I was skeptical with dealing with contractors after a previous bad experience. Zac with Halo was extremely helpful and thorough, walking me through every step and providing me with three different estimates to make sure I understood my options. The pricing was very fair on all options. After signing the contract for roof replacement, Zac kept me updated daily with estimated install date due to brief weather delay. Material showed up on time and one day before the crew was onsite. The crew was very friendly and hard working. Entire job was completed in a single day! New, upgraded roof is beautiful and expertly installed. Zac followed up the next day with a site walk to ensure all materials and trash was collected.

My insurance company denied my claim after the hail storm last year. I decided to try again and called Halo Roofing to step in and help. After about six months of haggling with my insurance company, Zac and Garrett got the claim approved. They were persistent, patient, and really went the extra mile to help. Their team did an excellent job. The roof looks great. They cleaned up well, and made sure my plants were protected. My neighbors were impressed because they made sure no debris was left in their yards. Zac and Garrett were both professional, and cared about getting the job done. I highly recommend Halo, and can’t thank them enough. They get five stars from me.

I am the owner of a house in the Oak Grove area.
The house got pelted during the most recent hailstorm. The tenants that live in the house called me during the storm and said there was a leak in the roof and rain water was coming into the house.
I called HALO and the owner, Garrett Reese, had a crew out there literally within an hour. They put a tarp on the roof so the house would not get flooded. Within days they inspected the roof and found serious hail damage and immediately got the ball rolling on getting us a new roof!

Halo did a wonderful job on my roof. I had talked to other roofers and all of them wanted to do more than was needed to fix a small problem. Halo diagnosed the issue, resolved it quickly (while also looking for a match to my shingles all around the country) and now I no longer have a leak in my bedroom! When Garrett was done we had a full roof, new flashings all around, new vents, stucco and paint!! The roof of my house looks brand new. From first meeting to full competition of our roof, gutter, soffit replacement and stucco repair, all the result of a hail storm, our experience with Garrett and his Halo team members was outstanding.
