Service center - I dropped off my car 6 days before apt date to make sure it was seen on apt date. It has been there 15 days now and they have not called me once to communicate. I’ve called several times and have been given excuses (sick, holiday, busy, he’s with other customers, people standing in bay, he can’t talk). Today he stated ‘well if you want you can come pick it up’. I need my car repaired before I get it back. I haven’t been given any estimates in $$ or time. Extremely disappointed. I just need my car repaired like they said they would.

I went early in the morning on Saturday to see if I can order a part for my 2016 Tahoe. The parts department was not open on weekends so, by chance, ran into Mr. Guy who let me know to come back Monday to order parts. They did not disappoint! Customer service was outstanding and polite. Parts came in, scheduled my vehicle for next Monday and got me in and out the same day. Truly appreciate the dedication shown.

The man I spoke with on the phone to schedule my appointment was very nice. The man who was there when I dropped off and picked up my car was very nice. (It may have been the same guy, haha!) I was there for a recalled air bag, so I hope I never have to find out if it works or not

I brought in two vehicles for routine maintenance. They took the time to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. From the scheduling to checkout, everyone was professional and courteous. Will definitely be going back.

Took my truck in for a recall. Next day it was broke down and had to be towed to another dealership that had it for over 3 months. Cost me $1800 for repairs. Told service manager that I had all these issues after they worked on it and he basically said “what do you want us to do about it.”

I was treated politely and they did a good job very professional and in a decent time frame. Over all I was impressed with the job they done.

We recently bought a new 2025 Chevrolet Silverado from Guy Chevrolet here In Artesia. I can honestly say it was one of the most painless and easy experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. The salesperson Ray was awesome. There was no pressure from him and he was very professional.

Fast and friendly service for a factory recall . Were not able to fix the crash symbol on dash removal issue, but are willing to continue to research possible solutions.

Highly recommend this dealership. Very professional, fast and informational. They kept through the loop with day by day information regarding my vehicle. I went here for warranty work and they had me in and out with in 2 days (would have been faster just needed approval for the warranty claim which wasn't on them). Had my vehicle in today for a windshield chip repair. I know they don’t perform this service, but they arranged for someone to come in and do it! Fast, friendly and reasonable cost. I’m super happy to do business with this hometown dealership!

Eddie in the service department was able to get me right in, and as always great service in a reasonable amount of time.

Everyone is very helpful and they go beyond to help you and they are all very nice never have any issues

Scheduled service was performed to expectations and within stated time and cost. They had the opportunity to suggest an oil change with the vehicle at <5% oil life, but did not even mention or call. No other suggestions for preventative or upcoming services suggested or recommended.

2nd service completed as expected after a 3 week delay in the request for parts to be ordered.

3rd service completed as expected, took more than the estimated time, but was not a common issue that was repaired.

4th service completed took two more days than quoted. Check engine light came on again following morning and will be returning to have the vehicle checked again.

Serviced the truck, service staff was great. Always a great experience With Guy Chevrolet !!!
PS. We have a camero , truck, suv, We never trust anyone else but Guy Chevrolet to handle service or repairs on our vehicles !!!

I have dealt with Guy Chevrolet for several years which means I have bought all my vehicles from them. Their customer service is always great!! Dani is pleasant to work with in the office. Eddie is great in the service department.
