Our inspector, Bill Anderson, was very informative during the inspection. He answered our questions and concerns. He was extremely nice and friendly.

Magnolia Inspections made the whole process very easy for us. Once we had an appointment scheduled we were able to sign and make our payment online. I love how they sent email reminders of our scheduled appointment and provided details on what to expect. James was our inspector. He was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable which was very helpful. We appreciate his time and feedback. Would definitely recommend & use Magnolia Inspections again.

Our inspector was Bill Anderson and he was wonderful. Super thorough and informative. He sat down with me and explained his findings, why they are important, and recommendations for fixing. I had an inspection and mold testing this week done by Bill Anderson and Cooper Kelly. Both of them were great! They were very thorough and polite, they explained the process and provided a great report and a video review of their findings. The turn around time was fantastic, getting the reports back to me same business day even though my inspection was done in the afternoon that day. I highly recommend them!

I would highly recommend Bill from Magnolia Inspections. He was friendly, very detailed, and took his time to explain and answer any questions. Completely satisfied with the service I received and will request Bill for any inspections in the future.

My inspector name was George Famer. As a women and a first time home buyer, this man and the company was very well professional. Rather I emailed them, it did not take long for them to respond, literally the next day if not the same day! I came across a stumbling block when I need things explained to me when my inspection report came back, George took the time to explain it to me on his off day! I felt overwhelmed durning the process of buying a home but I came to be at ease when my questions been answered and not rushed. I was going to take a star away but it was no need due to the fact that something in the home was not able to be inspected I had to call someone else but he informed me of him not able to inspect it. Also, when I had to get a re-inspection, only 20 items was included to be inspected for free. So, any items over 20 had to be paid for but I didn't mind paying the extra fee for the remaining items. He did state that he can inspect the important items..George was and is a honest man! This is a long review and I can go on about this company and George. My experience with the company/people especially George Farmer was Great! 10/10!

I am so impressed with the professionalism and patience of Bill Anderson while explaining everything to me. He took the time to explain and show me everything I needed to know.

Would not recommend BECAUSE of the "owner" James Brantley, who was hard headed and entitled as could be. He refused to look into my concerns, brushing them off and resulting in my insurance costing me near triple what was estimated because of mold beneath the floorboards, that he said was "fine" The stress and cost because of one man's inability to be an adult has left me frustrated as can be. I have never left a review before, but this was so ridiculous, that I hope others find this and learn from my mistake

James is very customer service friendly. He shares his knowledge and is very detailed. We hired James for a new construction. He provided three different inspections. This was money well spent. It allowed us to hold our general contractor accountable. I highly recommend James.
