Outstanding service from the Watkins Team. Jeremy, Ethan, Matt and Stephanie were all very professional and provided great communication throughout the process. The crew that came out to complete the project was very efficient and no wasted time.

Watkins took care of my parents without one hiccup in the process. And I am truly grateful for that, because my dad still works and travels constantly, so my mom is left alone a majority of the time. She had to deal with most of the process and she has done nothing but sing their praises. And I am thankful for that because that’s less stress for me to have to deal with too.
Our oldest son had a tree fall on his new house a few weeks ago and my mom was the first to jump in and give him all the information that he needed and who to contact. They’re coming to his house tomorrow to assess everything. I told him do not deal with anyone else- only Watkins. They have made all of our lives easier in a stressful situation.

Did not arrive at the scheduled time. I had to follow up. When I followed up they did arrive promptly. I think one of the managers said that they would swing by and inspect the work but they did not. I was expecting more for the price point they charge.

These guys are the real deal, Honest, Dependable, scheduling is great and everyone goes out of their way to help you. Watkins will have all my business present and in the future.

Everyone at Watkins construction was so professional and they did a marvelous job thank you once again to Mr Fuller and Mr Andrew and the men that put my roof on thank you!

OK, I can’t believe I really been asked to do this

I didn’t know the general public wasn’t entitled to their opinion on Google

I am no affiliation of no other roofing company however, I am entitled to my opinion, but I’ve been asked by a friend of mine to change my Google status and my opinion of certain companies

OK, I guess here we go, what irks me is when one of the largest Roofing competitor spends more money soliciting, and a marketing that their trade license doesn’t even list

And I am entitled to my opinion

I simply was on Google given a few ratings and their information continued to pop up over and over, which I just simply made a general response and went about my way

Nothing attended more than just leaving my honest opinion and review of just only rating by STARZ and not commenting any message

But I guess it irritated these guys to where they had to poke around, and somebody has to come to me about changing my personal opinion on something

I’m gonna leave a few photos, just simply sharing my concern and understanding that this is a construction company, by legal company name however they spend more money soliciting Roofing than construction

Just saying if you’re a Brickmason, don’t solicit Paint jobs more than your brickwork

And a simply just my opinion so I hope that my review is well respected and no longer ask for me to edit or change

Great experience with Watkins Roofing and Construction. My new roof looks fantastic. Brennan Buchanan came, got the necessary info, worked up the proposal quickly, scheduled the replacement, the insurance department was very prompt and helpful…then Andrew Harden oversaw the project. They finished in one day!! I was very impressed with the process and the work. I highly recommend Watkins Roofing !!

Ole Lurk the leak showed up at my house on a Wednesday. A friend suggested I call Shan Hales at Watkins and I am glad I did! It’s Thursday now and Lurk has left the building. Shan was here exactly when he said he would be and very quickly found the issue and was able to repair the issue right then. Thank you for the quick response (less than 24 hours) and great service.

Joel took his time with us, explaining every detail involved in the purchase of a new roof. Even though in the end we decided to select a company closer to our home area, I highly recommend Joel and his team at Watkins. We are very, very pleased with the work performance of Watkins. Their communication before, during and afterwards was excellent. They moved the construction date forward from initial date (nobody does that!), their crews were professional, respectful, thorough, enthusiastic and meticulous. The end product is excellent. Their invoice matched the estimate exactly, there were no extra charges. We recommend them highly.

Had them come out to inspect roof and ultimately quote on replacing my roof vents. Shan was very professional and courteous. He answered all of my questions and explained how they did things. Would definitely recommend with giving them a try. I have not had any work done by them yet, so this is all based on experience with roof inspection.

Watkins Construction sent an estimator out promptly to assess the damage to my roof where it was leaking. They sent a repair crew as promptly as they could (about 5 weeks). Yesterday the roof was repaired & apparently they did a good job because it didn't leak with the rain last night. (I couldn't get on the roof to look.) Thank you Watkins for your excellent repair.

