My house looks so good now!! The old roof was yuck and this new one looks spectacular. Advanced was easy to work with. They were actually brought to the house and recommended by my realtor. So she got the ball rolling with them for us and we didn’t have to do anything lol. I was a pain with selecting a color (I couldn’t decide) and Advanced had no problems with my inability to choose. The day of replacement went faster than I thought it would and was all done in about six hours or so. We had a light fixture fall and break during the process and advanced worked with us on replacement. They have a great warranty and are worth the price for sure!!

I just was able to get my entire house sided because of some damage incurred from a tree trimming company. I have to give a shout out and tell you that these guys that work for this siding company are fantastic. I have never been treated with more respect!!
Not only is my house sided but my back storm door is fixed, my side gate is fixed and my back wooden gate is fixed too. I have a NEW covered gutter system as well. They did all of it and they treated my yard and my plants with careful consideration and conscientiousness as well. And communicated with me throughout the entire project. They bent over backwards to ensure that I was happy and all of my needs were met to above my satisfaction. I have rarely had such a great experience with anybody who has ever worked for me on my property, ever! They also cleaned up after themselves every day, so there was low risk for my dog stepping on nails. I just can't say enough good things about this company. Advanced Roofing has replaced my roof twice. Both times Anthony was wonderful to work with. Ramiro and the roofing crew were professional and went above and beyond.

When we bought our home there were a few issues with the siding, plus our previous roofing company removed a part of our siding to try and get new siding approved by insurance, then left us high and dry without replacing it. Fortunately Advanced Roofing came through and not only replaced it and fixed the other issues, they found another problem they were able to take care of while they were there. All the crew were friendly and helpful, and it all looks great! Would recommend!

I had some trim on the 3 rake ends of my house that needed to be replaced due to roofing which had been installed incorrectly by the previous owner/roofing company (see attachment). It was an unusual situation due to the incorrect initial installation which required some careful thought (details omitted for brevity). I spoke with several area contractors who offered estimates and low effort solutions (such as simply replacing the cedar trim boards with new boards - which would of course just cause the same problem again in the future).

I spoke with Anthony from Advanced Roofing for about 10 minutes discussing options and it was obvious he was very knowledgeable. He correctly identified the solution and prepared a fair estimate. I also noted Advanced Roofing was the only company to take pictures during the estimate. This clearly showed their level of professionalism and attention to detail.

The work was completed on time and I was very pleased with the results.

Everyone was great to deal with and our house looks fantastic. Due to hail damage, our roof was replaced through our insurance, Anthony coordinated with our insurance to make sure nothing was missed on the claim and made sure that process was smooth. His cforeman, Brandon and Ramiro did great communicating with us. Because the project included some painting, Anthony had that included so we didn't have to deal with multiple contractors and coordinating payment through our insurance.

Advanced Roofing replaced our shingles and siding following hail damage. They came highly recommended from a neighbor who gave a strong recommendation. We were not familiar with the insurance process and the terms of our coverage we had. An Advanced representative came when the insurance adjuster was here and handled the discussion with our insurance adjuster and explained confusing terminology and submitted a cost estimate both for what the insurance should pay and what we would owe. When the job was complete the actual invoice matched the estimate.

The work crew came early and worked late. They were polite and cleaned up each day after the work. They kept us informed and answered our questions along the way. The quality of the roof and siding in material and workmanship are excellent. We are proud of our home.

My roof suffered extensive hail damage on 8-19-22 in West Des Moines), after which, my daughter, who had very exceptional roof replacement and service by Advanced Roofing & Exteriors herself in Ankeny due to storm damage a few years ago, contacted Manager Anthony Pleskys of Advanced on 8-20-22 (Saturday) to request a roof estimate for me when he could fit it in. Anthony came out to inspect my roof that SAME day...followed by meeting with my claims adjuster the next week, and started the roof replacement very soon after receiving the insurance claim approval, despite the 100 or better homeowners in the area that suffered similar roof damage. Anthony had left with me a list of addresses in my area where roof replacement was done by his company in preceding months so that I could compare shingles from the sample shingle catalogue that he left me, with roof replacements done in my area by his company. That made my final shingle selection easier. The replacement was done quickly but with all the necessary attention to detail, quality of work done, and final appearance and conclusion. The on site supervisor, Ramiro, was likewise attentive to detail, quality of work done, and finally to the clean-up of the grounds, not leaving any nail or trash behind as he and co-workers swept the grounds visually and with an elongated magnet bar affixed to the base of a long pole for stray nails.

