This was our first time using Home View Exteriors and we were impressed. From getting the initial quote, to making sure all the measurements were perfect, to getting the door on time, everything went smoothly.
Gary installed our door and refreshed our pillars in just over a day. He worked through heat one day and pouring rain the next, and still managed to do an excellent job. We are appreciative of his hard work and attention to detail.

Michael was amazing. He was patient and answered all my questions. The relief when it stormed for days can't be described. The warranty and price is what sold me. Much thanks for being so easy to work with and the good price and warranty.

Josh did an amazing job installing our shower in our unfinished bathroom. It required moving a drain in the concrete. Josh worked for 2 days and the shower is stunning. Our entire experience with Home View was great. Chaz touched base with us regularly to insure we got the shower of our dreams. Michael Langel guided me through the process knowledgeably and thoroughly. I got bids from 3 companies and they all seemed great, and my house was a typical job. Still, Michael is the only bidder who went up there and stomped around before bidding. I’m so proud of my new roof.

HomeView did an excellent job on our shower remodel! We replaced an old cast iron tub with a walk-in shower, and the entire process was smooth from beginning to end. They even completed the project in just one day. We’re thrilled with the results!

We have been extremely happy with the great customer service and results after meeting Micheal from Homeview Exteriors. After tornado damage to my parents home, I struggled with the insurance company and to find a company to make repairs. Micheal took on the insurance company getting my mother’s estate much more than we would have without his experience. With assistance of software, we were able see the choices to help us make the right decision to repair the siding, gutters, 2 windows replaced with wood rot repair and update the look of this home. A really helpful young man named Mike Langel knocked on my door and showed me what they could do. I told him, probably not right now. About a week later he came back. His dedication to helping us was very apparent. I don't trust people all that easily. I trusted HomeView. I am so glad he came back. The workmanship is great. Each crew that came to my home reflected the same dedication Mike showed. They did the work and made it thier own. We are so pleased. The 2 different crews that were sent to install the roof & siding did an incredible job. They were all professional & courteous in their interactions. They helped reinstall my new light fixtures, doorbell & nailed our address number for us, when they completed the siding. All professionally done. The crew that did the white gutters installed it fast & looks professionally well done. Our original wooden house was build in 1986 & needed a whole make over. The backyard woodpeckers poked holes & it was an eye sore. I would totally recommend HomeView Exteriors & know that you will love the new look of your house.

HomeView out of Des Moines did a fabulous job installing our entry door yesterday. The installers were very thorough and took pride in their work. Three different employees on different occasions made a comment about how great Chaz the owner is to work for. I would recommend them to anyone and I will definitely make an effort to use them in the future. Great entry door, great customer service and great company.

I would highly recommend Homeview. Starting with the sales process they shared many options, answered questions, and helped us understand what to expect. We had them do our roof, windows and doors, siding, and gutters. Each of the crews were polite, clean, answered questions, and we truly felt like they treated the project as if it was their home. Communication with the crews, Chaz, and all his team was fantastic along with normal check ins on projects.

I had them do a front door and siding on my house although they were all very professional. The two siding gentlemen were very polite very professional and did an amazing job. I could not ask for anything better then how happy I am with my siding and my front door

I wouldn’t recommend! I had these guys do gutters on a flip house. I changed the color of the gutters a couple times because didn’t love the color of the house. I ended up just changing the color of the house completely. I told Chaz I was doing this. They didn’t give me a day they would come do the gutters. No heads up no call no communication. They show up one evening and put up gutters when CLEARLY they weren’t done painting. They put up gutters, they didn’t say anything that they were done. I told them they needed to take them down so my painters could continue. They said they would be there that Friday or Saturday to take them down. They didn’t show up, I texted and got zero response. They held up my painters! Highly unprofessional to no show!

Rodney was my window installation person. He also had great communication with me during the installation. He explained every step of the installation process. He was very respectful of my home and my dog (who is a rescue that is a hot mess at times). He left everything very clean. He took time to explain features and functions of the new windows.
I am very much in love with my new windows. I was replacing windows original to the home built in 1912. With a home so old, I truly expected them to have difficulty, but Rodney did a great job and installation was seamless.

I can’t believe my “new” house! We called HomeView last fall and Jeff, the sales manager, came out to visit about our options for siding and gutters. Jeff was so informative and really knew his products. He wasn’t pushy and seemed totally genuine. I didn’t even call for additional quotes. We got our quote from Jeff, picked out the siding, and scheduled the job for spring 2024. Fast forward to spring…. Our house looks so great! Our neighbors as well as people just walking by have given us very positive feedback. The work crew was top notch. They showed up every day and worked all day. There were two days they stayed clear until it was dark. They were very respectful and extra helpful with ideas on a “trouble spot” where the deck came up against the house. This perfect fix didn’t cost additional money. We are very pleased with the results. There were no surprises when it came time to pay the bill. We can’t thank you all enough! We think we oh will be very happy with the work provided by HomeView!

We met Mike from Home view Exteriors in the middle of Summer after we had been trying to get help with our siding. He met with us and gave us a lot of help and a quote that we knew was reasonable. Great customer service and down to earth people. We needed a new sliding glass door fast and they came out same day to take measurements. We had the door installed the next day and they even custom cut some trim to make it look nice! Would recommend them to anybody!!!

When I first met the salesman from Homeview Exteriors, I found him very personable. I also met the owner at that time, Chaz. He was helpful and direct. Chaz is the only person that had other ideas on how to work with us. He was patient and knowledgeable. Chaz checked in every day during construction, Just to make sure I was happy with what was being done. My home is beautiful and constantly receives compliments. It went from an older home to appearing like a brand new construction. I feel lucky to have worked with Homeview Exteriors. I gave them a five star review because that’s what they earned. I have nothing negative to say about my experience. I feel lucky to have found them to work with me. We are planning future construction, and I will certainly be working with them again.

My husband and I took the time to Interview almost every Windows and Doors Company in Iowa! Yes! Try 8 months of non-stop interviews! We were looking for a company that has lots of selections, triple propane windows, and windows of OUR CHOICE! We found them!! On time! Very Professional! Very respectful! They worked non-stop, doubling back just to check their work and each others! (Two eyes are better than One, I always say!) 9 windows and 2 Storm Doors with Screens later, all in and look FABULOUS! This was an awesome experience. The windows make a difference in a way I wouldn’t have expected. I was worried since we had just put on new siding, but Anthony and Tony did a better job with the trim than the siding installers did. Love the windows and wouldn’t even consider anybody else!

The process was the easiest. Got the quote, accepted and within 2 weeks they installed new gutters for our house. I received multiple quotes in the past couple months and they were by far the most affordable. They got us Triple Pane windows cheaper than the other companies that were trying to sell us Double Pane. We are very pleased with windows.

We had them add in a patio door where no door was existing. It turned out great. They put nice new trim around it on the inside and outside. We will be using them again in the future!
