. The savings just wasn’t there. I would recommend them to anyone!

I officially own my energy now, Going green with the wegner team is the best decision made, I was nervous at first but they walked me through it all step by step, as they take their work serious, work professionally ,efficiently .They are quick at responding to my million questions no matter how simple or complex they are. NO REGRETS HERE ,

No soliciting and no trespassing signs mean nothing to this company. Even a sheet on the door clearly stating not to knock or ring the doorbell, especially roofing companies. Still rang the doorbell. You lost any chance of business from me and received a negative review because you can't respect people.

Unfortunately, I have to downgrade my review for 3 main reasons. We have had our solar panels just over a year now.

1. We detected (on our own) that two of our solar panels were not working. I reached out to Micah to let him know. The communication of when they would be fixed was lacking. He could not give me a date of when "his crew" would be able to fix it. We never heard back. The only reason we know someone came to fix them was because my husband diligently watches security cameras and our solar activity. This was about 1 to 2 weeks later that they were fixed.

2. I needed help with the tax rebate. No one except Micah could help us with this question.

3. The most recent discovery was was our utility bill. This is the time of the year when the credit builds up. Apparently, we have to forfeit credit once a year. This was not explained to us by Wegner or the utility company. So, we have lost $60 of credit. Thankfully, our utility company was able to switch it to January. Apparently we had a choice of January or April, again, no one told us this.

This was the first door knock that I can say that I am glad I answered and engaged. Micah was friendly and open about being new. We set up an appointment with Micah and his colleague the following week to review what they do and how it works. They were patient with all the questions we had lined up for that meeting. Micah was in constant contact with us during the whole process. Keeping us updated on the status of everything. We loved that they are a roofing company first and not just solar panel, so the worry of messing up our roof was negated. We have had our solar panels up and running for a couple months now and Micah has still been in contact to check in on our satisfaction and answer any questions. We HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who is looking for solar panels.

Andrew has been very pleasant to work with. He was prompt and knowledgeable! I will definitely be recommending him to others.

I worked with Rob Hosier when I got my first solor panels. I called him and told him one got damaged during hail storm. He informed me that he didn't work for that company anymore. But he now works for Wegner Rooing and Solar. Since I worked with him before I trusted him.

Ben and his crew were fast, careful, and professional. Site preservation and cleanup were astonishingly thorough. I am a retired contractor, so my expectations were quite high. My expectations were met and I happily recommend Ben and crew for your job. My new roof is beautiful.

I called for an estimate for a couple of repairs. When their representative called me to set up an appointment to inspect the roof, he specifically choose to come on a Saturday, even though I was very flexible throughout the week. When Saturday came, an hour passed without any word from him. When I called to see if he was coming, he said he was STILL GOLFING and he would have to reschedule for Monday. I am not sure why he didn't just do that in the first place and I am not sure why golfing is more important to him than his job.

Monday rolls around and after a half hour of no contact again, I called the main office to cancel my request.

The main office was very gracious and apologetic about it, but when that is the face of your company, what can you expect to find when the crew shows up to do the work...if they ever show up.

Kikie was great. He was very informative, showed up when he said he would and put together the package that fit our home. He also listened to our questions and concerns and got the job done right. 10/10 we would do it again.. we are so excited about our solar panels!!!!!!!!

After I called, Bruce and Ben showed up two days later and spent about two hours explaining the process, the products, the warranties, and the costs (this was way past business hours). I called them the next week, they installed a week later. Very professional, either Bruce or Ben were at the site to make sure I had no questions.
The roof is steep and has several gables. Took a day and a half, cleaned up afterwards, Ben did a walkaround with me and answered all my questions.
Very professional, good quality - there are a lot of yardsigns still up around the neighborhood from other companies who still have not gotten to their jobs.

Ben was very helpful in answering any questions that we might’ve had, also gave us informed that we were not informed about. Very professional and kind. Work was great and was done in a timely manner. We look forward to working with him again, and