More briefly if I may here, should I need any roof or exterior services in the future, I will not shop around, as I did not for this unexpected project, and I will call upon Advanced Roofing & Exteriors for the new project with all the confidence and assurance that I will receive MORE than I am paying for. If I could rate Advanced Roofing & Exteriors with 10 stars, not just the 5 made available, I would honestly do so.

I saw many other houses with materials arriving days in advance and taking days to complete jobs after the hail storm that came through. This crew was in and out quickly and brought everything with them. When a couple of small items came up they pro-actively made arrangements to handle them and managed my expectations the entire time. The sale of a house was in the closing phase when a storm rolled through. I needed the roof fixed before the closing date. Advanced Roofing was recommended to me. I called them. They were able to schedule the repairs fairly quickly. Then, unexpecyedly, they had another opening and could get the roof done even quicker.

They worked with the insurance company and provided me with the paperwork I needed for closing on the house. Also, they sent a double crew and got the job done in 1 day beating out a thunderstorm! They left the grounds clean.

We recently had our complete roof and gutters replaced. We are extremely happy with the outcome. From the moment we met Eric we were treated as if we were his only client. I replaced my old wood siding with beautiful new vinyl siding, along with soffit, gutter and chimney repairs and the project was seamless, professional, and a really great customer experience! I worked with Eric on the bid and work scope, Anthony ran the project once it got started, and Angel led the field crew - and they were all responsive, courteous and great with communication. I came to them with a complete overhaul of the exterior of my house (roof, siding, gutters, doors), so I was nervous about what to expect with a project that big. We contacted Advanced Roofing to replace our shingles and replace any sheeting that was worn. Before we could get our roof done, the Derecho came through and damaged our roof and gutters.

When the crew came out, they replaced all the sheeting, shingles, added needed venting and repaired the damage from the storm. They were able to complete it in one day, cleanup included!

Advanced Roofing put a new roof on our 100 year-old family home this spring {2020}. Anthony and his team are fast, organized, clean and understanding of the customers' needs. Our roof had 4 layers of shingles! They even saved an original 100-year-old wood shingle for us. They repaired the old beaded soffit that had rotted as we wanted, most contractors would not give us a price on it and some did not know where to get it! Any problems were taken care of immediately and without question. I did roofing as a young man and am in the construction field myself, so I know about roofing and I can honestly say they are good at what they do and they know what they are doing. The crew cleaned up to the point where you couldn't even tell they were there. New flashing where needed, and even painted the soil popes to match the color of the shingles. If there were 10 stars, I would give them. I highly recommend them and they are going to do my mother's roof after she had hail damage.

Anthony and the work crews were the best! When it stormed again and rained through the roof into my home before my scheduled roof repair, they sent out the awesome project manager who patched it, then they moved up my scheduled roof repair in the hopes of avoiding any further damage. They were awesome!

SIX STARS TO ADVANCED ROOFING & EXTERIORS.
We wanted a new roof, chimney removal, new gutters and custom aluminum trim around windows, doors, fascia and soffit. Also to install a custom sized window and put the aluminum trim around that.
The quote was quickly received and well documented. Anthony stopped by with color samples for the roof, gutters and trim. He helped us make our decisions and pick materials and colors.
When the job was done our air conditioner, windows and hot tub were well protected. The crew was polite, efficient, paid attention to detail, and had the job completed faster than I expected.
The custom window came in during "social distancing" and the crew took great care of my home interior during the install. They had to custom fit the window into the old frame which involved some cutting of 90 year old wood. That wood was tougher to cut than anything I'd ever seen, but they did it with a delicate precise hand. They wore out a saw blade, but were prepared with a spare. I was so impressed.
Cleanup, I'd never seen a job get so well cleaned up. They took care of the place as if it were their own house. I found one roofing nail that they missed. It was in a flower pot. No one can find fault with that.
Our neighbors complimented our choices and everyone thinks it looks all great.