They came as scheduled & the crew was very efficient & worked expeditiously. They cleaned up behind themselves & did a great job. I don’t even know where to begin in expressing my gratitude to all of those involved at Watkin’s Roofing & Construction during our roof replacement. We had an incredible experience from the beginning to the very end. Our salesman, Jeff Thomas was tremendous! He is knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, was always on time, and guided me through every aspect and what to expect. His assistance with filing an insurance claim was priceless. Jeff always answered his phone or called me right back which is unheard of in today’s world. Stephanie kept me apprised of the schedule and would touch base with me regularly for over a month as to the status of our job and when it would start. She is so kind and beyond efficient! Russ Smith, the foreman, was incredible. During his two days at our home along with a crew of 14 men and women, things ran so smoothly. Russ kept me in the loop both days as to what was taking place, the condition of our roof, how many sheets of plywood we needed to purchase, and so much more. He also texted or called me prior to his or the crew’s arrival and was always on time. Again, this is so rare! Russ’s follow up after our roof installation was fabulous, and he even contacted me on a Saturday! He personally came to the house to address a few items that needed attention after the roof was completed. Russ’s customer service was phenomenal. Theresa Drennan in accounting went out of her way to explain our invoice and clarified all of my questions. She is beyond sweet, patient, and so professional. To say the least, I was “wowed” during our roof replacement before it even started, during the project, and after it was finished. I had been dreading this project to our home but cannot say enough about how much each person I had the pleasure of meeting or talking to over the phone made the experience pleasant and seamless! Thank you all so much for your hard work. If only more companies took pride in their work and treated their customers as every single one of you did with me! Thank you again!!

All aspects of the job were completed on time. Start date and time was setup prior to contract signing. Work was started and completed as scheduled. Work area cleaned up every afternoon before the crew left site. Great customer service and followup.

Watkins replaced my roof in October and they did an excellent job, which they finished in one day. My initial contact was with Jamie Price, who was always cordial and responsive to my questions, concerns and changes to the original estimate. On the scheduled work day, Jesse Turberville, the site leader, kept me fully informed throughout the entire job, letting me know about anything they found that needed to be addressed, and what my options were. He was helpful and polite in all my dealings with him. When the job was finished, they thoroughly cleaned up everything and checked the grounds for nails. Based on my experience with Watkins, I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs roofing and wants quality, professional service.

my dad's roof. Justin was very professional and well knowledge of the various products in question pertaining to roofs. They were very efficient and did a great job cleaning all the debris each day till the completion of the job.

Watkins did a fantastic job on our roof! Removed the old, replaced some plywood, and put the new shingles on within a day.

Watkins was great from start to finish when it came to installing our new roof. I started with Wendy who is just great, then Michael came to the house and walked through the entire process. The office staff kept in contact and let me know several times what day they would be coming out and if anything changed they quickly let me know. Then Jesse, who oversaw the actual work, was very thorough, professional and kind. He was there the entire time and made sure everything was on track and done correctly. There were some repair issues which Watkins is taking care of and they reinstalled some gutters. The crew was hard-working, very quick, and did a great job and the roof looks fantastic! Thank you to everyone at Watkins for a really painless and pleasant experience!!

Great job on our church roof and each of the Watkins people I’ve ever interacted with are always friendly and courteous.

The staff and employees were courteous and polite; they made sure I was satisfied and understood everything from start to finish. The roofing crew did an outstanding job and, when finished, the premises were as clean as when they arrived. Soffits and fascias were replaced and painted. All in all, the house got an amazing facelift. I highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

Watkins Construction & Roofing has an excellent reputation and I can see why. Jeremy, from Watkins, came, went over the roof from the inside out, from the attic to the peak of the roof, Jeremy did the estimate for the roofing and he went over the estimate with me in detail. It was well explained. He was very impressive.
Stephanie was my primary text message contact with Watkins Construction and Roofing. Stephanie kept me updated on the job schedule, let me know up front that inclement weather could affect the scheduling and kept me updated. There was a rain delay, and it was easily rescheduled . Stephanie made the process painless. And friendly. The progress toward the soffit and facia painting and reinstallation of the gutters was addressed. Her texts were detailed and easily understood. Stephanie somehow worked being friendly and interested into her text messages. She was very impressive.
Matthew, the site manager, was friendly and proactive. He made sure the crew was on site on time and the job was well done. Afterwards he took me on a tour of what they had done, referring back to the discussion we had had on the job as it was to be done. I really liked and was impressed by him.
The work crew rocked! They got here as the sun came up and left as the sun went down. In between they completely stripped the roof down to the nubs. Used 70 sheets of plywood in repairing and re-decking the roof. Then finished reshingling the entire roof before dark.
Cleanup was going on most of the time while the shingling was taking place.

The installation crew were absolutely FANTASTIC. Although there was a bit of a language barrier, they were friendly, professional, and efficient.
I appreciate the job that Jesse, project leader, did as well. He stayed on site until the job was completed. He was courteous and knowledgeable. After the the roof was installed, Mr. Jesse conducted an inspection, with me, to make sure that I understood the work that had been done and to ensure that I was satisfied with the final outcome.
