They kept in touch regarding scheduling and throughout the roof installation, even sending photos of the work in real time throughout the project. The roofing crew was exceptional--they were focused on the job the entire time, did great work, and thoroughly cleaned up before leaving. They were able to come out and do what was asked of them in a very timely manner. Even when work initially wasn’t perfect they took it upon themselves to fix it and make it right the very next day. They communicate and show up when they say they will.

The Sales Rep, Jonathan, went over and beyond to help me understand the process from beginning to end. He was so supportive, which eased my nervousness. My Site Leader, Jake, was fantastic! He communicated every step of the process, sent pictures, and stayed until the job was complete. The Beltran Crew worked from sun up until sun down and then some. I'm very satisfied with the work this crew has done. The painters crew was wonderful. They came at the perfect time, did a great job, and finished their part so the roofing crew could get started right on time. The experience I had with Watkins has been fantastic. The roof was done in 2 days (it’s a large roof!) I’m very grateful to Shan Hales, Connor Stec & Stephanie Stratton. I am a widow on a fixed income. After my insurance informed me that my roof would fall on my HOA I reached out to them. I was informed that they were wrong and to read the by-laws and covenant. After going back and forth I was informed about Watkins and how they would work with the insurance. At this point I would have to sell my home. I reached out to Todd White. He showed me leaks the insurance had not seen and explained what would fall under my HOA and insurance. On my behalf he reached out to my HOA and insurance. He made me feel hope and said to call him when I got the insurance forms and he would be happy to come back by and walk me through them even though I had not hired Watkins. Todd kept his word and returned walking me through the forms and telling me what would be next. I received a call from my insurance company telling me I would receive a check for the roof and Watkins had reached out and they were working together. I signed the contract and hired Watkins. In the end they handled everything. Derek, Stephanie, Todd, and Connor reached out with any changes that came with my HOA and insurance. Completed a week ahead of schedule in one day with clean up. They could have only replaced the minimum which others have done in the past. I can honestly say they replaced every rotten piece of wood and all I have to pay out of pocket is my deductible and the upgrade that should fall under my HOA. Thank you to everyone at Watkins. If you have to spend money for a new roof, these are good ones to use. Shan was the first point of contact with the estimate, Stephanie was the scheduler that kept in touch with updates and answered questions, and Andrew was the on site supervisor. Professionals from beginning to end.

Watkins Construction did a wonderful job on the replacement of the decking and shingles on my Mother's roof. They also replaced the flashing around the chimney and the boots around the vent pipes, removed the old box vents and installed a ridge vent. They also replaced some of the water damaged rafters next to the chimney. This crew(with plenty of people) started around 7 am and had it knocked out by the afternoon with replacing and clean-up. I can attest to the great work Watkins Construction does because they replaced and repaired a roof and master bedroom when a tree fell on my own house several years ago. Give Watkins Construction a try when you have roofing replacement/ repair needs, you won't go wrong.

I had a question about the repair. Daniel was contacted and he came out and check the whole roof and the repairs completed. There were some repairs not completed to his satisfaction and he had the crew come back and do more work. While they were working Daniel and the crew noticed some mortar on the dormer was coming out. He had them put in some silicon and alerted me to the problem and sent me photos where I can show a brick mason and have a more permanent repair done. I am very impressed with Daniel’s professionalism and knowledge. I will recommend Watkins to my friends.

This company is excellent. There are no others in this area that compete. Their communication is outstanding. I got tired of calling contractors that no-show or don't return my calls. Watkins C&R is super organized and does great work. I've used them for the 3 jobs in a row now. What's great is that they'll do almost anything large or small. Lots of contractors won't touch smaller jobs. And, of course, the quality of their work is excellent. They have good oversight of their crews. Call them and you'll see what I'm talking about.

Exceptional job by Watkins. The whole process went smoothly, I have solar panels and they worked with the solar company to remove my panels first in order to change the roof. They worked with my insurance company as well. I am very pleased with their communication and their work. They left the site extremely clean. Everyone I spoke with was professional and polite. I would use this wonderful company again.

I can’t say enough positive comments about our experience with Jeff Thomas and Ron Johnson throughout the entire roofing experience. They both were extremely patient through the whole process. Thanks to Jeff, we realized we had some termite damage on our pine beams on the back porch that we wouldn’t have known without him pointing it out. Ron was extremely patient with us during the entire process and ensured everything was done like we wanted. Mike Covington was excellent as well and made sure we were taken care of appropriately. Watkins is a well oiled machine. Professional from day one and yes, I have dealt with other roofers before. David is a great guy and a friend now; he helped me make all the decisions we needed to make from initial consult to finished job. Ron stepped in to help my guy Jamey who was under the weather on install day. He and David both made multiple trips to ensure quality control both days and after completion to check with me and ensure site cleanup. My wife and I chose a shingle upgrade for more definition the house; it was worth every penny and looks far better than we expected. I literally couldn't have asked anything more of them during this process.

This was my 3rd roof replacement. The last was 10 years ago after the major hail storm. I've never experienced such complete professionalism from start to finish. I was kept informed on the target date to replace the roof. The timing of the material delivery and then the overwhelming of Courtesy and information during the project. We had storm / wind damage to the front of our house recently. Our insurance company sent Watkins Construction to evaluate and give us an estimate on the repair. They came quickly, at the time they stated and their representative was very friendly and professional. We chose to have them do the repairs and they took care of everything. One team did the woodwork repair and the next day another team came out to replace the gutters. State Farm instructed them to reuse anything still usable but in doing so we were disappointed with part of the repair. Watkins immediately backed out the section and had the whole thing repaired like new! They worked with us and took into consideration our interests completely. They told us to call them if we had any problems or concerns with their work. They didn’t even ask for payment until a couple days later to be sure we were happy! We are totally pleased with Watkins Construction!

Mr Brandon Davis was job manager he came out to the house the evening before to make sure all supplies had been delivered, so when his crew showed up next morning all materials would be here so there would be no delays, once the roof was completed he made a final inspection to make sure everything was complete and cleaned to my satisfaction...
Miss Stephanie the office secretary made sure that I was informed weekly by texts to let me know the job was on schedule each week once we had a Job date scheduled and set. And BTW my mother-in-law had her roof replaced they give her the same Professional Service as I received.
