Miles and Mack are very courteous young men who really know their business. The flooring was covered with drop cloths from the doors to the windows. They worked as a team. While one did a task the other was doing another task. I was very impressed with miter joints for the new trim and the aluminum trim on the outside of the house . They displayed teamwork, skill and efficiency throughout the installation process. Well done!

Update: I am upgrading this review to five stars based upon the callback I received after my interaction with a CSR. Kudos to the marketing and customer service manager!

The person I spoke with was extremely unprofessional and kept pushing for a consultant to come to our house to give us a sales pitch when all I wanted was a ballpark cost so I could add it to my budget. We have all Andersen doors and windows, so I was disappointed to say the least in how they handled my call.

The windows look wonderful. The install team arrived right on time and did not stop until the work was done. They did a GREAT job. Our salesman was easy and professional to work with.

Cameron and his assistant were both courteous, efficient and very respectful of my property. They are the reason for the 5 stars. I am not happy that after waiting since May for the patio doors no screen was sent today and I am told it will be another 2 week wait for that. Had I been given the option, I would have chosen to wait and have the whole job completed in one call. Very pricey product but a huge improvement in the door it replaced.

Renewal by Andersen Des Moines replaced my patio door today. Old door stuck and was hard to open. New door open with 1 finger. Jont and his crew were fantastic to work with. Installed new trim with real wood old “wood “ was fake. Cleaned up everything. I’m totally overwhelmed with the speed and quality of the installation. Would highly recommend !

Our experience with Renewal by Andersen Des Moines was excellent. Clay was very knowledgeable when he helped us decide which window to get. And the installers Javier, Javier Sr and Rigo did a fantastic job.

Myles & Mac did a fantastic job with our window install! Everyone at RbA was super helpful while picking out styles, colors, direction the windows should open & close and answering every question along the way. Installation was very efficient, about half a day, we had 9 windows replaced! Myles and Mac were courteous of the house, making sure to lay down sheets to keep surfaces as debris free as they could, while also cleaning up any mess afterwards. Highly recommend this crew for all your window replacement needs!

Kody and Kevin installed our new patio door today and did an excellent job. Arrived on scheduled time and both were very professional. The team is very good at their job. No hesitation in making sure the project stayed on track. They are good at thinking problems out. We have an unusual ceiling. They were able to get the windows installed in less time then I thought they could.

The windows are awesome. The installation team was efficient, clean, friendly and when they left, there was nothing for me to do except decide on what blinds I want.

Kody and Kevin did a methodical , highly professional job, in an amazingly short time. The doors work so well! And Kody explained the Yale lock patiently, so even I can use it. They cleaned up beautifully. Everything we expected from Andersen and more!

We had the majority of our windows replaced last year and were extremely happy with Renewal by Andersen and Jont's crew, that when we decided to replace a few more windows this year, we requested them again! Very happy with experience so far - door was installed today and had a minor crack on inner door piece (delivered that way) that they stated they’ll be fixing so will update once that is completed.

For those of you who may have read the other reviews and are on the fence like I was - no they are not “cheap”, but they are high quality with warranties. I wanted a door that would last and that’s what they offer!

We are very happy we chose Renewal BY Andersen for our new windows. We live on a very busy street and always have the television very loud due to the loud traffic. We have a new patio slider door and basement window. the install by Cameron and Carlos were a very good team. They worked well together, communicated their needs and were extremely meticulous throughout the whole installation. The door and window look fantastic and amazingly blocks so much noise. Yes these two items were a little more expensive, but well worth the money spent. Built well to last a long time and installation service was second to none. If we need any replacement windows or doors we know who we can rely on for assistance. Our sales rep Mike Greenwood was very competent, polite and knew his inventory very well and what would be best for us. Excellent service. Called end of day of installation to check in with us. Was very good!