I could not be happier with the work that was done by Anthony's crew. From the get go, I very much appreciated Anthony's promptness in responding to my e mail queries.

I sought out four bids, and Anthony's was the most affordable, but the work that was completed was truly professional and first rate.

A couple of days before the crew started working on the roof, a letter was sent to us explaining the process, etc. That was greatly appreciated. In the letter, the name of a point person was mentioned when the work was being completed. We were free to reach out to him anytime during
the process.

The day after the work was completed, the point person came by to do a sweep and made sure everything was done properly and to our liking. The very next day, Anthony called to ask if I was happy with the work that was completed.

That type of communication goes a very long way in my books. What a wonderful company we hired and we'll no doubt hire them again if we need other stuff done to our house.

Complete new roof installed on May 20-21, 2020 and the work was great. I highly recommend the Advanced Roofing company for high quality work, excellent communication and fair pricing. I phoned three contractors for estimates to replace an egress window. Anthony called me back within 12 hours and was on-site reviewing the work within a few few days. I had an estimate within 72 hours, well before the two other contractors even showed up to look at it. Anthony answered all my questions and provided good counsel on his visit - he was also the lowest bid - so he got the job.

Anthony was in regular communication with me and arrived the day of the project to go over what would be done. His crew got the job done in four hours and it looks great!

I called Anthony to bid on windows for the entire project, but he declined as he said they didn't have a full-time trim carpenter on staff at the time, which I greatly respected. However, before he hung up, he provided some things for me and my wife to consider with other contractors. Wow! So impressed with his professionalism and 'do it right for the customer' mentality. I will definitely be recommending them to others.

The quote was the exact amount. No surprise upcharges or fees. Did a fantastic job cleaning up, I mowed a day after completion and didn't find a single piece of garbage or any nails. Everything was done on time. Kept in contact in the days leading up to project on weather cooperation and completed roof in one day. Highly recommend.

We checked with 6 different roofing companies to get bids to re-shingle our home. Only 4 companies put together a bid. Of those 4, Anthony was the only contractor to get up and walk our roof to know exactly what work needed to be done. The bid he gave wasn’t the cheapest, but was very competitive. In his bid proposal we could tell he was using better quality materials.

The workers did a great job and the foreman Eric was also very easy to work with. He did a great job of communicating through the process.

We also had them replace some shutters for us. There was a minor mistake in that process that I talked to Anthony about and he had his crew back right way to fix it. Great service!

Lastly, I also want to thank Anthony for working on us with the price. A couple of my neighbors also wanted new roofs, and with 2 of us going with Advanced Roofing, he gave both my neighbor and I a price break.

Our home was damaged by hail in 2019. Anthony came over the same day I called and not only assessed the damage but made some minor repairs that could have caused leakage before they could replace the roof. He worked with us to select the shingle and gutter colors that would complement our brick, siding and trim colors. His crew started early in the morning and had all of the work completed on both the house and garage by the end of the same day. They also came back the next day to be sure that the yard and driveway was completely clean. We have recommended Advanced Roofing to our friends and family. They did a great job!!

We have seen several roof projects that AR company completed on Des Moines NW in 2018. While needing to replace roof and some additional fixes we contacted few contractors, including Advance Roofing, and talked terms and pricing for work we needed. Due to the fact that here was very cold with lots of snow, we had to postpone any work until weather got warmer. In negotiations with AR representative Anthony we decided to let this company finish our roof replacement due to the prompt response, quality of the work completed on the site we have visited, and overall they professionalisms.
What was proposed in December of 2019, that was done at first wormer day in March of 2020.
We are satisfied with how everything was finished, and communicated with company before, during, and after project completion.