I had the strangest experience with Renewal by Anderson-Des Moines. I scheduled an appointment to receive a bid on replacing 5 total windows. The sales person came out as scheduled, was very throrough. I had a price that evening and the sketches of the windows. The following day I had some additional questions before I committed. Emailed the sales person and he stated he was on his way to an appointment and would call me back. Never heard a word back from him or anything from Andersen in general. So, Andersen missed out on a 15k sale. Maybe that's why I didn't hear back. Not a large enough sale for them?? Bizarre.....Anyhow, I ended up going with a local contactor. Just because I am not spending 40k on windows now, doesn't mean I would not have purchased additional windows in the future. I have been buying Andersen windows since 1999. Disappointing when you invested time in taking off work and time to go through the bid process.

Tom and his crew were outstanding! Very professional, personable and efficient. Our beautiful windows were installed in 6 hours. They also cleaned up after themselves and left our home as they found it. We couldn’t be more pleased with our new Anderson windows! Thanks Tom and crew!

We contacted Renewal By Anderson online to schedule a free quote to replace all of our windows in our home. Brett came to our home, and answered every single question we had. Bless his heart, as we kept him here for two hours! He was very kind and extremely knowledgeable. The next appointment was with Clay, as he came to take the exact measurements for our window order. He even answered more questions that we hadn't thought of before! He also was very kind and had so much knowledge of the product we ordered!
The window installation date was set, and we only had to wait two weeks. We felt this was very short time to wait to get our custom made windows!
The gentlemen who installed our windows were Cameron and Carlos. They were both extremely professional! It took two days to do the job, and they did all of the inside work on day one and the outside on day two. They let us know step by step on what they were doing, and even answered even more questions that we had! They both did an exceptional job, layed drop cloths over our furniture and floors, and cleaned up with a broom and vacuum after installation was finished.
Before leaving, they talked with us about how to maintain our new windows, walked us around the house for a final inspection, and gave us our paperwork and a booklet on the care and maintenance.
Each step from our original contact with Renewal By Anderson to saying goodbye to Cameron and Carlos was a 5 star experience.

We had been putting off replacing our windows because we were not sure of how to decide which company to use. We had seen ads for Renewal by Andersen and decided to schedule an appointment. So glad we did! We were able to schedule on a Sunday to accommodate our work life and to have both of us available. Brian came and took all the time we needed to explain everything about the window replacement process. Went through all of our options and gave us as many quotes that we asked for as to be completely transparent about what we were going to get and spend. He was very helpful, friendly and honest. Everything that he explained to us was exactly how the process went. There was never any doubt about what was happening.

When our order was complete and the installation process started we were greeted by 3 of the best workers/installers/people you could ask for to come to your home and do the job. We weren’t sure what to expect from 3 guys replacing all of our windows in just a couple days but we were blown away! Jont, Manny and Christian were awesome! They worked together as a team and the process went so smoothly. We were amazed by how quickly they got to work and how fast the install was. They were efficient and were very accommodating to any request.

4/3/25 Installation begin & completed. Four windows installed by a crew of two knowledgeable young men. A bit of difficulty, I expressed concern asking them to use extra care while doing the job. Additional time needed, I feel all is good with the Anderson replacement windows.

April 1st our new Anderson Renewal windows were installed. No joke! My very mechanical husband was ecstatic with the installation by Gabe and his crew. For me who arrived at the end of the process I was more than pleased with the time given to me to answer all my questions and explain the couple of things the crew want the service person to check. Although small inconsistencies Gabe assured us they will be improved when the service tech checks them out. I so appreciate the time and effort put in. My husband always says it is worth spending the extra money when you are happy with the service and I agree. Thank you!.

I could be more disappointed in this purchase, but new windows are great. I feel any company could have provided that. I paid an insane amount for what I thought would be a great experience and it has not been. I have had to have the replacements serviced twice in 6 months afyer install due to improper installation. They need to replace a sliding door because pieces are falling off. I've been waiting 2 months to get my replacement door and now they tell me it will be another 2 months. Use another service because this is certainly not worth the premium price.
